국내외적으로 반도체 산업은 가장 중요한 산업의 하나로 2000년대 고도 정보화 사회에 있어서도 더욱 그 중요성이 더해 가리라 전망된다. 국내 반도체 산업은 그 역사가 짧은 반면 매우 급속 도로 발전해온 것이 사실이나 아직도 대부분의 기술을 선진국에 의존하고 있으며, 국내의 주변 산업 기술이 미흡하고, 전문인력도 매우 부족한 실정이다. 앞으로 산학연 협동을 통한 국책적 연구 개발에 더욱 노력한다면 2000년대에는 최 선진 반도체 공업국의 대열에 나란히 설 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, we are present efficient informationalized education strategy that is used B-ISDN based on high speed network for multi-user and all process associated with it. In the recent field, cybersecuriyt has become one of the critical areas in the information technology field, and demands for cyberseucirty professionals have been increasing tremendously. However, there is In the recent past, cybersecurity has become one of the critical areas in the Information Technology (IT) field, and demands for cybersecurity professionals have been increasing tremendously. However, there is a shortfall in the qualified cybersecurity workforce which is a factor that contributes to the vulnerability of society to various cyber threats. Our study articulates a model to explain career selection behavior in the cybersecurity field. The study explored factors that affect scholars' behavioral intention to pursue a cybersecurity career. Positive outcome expectations from a cybersecurity career as well as high self-efficacy about skills and knowledge about cybersecurity have a strong impact on the scholars' cybersecurity career decisions. Further, perceived usefulness of the cybersecurity curriculum has a positive effect on the scholars' career decisions. The results of this research have implications for retaining a qualified workforce in the computer and information security fields.

In this rapidly changing information society, the needs for professional technicians in IT-related industrial fields are increasing, but the supplies of such men are not enough. A well-designed educational program is required in order to produce outstanding technicians in this up-to-date information-centered industrial environment. It is widely recognized that the educational program of two-year level college today should be improved because it has been mainly oriented to train or exercise short-term skills with a few basic theory. With this educational program, it is not easy to achieve the original educational goal to cultivate and to produce the specialists to be equipped with both technological and intellectual skills. Therefore, new three-year academic educational program is expected to accomplish that goal. This paper is aimed to offer a model of a new educational program on three-year academic system, which would help to meet IT industry's requirements.

As the side effects of information society, for example hacking, virus, etc., diffuse, the information security becomes one of the most important issues over the world. Information security manpower who produce the information security products, and who conduct the information security services are critical factor to complete secure information society In spite of many Plans formulated and implemented by government and civil sector, there is no systematic analysis on the current status of information security educational institutions. This article aims to analyze the current status of information security educational institutions - colleges, universities and graduate schools-with Statistical Yearbook of Education, and to predict the supply of information supply manpower.

2011년 사업을 시작해 현재 국내 최고의 통합 솔루션 전문기업으로 발돋움한 (주)뉴론웍스는 대한민국 ICT의 역사를 개척한다는 자부심으로 가득한 회사이다. 제조 ICT, 물류 ICT 등 다양한 ICT 서비스를 제공하고 있으며, 전체 직원의 70%가 연구 개발 인력으로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 인적 자원은 (주)뉴론웍스가 중소 규모 SI 플랫폼, 클라우드 기반 모바일 솔루션, 웹서비스, 스마트팩토리 솔루션 등 여러 첨단 융합 ICT 분야에서 우수한 기술력과 경쟁력을 축적하는 데 중요한 바탕으로 작용했다. 한편 섬유정보화 전문기업인 (주)보강시스템은 1994년 설립 이후 제직, 염색, 후가공 등 섬유업종 정보화 시스템을 구축해왔다. 보강시스템의 솔루션은 20년 간의 축적된 기술력을 바탕으로 230여 개의 섬유업체에서 이용되고 있다. 각자의 전문 분야에서 인정받고 있는 뉴론웍스와 보강시스템은 IoT 기반의 스마트 팩토리 구현을 위해 힘을 합쳤다. 하지만 인적 자원에 투자를 함에도 중소기업 단독으로 기술 개발 및 성장을 하는 데는 한계가 있었고, 고민 끝에 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA)의 표준 자문서비스의 문을 두드리게 되었다.

The central focus of this research paper is to explore the recent structural core empirical unemployment reason of IT new professional manpower who graduated in higher education level in Korea. The final goal of this issue is to estimate and analyze rambling impediment in IT manpower labor market between 26 detail occupations and between detail occupations and 3 educational levels of new graduates and entrants who entered in IT 6 occupational groups composing 26 particular occupations. This study uses the 2004 data published by the Ministry of ICT and relies upon both one-way analysis of variance and two-way analysis variance to tackle the issue. According to the ANOVA results, 2 main points were delineated In the one-way analysis of variance method. the total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into two major components: within sum of squares (SSW) (6 detail occupations, 85%) and between sum of squares (SSG) (26 detail occupation, 15%) The other major finding is that total sum of squares (SST) is decomposed into three major components: between detail occupations (SSG) (19.3%), between educations (SSB) and errors (SSE) (56%) in IT SIW development design group.

제1회 인터넷인증시험 정보검색사 시험이 2월 28일자로 종료되었다. 한국정보통신진흥협회가 인터넷활성화와 전문인력보급을 위해 실시한 인터넷 정보검색사 시험에서 3,790명이 최종합격, 전문가로서의 자격증을 취득했다.

The construction industry has been behind in informatization compared to other industries such as banking, manufacturing, medical, etc. since it is not conscious of informatization and it also has difficulties in attracting investments and attracting IT experts. Furthermore, there has been lack of survey and research on that specifically what areas and how much degree they are behind in informatization. This paper presents a framework and strategy for assessment of informatization based on end users' viewpoints. The authors has already performed the assessment of informatization of general contractors based on IT experts' viewpoints. However, this paper tries to assess informatizaton of construction based on end users' aspects. The result of this research is expected to provide various aspects such as assessment, identification of needs, and problems regarding information systems. These could be effectively used as a guideline and a direction for information system development.
