인간은 원시시대부터 집을 짓고 생활하였으며 인류의 발전과 더불어 건축도 발전하였다. 초기의 주택이 추위나 외부의 적으로부터 인간을 보호하는 것이 목적이라면, 근대의 주택은 여기에 권위와 아름다움을 더하였다. 현대에 이르러 주택은 권위를 없애는 대신 쾌적성과 편리성을 추구하면서 사용자에게 다양한 기능을 제공하는 것이 중요시 되고 있다. 이처럼 사용자의 편의를 위한 다양한 첨단 기능이 추가된 건물을 지능형 건물이라 하며, 이를 구현하기 위하여 다양한 첨단 정보통신 기술이 사용된다. 본 논문은 최근 빠른 속도로 확산되는 지능형 빌딩과 이를 구현하기 위한 다양한 정보통신[IT] 기술들에 대하여 살펴보았다. 또한 비교적 최근 건축된 대표적인 지능형 건물에 대하여 살펴보고 향후 지능형 건물에 적용될 정보통신 관련 기술에 대하여 예측하였다.

This study was conducted to examine how the types of housing values influence the preference for computerized housing (so called 'Intelligent Housing'). A questionnaire survey was conducted on 347 residents in Seoul metropolitan area. The following findings were obtained: 1) The housing values were classified into 6 types: ostentation, information & technology, tradition preservation, personality, practicality, and privacy pursuit. 2) There were significant differences in housing values by the generation and the level of familiarity with information technology. 3) In general, computerized housing was highly preferred, and the housing value types that affected the preference were 'ostentation' and 'information & technology.' 4) There is a need to develop diverse models of computerized housing systems to respond to consumer demands.

ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) is comprised of a number of advanced technologies, including information processing, communications, control, and electronics. Joining these technologies to the transportation system will save lives more safely, save time, and save money more efficiently. The National ITS Architecture provides a common framework for planning, defining, and integrating intelligent transportation systems. Most ITS projects are being designed and implemented in accordance with the National ITS Architecture, a reference framework that spans all of standards activities. Recently, as software technology is rapidly improved and stabilized, there are some needs to reuse pre-developed and powerful ITS technology. ITS standardization based on components and open interfaces becomes a way to solve these reusability of current ITS technology. This paper focuses on how could we design and implement the ITS component based on the National ITS Architecture. Furthermore, design and analysis of UML (Unified Modeling Language) was made through the ATIS (Advanced Traveller Information System) component development task and this UML methodology is expected to provide a standardized model for newly developed ITS components.

정보통신 기술의 급격한 발전으로 등장한 첨단 시스템의 활용과 지능형 홈에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 홈 네트워킹 기술과 다양한 멀티미디어 응용의 발달로 생활의 편리화를 추구하기 위한 많은 노력들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유비퀴터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 다양한 어플리케이션 서비스를 개발하기 위한 필수적인 요소인 멀티미디어를 기반으로 하며, 사용자의 신원확인을 위해 인증 및 접근 제어를 통한 사용자의 행동 패턴을 분석하여 그 정보를 이용한 자동화 처리 시스템에 적용하는 단일화 된 어플리케이션 모델을 제안한다. 또한 일정시간을 두어 캡쳐되어진 영상 이미지에 대한 일정 허용 범위에 대해 픽셀 단위로 비교를 하여 이상 유무를 확인하며, 12byte의 salt 함수를 해쉬화 알고리즘에 이용한 자체 인증 기법을 취함으로써 사용자 인증에 안전을 꾀했다.

현재, 눈에 띄게 전개되고 있는 국제 경쟁의 성패는 한 나라의 노동생산의 질, 생산환경의 능력에 따라 크게 좌우되고 있다. 또 현재와 같이 정보화 사회로의 급진전은 정보의 지적 생산의 증가를 촉진하고 있다. 따라서 지적 정보처리의 도구(컴퓨터)에 대한 최적화 설계 및 경제적인 개발, 활용능력의 국민적 균일화는 고품질의 국가노동생산을 추구하는 21세기의 국가지표가 될 것임에 틀림없다. 이 논문 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째로 첨단기술과 기술혁신이 갖는 의미와 역사적 배경을 논하여, 한국의 시대적, 사회적 환경과 위치를 진단한다. 둘째는 사회의 변천역사에 맞추어 한국의 장래를 예견하는 입장에서 우리가 안고 있는 국민적 과제는 무엇이며, 컴퓨터기술(설계기술, 이용기술)이 국민에 대한 봉사기술로서 어떻게 정착되어, 활용되어야 할 것인가에 대해 논한다.

전통문화와 첨단산업이 공존하는 자족형 혁신도시를 추구하는 나주시. 영산강 문화의 뿌리를 둔 생명의 당이다. 배 주산단지인 이곳 나주에 '천우지베레린'을 확인시킨 에스엠비티(주) 전남지점(지점장 김현옥 44)이 자리하고 있다. 2006년 최초 1호 지점으로 설립, 에스엠비티(주)와 인연을 시작한 김지점장은 "고객과의 만남을 위해 현장으로 떠나는 매일 아침이 적지 않게 설레인다"면서 "하루 이동거리가 보통 250여km를 상회, 때론 지치기도 하지만 항상 생명이 살아 숨쉬는 현장의 목소리에 귀 기울이며 함께 꿈을 이룰 수 있어 행복하다'며 그의 환한 웃음 속에 열정을 내비친다. 이 같은 열정은 지난해 전국 우수지점에 선정된 영예와 무관치 않다. "영업력은 성실, 정보력, 대인관계, 적시적소의 운영 등 개인의 능력에 좌우된다"며 선두지점의 자부심을 드러내는 김 지점장은 "농가들은 작물보호제품의 인지도를 쉽게 바꾸려 하지 않아 우선 고객의 마음에 신뢰와 믿음을 심어주어야 한다. 끊임없는 제품연구와 정확한 정보 전달, 수요와 판매예측의 시장분석을 통해 적시적소에 적합한 제품을 공급해야 한다"면서 타사와의 차별화 전략에 대해 역설하며 그의 일상이 빼곡히 적혀있는 다이어리를 넘기며 또 다른 미래를 준비하고 있다.

최근 들어 소득과 교육 수준의 향상으로 인하여 생활환경과 여가시간 그리고 건강에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 U-City와 지속 가능한 생태 도시에 대한 사람들의 관심이 증가되고 있다. 이러한 삶의 질 향상에 따라 최근 국토 해양부에서는 U-City에 더불어 지속 가능한 생태계 순환기능과 첨단 IT기술이 결합된 U-Eco City에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. U-Eco City는 첨단의 IT기술을 집대성한 유비쿼터스 기술과 생태계 순환기능 등의 생태 기술이 인간, 자연 그리고 공간으로 연결되는 혁신적이고 창의적인 도시환경과 무한한 도시가치를 창출하는 지속가능한 미래형 첨단 친환경 생태도시를 말한다. U-Eco City는 보다나은 생활환경을 추구하고자 하는 인간의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 미래형 지속가능한 생태환경 도시로서 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 특히 미국과 영국에서는 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. U-Eco City는 더 나은 삶을 향한 인간의 끝임 없는 욕구 충족을 위해서 지속적인 연구가 필요하다. 하지만 아직은 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화 하기 위한 체계적인 연구가 미비한 상황이며, 특히 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화 하기위한 필수적인 단계인 인증과 관련된 부문에 연구가 많이 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 현재 통용되는 인증 제도를 통한 체계적인 제도의 정립, 인증 기준의 마련뿐만 아니라 인증을 위한 세부 지침의 마련 등이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 U-Eco City 개발 기발 요소 기술들을 기존의 인증기관을 통해 인정을 받을 수 방법들을 제시하고, 그 외의 요소기술들은 인증 기준을 제시하고, 인증기관을 인정하기 위하여 세부기준을 마련하도록 하였다, 다음은 신기술, 신제품 등, 인증을 받을 수 있는 제도적, 법적, 절차를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 인증제도를 통하여 U-Eco City를 도시 브랜드화를 하여 국내외 시장에 공급하고, 향후 개발될 U-Eco 기술인증업무를 지속적으로 수행하도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.

Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) are advanced applications which, without embodying intelligence as such, aim to provide innovative services relating to different modes of transport and traffic management and enable various users to be better informed and make safer, more coordinated, and 'smarter' use of transport networks. However, ITS has the different size and shapes according to the city environment policy to adjust the city scene and it has to be displayed by different message on the information display device in real-time. And the information service providers must make the information display system which has the different information and data each time. That is very time and workers consuming and auto message frame generation system is necessary. In this paper, we design and develop the message frame generation system which can set several parameters easily for the generation of the message frame automatically on the windows environment and we do not need to go the field to get the test data.

Today, the phase of modem war is very different from past war. That is, the winning of war depends on the ability to obtain information and high technology. The purposes of this research are to propose an effective R&D governance model in national defense sector and to present R&D strategy for obtaining core national defense technology. As a part of collaborative innovation, the strategy to exchange R&D results actively between the defense sector and the private sector will be discussed. The main contribution of this research is dearly defining the concept of R&D governance in national defense sector and applying it to an actual case. The national defense R&D governance model proposed in this paper is based on the characteristics of national defense R&D which are different from other industries. The analysis of business success factors for national defense R&D through the T-50 case study is presented in detail. The T-50 case study reveals the importance of strategic intent, core technology knowledge base, organizational structure, and project management.
