문화는 정신적인 것에서부터 제도에 이르기까지 인간의 삶과 관련된 모든 것을 의미한다. 대중예술이라는 측면에서 대중문화는 디지털 정보매체의 발달과 관련하여 고전적인 것보다는 개성과 독창성을 중시하고, 사회 문화적인 의미 이상으로 그 중요성과 영향력을 가지고 있으며, 규격화되고 획일적이며, 동질적 성격을 띄는 특성을 지니고 있다. 대중문화의 기능은 순기능과 역기능으로 분류할 수 있는데, 전자는 문화가 대다수 대중의 삶의 표현이고 문화적 풍요를 경험할 수 있다는 관점이고, 후자는 대중을 한 집단의 구성원이나 개인으로 인식하기보다는 무차별적인 집합체로 인식하고, 상업주의, 획일성, 저속성 등의 부정적인 의미를 내포하고 있으며, 대중문화가 사회의 도덕과 윤리를 저해한다는 관점이다. 최근 소비자들은 쾌적한 삶의 추구와 가족 중심적 사고로 여가와 레저를 중시하고 물리적 가치보다 정보가치와 시간가치를 더욱 중요시하여 쇼핑에서도 편익성을 추구하는 경향이다. 이와 함께 국내의 소비생활 양식이 서구형으로 변화하고, 교육기회의 증가, 신용사회의 정착, 정보화 사회의 출현 등 홈쇼핑 시장의 성숙조건이 갖추어져 있어 홈쇼핑에 대한 수요는 더욱 증가할 것으로 기대된다. 이에 본 연구는 홈쇼핑으로 의류제품을 구매하는 소비자의 특성을 파악하여 홈쇼핑 활성화에 다소 도움을 주기 위하여 실시되었다. (중략)

휴대용 정보기기의 보급이 확산되고 기능과 함계 외관 디자이이 중시되면서 건식코팅을 이용한 외관 색상구현이 많은 관심을 박도 있다. 기존에 사용되던 공정은 오염물질 규제로 인해서 더 이상 사용할 수 없기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 스퍼터링을 이용하여 다양한 조성의 티타늄 화합물을 합성하고 조성에 따라 화합물의 색상이 어떻게 변하는지 알아보았다.

YouTube as a news channel is gaining popularity because it offers more interesting and in-depth news than traditional news media. However, YouTube has been criticized for its distribution of false information (or fake news) in Korea. Politicians are actively proposing a variety of bills to regulate YouTube's false information and a lot of studies proposed how to regulate YouTube's false information. This study looked at the users' experience and perception of false information and identified factors that affected the regulation of YouTube news. The results showed that the conservatives and the moderate groups were exposed to false information more than the progressives, and those in their 60s believed that false information was distributed on YouTube rather those in their 20s to 50s. The more people value freedom of expression, the more people trust TV Chosun news, the more people tend to oppose the regulation of information on YouTube. On the other hand, it turns out that the more people trust the news on both terrestrial broadcasting networks and JTBC, and the more people value the enlightening aspects on the news, the more they approve of Youtube regulation.

최근 들어 전력자유화와 규제완화의 움직임에 전력수요의 신장 정체가 겹쳐 경쟁이 격화될 것으로 예상된다. 전력유통시스템에 있어서도 코스트압박이 커져 시스템 계획과 운용$\cdot$자금 계획을 종합한 경영의 효율화를 도모하는 애셋 매니지먼트의 구상이 보다 중시되어 설비의 라이프사이클 코스트를 고려한 계획$\cdot$운용이 주목을 받고 있다. 종래의 대용량$\cdot$고신뢰도 지향에서 환경적합성도 포함하는 종합적인 운용을 고려한 변전소시스템의 구축을 목적으로 정보시스템과 기기의 통합을 도모한 인텔리전트 변전소시스템을 개발하였다. 개발항목은 다음과 같다. (1) 전력유통시스템 운용$\cdot$관리에 적합한 변전소 정보시스템의 구축 스테이션레벨, 베이레벨, 프로세스레벨에서의 네트워크 구축 (2) 고도설비계획$\cdot$보전 시스템 CBM(Condition Based Maintenance)에 대응한 기기감시시스템, 설비관리시스템 (3) 정보시스템에 적합한 전압전류센서 및 기기센서 개발 변전소내 정보의 풀디지털화에 대응 (4) 콤팩트한 기기 개발 (5) 전력시스템 운용효율화에 공헌하는 시스템 개발 기기의 스트레스를 경감하는 개폐극 위상제어기술

플래시 메모리는 다양한 임베디드 시스템에서의 사용 빈도가 높으며, 특히 소형 정보기기의 보조기억장치로 빈번히 쓰이고 있으며, 이동형 정보기기의 경우 배터리를 사용하고 이동성이 중시되기 때문에 사용 중 전력 중단이나 외부의 충격, 환경에 많은 영향을 받게 된다. 플래시 메모리의 효율적인 오류관리를 위해서는 파일 시스템의 사용이 필요한데, 오류 발생시에 빠른 마운팅과 복구는 필수적인 요소가 된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 JFFS(1)의 다른 NAND 플래시 파일 시스템에 적합한 구조를 설명하고, 실험을 통해 성능을 평가함으로써 NAND 플래시 메모리에 적용하기에 적합한 저널링 방범을 제안한다.

이 연구는 디지털 네트워크 세상으로 인한 새로운 학습이론인 커넥티비즘을 알아보고 SW 교육이 나가야할 방향을 알아보았다. 커넥티비즘에서 학습은 지식이나 정보를 연결하는 과정으로 정의하고 학습자가 기존에 알고 있는 지식을 바탕으로 새로운 지식을 끊임없이 연결하거나 단절시키는 과정이 반복된다고 말한다. 커넥티비즘에 따른 SW 교육의 새로운 방향을 제시하면, 1)SW 학습 목표는 지식의 연결과정으로 다양성과 가변성을 내포하여 설정하고, 2)현재 정보 교과서 개발 체재의 변화와, 3)협업과 네트워킹이 강조되는 도구를 활용한 SW 교육 활동을 지향하며, 4)교육 비용 절감을 위한 적시학습(just-in-time learning) 지향 및 5)SW 교육 목적에 합리적 의사결정을 통한 연결 지식 배양 역량을 추가하고, 6)문제 해결학습 보다는 문제발견학습을 중시하도록 설정해야 한다.

This study is empirically intended to put forward the modeling and process improvement measures for the SCM capability in small venture firms. The findings are summarized as follows. There were strategic alliance, technological development and centralization in the modeling of strategic planning for supply chain, not the least of which is strategic alliance, followed by centralization and technological development. There were routing scheduling, network integration and third party logistics outsourcing in decision making, not the least of which was network integration. There were customer service management, productivity management and quality management in management control, not the least of which was quality management. And there were order management choice, pricing demand, shipment delivery and customer management in transaction support system, not the least of which was order management choice. As for the above-mentioned findings, to maximize the SCM capability and operate the optimized process in small venture firms, the existing strategic alliances can optimize the quality management and stabilize the transaction support system through the network sharing and integration from the perspective of relevant organizational members' capability and process improvement. And the strategic linkage between firms can maximize the integrated capability of information system beyond the simple exchange relation between electronic data, achieving a differentiated competitive advantage. Consequently, the systematization and centralization for the maximization of SCM capability, including the infrastructure construction based on the system compatibility and reliability for information integration, should be preceded before the modeling of the integrated capability for optimum supply chain and the best process management in the smart era.

This study examines the dispute resolution culture and negotiation strategy in Vietnam. We adopt area studies methodology in order to analyze dispute resolution and negotiation strategy in Vietnam, since the dispute resolution and negotiation strategy are keenly connected with the culture, law, institution, and economic system of the society. Our findings are as follows. First, Vietnamese society has the culture that has the characteristics of maternal society and patrilineal society. Vietnamese women has traditionally participated in the economic activity. Second, Vietnamese people showed loyalty to the nation. Third, Vietnamese society is shown to belong to the culture of collectivism. In addition, we investigate the multi-faced characteristics of Vietnamese dispute resolution culture and negotiation strategy. Our findings are as follows. First, Vietnamese people utilize middlemen in implementing dispute resolution and negotiation. Second, Vietnamese people prefer long-term negotiation style. Third, Vietnamese people is accustomed to face-saving culture. Fourth, Vietnamese people prefer the indirect communication style. Fifth, Vietnamese people prefer written document instead of oral agreement in contract. Sixth, Vietnamese people and firms prefer ADR to formal law.

This study classified the different types of service attributes being provided through cable VOD services and looked at how the key service attribute types affect the willingness to use paid VOD for each group of paid and non-experienced users. Studies have shown that for a group of non-experienced people, 'content information-oriented attributes' have the greatest impact, and for a group of experienced people, 'convenience-oriented attributes' have the greatest impact. Thus, expanding users of paid VOD services requires setting up step-by-step strategies that match their respective collective characteristics. For a group of non-experienced people, it is necessary to take a direct persuasion strategy through the provision of relevant information and an indirect approach strategy through the expansion of promotion opportunities, and for an experienced group, a strategy to expand functional convenience.
