For that reason, trend research has been actively conducted to identify and analyze the key topics in large amounts of data and information. Also personal information protection field is increasing activities in order to identify prospects and trends in advance for preemptive response. However, only research based on technology such as trends in information security field and personal information protection solution is broadly taking place. In this study, threat-based trends in personal information protection field is analyzed through text mining method. This will be the key to deduct undiscovered issues and provide visibility of current and future trends. Policy formulation is possible for companies handling personal information and for that reason, it is expected to be used for searching direction of strategy establishment for effective response.

This study investigates the determinants of strategic positional change. Specifically, the study suggests performance feedback affects to a firm's strategic repositioning. Performance feedback is a concept that a firm decides whether success or not by comparing its performance relative to its aspiration level. Prior studies successively discover diverse behaviors. The study suggests three unexplored relationships between performance gaps and strategic positioning. First, when a firm's performance is below relative to its aspiration level, that firm's strategic position will be deviate from the industry norm. Second, as the degree of industrial density increases, the tendency that a firm's strategic position becomes deviate from the industry norm decreases. Third, when the degree of reference group's performance decreases, the tendency that a firm's strategic position becomes deviate from the industry norm decreases. For empirical analysis, this study examines data of 538 firms that in North America crude petroleum and natural gas industry. The result reveals that the direction of a firm's strategic change is shaped when firms' performance is below relative to aspiration level. Also, this relationship is moderated as industrial density changes or when reference groups' performance decreases. This study contributes to the current literature by explaining how a firms' strategic position is decided. Also, this study reveals that reference groups' performance could affect to organizational choice.

This paper propose a fuzzy inference model for obstacle avoidance for a mobile robot with an active camera, which is intelligently searching the goal location in unknown environments using command fusion, based on situational command using an vision sensor. Instead of using "physical sensor fusion" method which generates the trajectory of a robot based upon the environment model and sensory data. In this paper, "command fusion" method is used to govern the robot motions. The navigation strategy is based on the combination of fuzzy rules tuned for both goal-approach and obstacle-avoidance. We describe experimental results obtained with the proposed method that demonstrate successful navigation using real vision data.

Recently, strategic information systems planning (SISP) has emerged as one of the necessities in 15 activities and organizational operations as a whole. Although various SISP researches have been done, in few studies have attention been given to the process employed in organizations to plan and implement SISP. To address SISP problems in terms of the process-oriented view, this paper employs a dynamic viewpoint on the basis of innovation-process model As a result of in-depth interviews with IS managers of nine Korean banks, this research found slightly different problems appear in each stage of the process. While problems cited in prior researches were observed, new ones are also appeared such as "finding out relative outsourcers" "political problems between functions which lead the process and others which alienated," the "necessity of steering committees, etc. Meanwhile, problems such as "top management concerns" or "cost," which suggested as significant problems in prior researches, appeared relatively insignificant This study has limitations as a qualitative and exploratory one. However, in view of further studies, the linkage between SISP practices and innovation process theory will allow researches linking characteristics of both fields. Furthermore, researches which view the SISP process as a comprehensive knowledge transfer process will be possible.

산업의 융합화 추세는 IT서비스 산업이 복잡한 서비스 시스템 통합과 더불어, 제품과 서비스의 융/복합화를 위한 PSS(Product Service System) 구현에 많은 노력을 요구하는 동인으로 작용하고 있다. 이는 제품의 서비스화(product servicize)와 서비스의 제품화(service productize) 현상의 가속화로 인해 제품과 서비스의 구분이 모호해지고 있는 산업변화에 대응하려는 산업의 노력으로 판단된다. 고객 가치 향상을 위해 IT서비스 제조산업(IT Service manufacturing)에서는 제품과 서비스의 모호한 경계를 극복하고, 서비스중심의 신규 IT서비스를 개발할 수 있는 무형의 프로세스 정립이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 사이언스 측면에서 제공되는 기법들(PSS, NPD, NSD, UCD, Contingency theory)을 검토하여, IT서비스 제조산업의 특성이 반영된 마케팅 지원 process tool을 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 제안된 tool은 목표시장 및 기술환경의 분석과 동시에 IT서비스 제품 분석을 통해 IT서비스 사업 마케팅 기회를 전략적으로 탐색할 수 있는 도구가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

In this paper, the centralized dynamic load-balancing was processed effectively by using the network based parallel genetic algorithm. Unlike the existing method using genetic algorithm, the performance of central scheduler was improved by distributing the process for the searching of the optimal task assignment to clients. A roulette wheel selection and an elite preservation strategy were used as selection operation to improve the convergence speed of optimal solution. A chromosome was encoded by using sliding window method. And a cyclic crossover was used as crossover operation. By the result of simulation for the performance estimation of central scheduler according to the change of flexibility of load-balancing method, it was verified that the performance is improved in the proposed method.

Recently ITs(Information Technologies} have been as essential methods for port operation. However, despite of the importance of ITs, there has not been any research that evaluate and analyze current level of ITs performance and their utilizations. Thus, objective of this study is to develop integrated indicators to evaluate current level of ITs performance and their utilizations in container terminal. To confirm the effectiveness of the suggested indicators, current level of ITs performance in a container terminal was measured, and then some implications based on findings were presented.

Recently the wireless internet technologies have been widely used in education environments. The purpose of this paper is to design and implement mobile class management support system. The proposed system is based on the existing CSCL theory and modified in accordance with mobile environments. The proposed system has the following characteristics. First, various types of cooperation are possible in this system. In this system, students can participate actively through tools such as BBS. Second, wired and wireless web sites are linked systematically so that users can access via either site. Two sites are complementary each other. Third, parents are encouraged to participate in class activities. Some basic information such as curriculum and daily announcement is open for parents. The proposed system has been applied to elementary school students. Extensive survey shows that the proposed system has good effect on participation, interaction, and satisfaction in class management, respectively.

최근에 휴대 단말기를 이용한 무선 인터넷이 급속도로 발전하고 있으며, 이에 기업의 전자상거래 환경도 무선 인터넷 환경으로 옮겨가고 있는 추세이며, 또한 그 응용 범위를 넓히기 위한 연구들도 많이 수행되고 있다. 그러한 연구 중 사용자의 편의성 및 경제성을 제공하기 위한 연구로서 무선 환경 하에서의 이동 에이전트를 이용한 자동협상 시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 좁은 대역폭과 휴대 단말기의 제한된 자원과 같은 무선 단말기의 특성 때문에 기존의 에이전트를 기반으로 하는 자동 협상 시스템을 무선 환경 하에서 적용하여 사용하는 데는 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 에이전트 기반 협상 시스템을 무선 환경 하에서 협상을 수행할 수 있도록 확장한 ENS(Extended Negotiation System 을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 ENS은 기존의 협상 전략을 포함하여 무선 환경 하에서 이용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 무선 환경의 구매자가 무선 단말기를 장시간 이용함으로써 부담해야 하는 경제적, 시간적 비용을 감소시키기 위하여 좀 더 효율적으로 자동 협상을 수행하는 구매 에이전트를 설계, 구현하였다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안한 협상 엔진은 협상을 수행하는데 핵심적이 역할을 수행하며, 빠른 시간 내에 제안을 생성하고, 탐색 공간을 축소함으로써 좀더 효율적으로 협상을 수행하도록 인공 지능 분야의 여러 문제들에 대해 그 효율성이 증명된 CSP 기법을 사용한다.

The system that is thermal test system for elements has been controlled generally by PID algorithm because of its characteristic. There is not a mathematical model for the system. So the system that is use the PID controller is not properly operated. To solve this problem, we propose a fuzzy algorithm that parameters and rule base is selected by self-searched algorithm for each system. The input fuzzy membership function is adapted based on the set stable range. Output membership function is nearly fixed but some parameter is adjustable. The rule base is changed under basis on the system response. The output value computed through inference and defuzzification is mapped into a value that is proper for the system operation. Through this regulation, it will be possible to prevent the temperature of system to go into the unstable temperature.
