선진국입을 목전에 둔 한국경제의 발전을 위해서 지식과 기술을 기반으로 한 벤처기업의 생성과 발전은 매우 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 민과 관의 적절한 벤처 투자는 미래의 기업가들에게 신지식 창조의 동기를 부여하고 성장, 발전단계에 있는 기업들에게 자본을 공급함으로써 미래의 산업을 창조하는 매우 중요한 활동이다. 국내외적으로 벤처 투자자본에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔으나 재무론을 바탕으로 한 벤처투자에 관한 연구와 다양한 벤처투자자본들의 유형과 투자행태 등을 설문지를 통해 밝혀내는 탐색적 연구들에 국한되어 연구, 발표되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 벤처자본시장의 대표적 투자자본인 사적 창업투자회사와 정부 벤처정책투자 간의 전략적 상호작용을 가격모델을 통해 고찰하였다. Bertrand paradox의 가정에서 기술한 바와 같이 정부 벤처정책투자간 민간 창업투자회사들과 같은 투자전략을 구사하면 민간 창업투자회사들은 시장에서 살아남기 어렵고 결과적으로 정부는 벤처기업의 생성 및 발전지원이라는 목적에 부합되지 않은 투자를 한 것이 된다. Hotelling(1929)의 위치차별모델이 역설하는 바와 같이 정부 벤처정책투자는 사적 창업투자회사가 지향하는 투자와는 다른 투자정책을 구사할 때만 벤처기업 육성이라는 목표를 효율적으로 수행할 수가 있을 것이다. 이 연구 논문에서는 다양한 투자변수에 대한 Nash Equibrium이 존재함을 증명함으로써 사적 창업투자회사와 정부의 벤처정책투자가 벤처기업의 육성이라는 목적에 맞는 효율적 투자를 하기 위해 취해야 할 투자 전략들을 밝혀내었다.가 있는 것 같다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 웹기반 쇼핑시스템의 확산에 관련된 균형된 분석을 수행하기 위하여 경영(management)과 기술 (technology)을 조화롭게 고려한 관점에서 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 즉, 본 논문에서는 기술적 측면(technical aspect)과 경영적 측면(management aspect)을 동시에 고려하여 웹기반 쇼핑시스템의 주요만 특성을 살펴보고, 향후 정보통신 기술(ICT)의 확산에 관한 연구에서 두 가지 관점의 통합적 중요성에 대하여 강조하고자 한다. 그에 덧붙여 웹기반 쇼핑시스템과 다른 정보시스템을 비교하여 전자상거래 환경에서 웹기반 쇼핑시스템의 주요만 특성들이 두가지 연구관점에서 어떻게 개념화 될 수 있는지를 고찰하고자 한다. 이러만 분석에 기반하여 본 연구에서는 기술적 측면과 경영적인 측면을 동시에 고려한 웹기반 쇼핑시스템의 특성을 제시하고자 한다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 목적은 본 논문에서 적용한 기술(technical)과 경영(management)의 조화로운 연구관점이 향후 정보통신 기술이나 시스템, 그리고 전자상거래에 관련된 일련의 연구에 적응되어 보다 균형잡힌 논의와 분석이 이루어 질 수 있는 시발점이 되길 기대한다.생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부

경제활동의 세계화는 세계적 금융체계의 출현을 수반하고 있으며 금융부문의 역할은 현대 경제체계에서 중요성을 더하고 있다. 또한 정보통신기술의 발달과 금융기법의 혁신, 자본이동의 자유화는 새로운 조절양식과 이에 따른 조절공간의 변화를 수반한다. 한국의 경우 금융구조조정은 전세계적인 금융위기와 필요에 의한 대응으로 이해되며 제도적 변화와 함께 금융기관의 흡수.합병.퇴출을 통하여 기업부문, 정부부문뿐 아니라 공간적으로도 막대한 영향을 미친다. 일반은행 점포수의 변화를 금융구조조정 이전인 1997년과 이후인 1998년을 비교 분석한 결과 점포수의 급격한 감소와 함께 지역적인 특색이 나타났다. 금융구조조정은 서울.경기를 포함한 수도권에서 가장 활발히 일어나고 있으며, 도시 인구규모에 민감하게 반응하여 소규모 도시일수록 변화의 폭이 감소하고 있다. 구조조정 기간 중에 은행수의 변화는 인구규모와 밀접한 연관성을 나타내고 있다.

The number of registered construction equipment exceeded the 320 thousands in 2005. Construction has been gradually mechanized, reducing the need for construction labors, and increasing the productivity and quality of construction operations. However, it still has some problems that are should be solved for effective operations, management, availability of construction equipment, increased safety of SOC fatalities, and decreased civil appeals in terms of construction equipment. Recently, technology push is accelerated by flowing information and communication technologies(ICT) for construction. In this paper, a construction equipment management system that use ICT is suggested to solve the given problems. It is anticipated that the development of the system would be able to bring the better operations and management of construction equipment.

Recently, trust in online transactions and corporate trust are most important at the corporate level as social overhead capital in commercial transactions using digital devices such as online, mobile, and SNS platforms. Therefore, this study used data from the Korea Consumer Agency's consumer policy indicators to identify the impact of digital consumption trust and corporate responsibility trust on the satisfaction of information and communication products and services. According to the analysis, trust in digital consumption conditions and responsibility of companies have a positive impact on satisfaction of information and communication devices and satisfaction of information and communication services. In addition, it was found that trust in corporate responsibility has a greater impact on satisfaction of information and communication devices and satisfaction of information and communication services than trust in digital consumption conditions. Theoretical and practical implications for these findings and suggestions for future research were presented.

새 천년이 시작하면서 자본주의의 새로운 기업 모델로 e-Biz가 각광받았다. 하지만 곧바로 사양되었으며, 이 시점에서 새로운 대안으로 떠오른 것이 바로 모바일 인터넷 비즈니스였다. M-Biz는 편재성(Ubiquity), 접근성(Reachability), 보안성(Security), 위치확인(Localiz ation), 즉시 연결성(Instant Connectivity), 개인화(Personalization)의 모바일 인터넷 장점을 이용하여 뚜렷한 수익모델로 가능해졌기 때문이다. 이런 모바일 컨텐츠 서비스는 정보제공(Information), Entertainment, 상거래(Transaction), 단문메시지 (Communication) 등을 현재 제공하고 있으며, 이러한 기능들을 현재 개발되고 있는 홈 오토메이션 시스템과 결합하여 새로운 형태의 홈 오토메이션을 기반으로 하는 모바일 서비스 지원 기법을 본 논문에서는 논하였다.

As the business ecosystem has become more uncertain, the sources of supply chain risk have also been becoming more diverse. In particular, due to the development of informational technology in recent years, firms need to consider the emerging supply chain risk sources as well as traditional supply chain risk sources. A typical example is negative word-of-mouth by social media. Therefore, we investigated the virality of negative word-of-mouth on manufacturing firms by using YouTube as a representative social media. More specifically, we investigated how the social capital of the video creator influences the virality of negative word-of-mouth and how the emotional tone of the video affects the virality of negative word-of-mouth. In conclusion, the social capital of the video creator influenced the scale and speed of negative word-of-mouth. Furthermore, negative emotion words moderated the relation between the social capital of the video creator and the scale of negative word-of-mouth.

In this paper the network costing model alternatives for reasonable interconnection charging are suggested. The current interconnection charge regimes is based on fully distributed costing method. Basically this method doesn't consider the common carrier's efficient network cost because it reflects the actual cost of network In this paper, 1 suggest the basic structure of the network costing model fur applications of incremental costing method that considers the efficient cost based on economics-prospective. And I classify network cost with capital cost and operating cost and analysis their reasonable costing methods.

This study is targeted at users of social networks to investigate motives, motives based on information exchange, network density, and reliability of information, recognizing network. Result motivation is a social network analysis of information-seeking motivation, social influence motivation, entertainment motivation, motivation network formation, respectively. Network density is also information seeking motivations, social influence motivation, entertainment showed differences in motivation, information about the reliability of the difference between the difference was in all the motivational factors.

Drawing on the autonomist Marxist concepts of 'social factory', 'immaterial labour', and 'precarity', this paper discusses the changed nature of labour, life and social relations in contemporary informational capitalism. More specifically, it first traces back to the early autonomist (operasimo) theories of 'social factory' and 'class composition' and then discusses how these earlier theories were developed into the concept of 'immaterial labour' by a group of later autonomist theorists such as Paolo Virno, Maurizio Lazzarato, Micheal Hardt, and Antonio Negri. Then, it reviews how the concept of immaterial labour was taken up to understand the nature of labour in digital economy within the tradition of Cultural Studies, closely intersecting with the critiques of 'creative labour'. Finally, it discusses how the changed nature of labour is interrelated with the neoliberal labour forces transformations such as casualization of employment and increasing insecurity in employment and life, which the autonomist explores with the concept of 'precarity', the material condition of immaterial labour.
