이 연구는 공공도서관 사서의 정보활용능력 수준에 대한 자기인식과 실제 평가를 통해 Big6모형을 기반으로 하여 공공도서관 사서의 정보활용능력 수준실태를 78명의 사서를 대상으로 실험하였다. 연구 결과, 정보요구 영역은 높게, 정보평가 영역에 대해서는 다른 영역보다 낮게 나타났지만 모든 영역에 대해서 평균이상으로 조사되어 사서들의 정보활용교육 필요성을 파악할 수 있었다. 특히 정보활용교육 경험여부에 대한 두 집단간의 차이는 정보이용 영역을 제외하고는 통계적으로 유의미하지 않음을 알 수 있었다.

현대사회에서 IT기술이 차지하는 비중이 점점 커짐에 따라 전 세계적으로 IT분야의 인재육성에 관심을 기울인다. 하지만 우리나라의 학교교육과정은 컴퓨터 교과를 배제하고 있으며 그나마 이루어지는 컴퓨터 교육도 컴퓨터의 활용 측면에만 치중되어 있다. IT인재는 컴퓨터 활용 능력만이 아니라 컴퓨터의 기본 원리와 이를 통한 문제해결능력이 함께 강조되어야 하며 이러한 교육은 학교교육과정의 근본인 초등교육에서부터 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터의 기본 원리와 문제해결 능력을 신장을 위한 한국정보올림피아드 초등부 지역예선 교재를 개발하고자 한다.

스마트 기기와 무선 네트워크의 발달은 정보에 대한 접근과 활용방식의 변화, 지식을 생산하고 공유하는 방식의 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 교육환경의 변화 속에서 정보영재 학생들을 효율적으로 가르치기 위해서는 적절한교육방법의 변화가 필요하다. 하지만 정보영재의 교육과정을 살펴보면 여러 가지 응용소프트웨어 사용 방법이 교육과정에 포함되어 있다. 이러한 응용소프트웨어 사용 방법은 학습활동에 필요한 문제해결의 도구로 사용될 수 있지만 정보영재 학생들에게 협업 능력 등 미래사회에 필요한 학습자 능력을 향상시키는 데에는 부적합하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SMART 교육 방법을 활용한 정보영재 교육 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 정보영재 학생들에게 미래사회에 필요한 협업, 의사소통능력, 사고력, 창의력을 신장시키는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 추후에 정보영재 학생을 위한 SMART 교수학습 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

All possible efforts have been done to adapt to the information-oriented society throughout the whole area of education. Especially, it is strongly demanded that teachers should effectively apply information communication and disposal to all the educational activities of instruction-learning, students management, school affairs, and administrative affairs. In this thesis, we chose as educational contents the information technology which is necessary in an educational site to increase the capability of applying information of teachers and developed remote training materials. In addition, we developed measurement instruments to evaluate the capability of applying information of teachers and gave grades to them. Grading System of the Capability of Applying Information of Teachers will be a standard of the capability of applying information.

In this study, I worked on necessary contents for Information Literacy of Korean universities by Delphi Method. The survey resulted in 100 necessary contents in five categories and each category presents average points and ranks of importance. Contents of high rank in each category should be valued highly when educational programs are to be designed. One remarkable difference in comparison with ACRL standards is that there are a lot of contents involved with basic understanding about Scientific Information System and Information Technology and knowledge application in this study, and another is that there is a lack of contents which require analytic judgements. The significance of this study lies in presenting directions and discussion points in designing of Information Literacy of Korean universities.

The purpose of this study was to synthesize the effects of the information literacy instruction using meta-analysis. Results using random-effect models were as follows. First, the overall average effect size (ES) of information literacy instruction (Hedges'g) was 0.72, which could be interpreted based on Cohen's guidelines as moderate to large. Second, the two types of information literacy instruction, demonstrating more than medium ESs, did not show significant differences in their ESs. Third, the ESs of information literacy instruction differed depending on the measuring variables. Fourth, grade, study design and the form of the measurement tool were moderator variables that explain the differences in ESs. In sum, the effects of information literacy instruction, having more than medium effect size, seem quite stable across instruction types and study designs.

컴퓨터 보급률이 크게 향상됨에 따라 정보의 공유나 교환이 매우 쉬운 웹의 특성을 이용하여 초등학생들도 학습문제를 해결하는데 컴퓨터를 많이 활용하고 있다. 그러나, 게임과 채팅 등 오락 중심의 주된 사용은 컴퓨터를 올바르게 사용하고 있는지에 의문을 갖게 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학업성취도가 낮은 학생들을 대상으로 컴퓨터활용 능력을 증진시키기 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하여, 대상 학습자별로 개별적 주기적으로 시행하였다. 그 후, 컴퓨터활용능력의 향상에 따른 학업성취도의 향상 여부에 대한 영향력을 분석하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이러한 관계에서 노인의 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 갖는 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2022년 실시한 디지털정보격차 실태조사 자료를 활용하여 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램으로 개인의 인구사회학적특성, 정보화기기 중 PC, 모바일 기기 활용능력, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 독립변수로 하고 노인의 사회자본을 종속변수로 하여 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 또한, 디지털기기 이용 효능감을 매개변수로 설정하여 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향에 매개효과가 있는지 검증하였다. 그 결과, 노인의 사회자본 형성에 미치는 영향 요인은 남성보다 여성의 사회자본 수준이 높았고, 나이가 많은 사람, 월평균 소득이 높은 사람, 다른 가족과 함께 거주하는 노인의 사회자본 수준이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 독립변수인 PC활용능력은 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 없었고, 모바일기기 활용 능력과 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 높을수록 사회자본이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 이후 노인의 정보화기기 활용 능력이 사회자본에 미치는 영향을 디지털기기 이용 효능감이 매개하는지 분석하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 3단계 모형으로 분석한 결과, pc활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 경로와 모바일기기 활용능력 → 디지털기기 이용 효능감 → 사회자본에 이르는 매개효과 경로는 통계적으로 유의미한 결과로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인의 정보화기기의 접근성 향상을 위한 교육기관의 노력과 단순한 컨텐츠 위주의 교육에서 보다 실용적이고 즉시적인 교육 콘텐츠 전환 등 실천적 노력에 대해 제언하였다.

초등학교 정보통신기술교육은 정보 사회를 살아가는 학생들에게 학습과 일상 생활에서 필요한 최소한의 컴퓨터 활용 능력을 길러 중학교에서 보다 깊이 있게 다루어질 학습과제를 해결하기 위한 기초 기능을 다지는데 목표가 있다. 그런데 정보통신기술교육을 할 때, 여러 가지 요인으로 인하여 학생들의 개인별 ICT 활용능력 차이가 매우 크게 나타나 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기존의 전통적인 일제식 수업으로는 교수-학습을 하는데 많은 어려움이 있으므로 초등학생의 ICT 활용 능력과 개인차를 고려한 정보통신기술교육의 수준별 교육과정 모델을 개발하고, 개발된 교육과정을 수준별 수업모형에 적용하는 방안을 연구하였다.

Teachers should actively maintain and improve their ICT competency in today's ever changing information society. A standardized system should now be developed to assist educators when choosing courses to improve their ICT competency. Previous ICT competency studies have only measured one's current ICT abilities rather than analyzing the skills necessary for educators to be successful in the educational system. This study developed an assessment tool to measure the ICT competency levels of CEOs who have the potential to be the decision makers in ICT education. In order to accomplish this, the jobs, duties, and tasks of educational CEOs were analyzed against the ICT Skills Standards for Teachers to determine which ICT skills are required by educational CEOs. Sixty-three questions were extracted from this analysis, guiding educational CEOs in the determination of their own ICT skills level.
