The purpose of this study is to investigate a trend of research in the field of information science in Korea. For this purpose, the study analyzed the subject of each citing and cited articles appeared in the 'Journal of the Korean Society for Information Management' 302 original articles appeared in the journal from 1984 to 2004 were analyzed. 3,270 foreign literatures of library and information science field being cited in the original articles and those 2,492 cited foreign literatures of other field then library and information science were analyzed by subject, by publication year, and by citing age.

In this paper, we propose a study on the technology level survey and analysis of problems for improving the defense IT survey. Existing in 2008 and 2009, were surveyed and the documents were distributed. It's managed on system. It was surveyed 86 technology but, the selection method and content was simple. we surveyed and interviewed to work-related parties for improving and analyzed management system and documents. So we derived improvements. we selected defense IT from various aspects. and commissioned survey for document review and technology level to about 130 experts. The technology level is composed of the best technology weapon states, technology gap, spread effect, technology achievement time and research & development method.. We finally selected 40 technology, and suggested results of the technology level survey.

'91년 이래 매년 정보통신산업 실태조사를 시행하고 있는 우리 협회는 국내 부가통신서비스 현황과 2005년 까지의 각 부문별 전망자료를 수록한 "95 정보통신산업 실태조사 부가통신서비스"편 보고서를 발간하였다. 이에 보고서의 주요 내용을 요약해 본다.

국내 데이터베이스 산업에 대한 관련 기초자료가 부족하여 체계적이고 효율적인 정책수립 및 시행에 어려움을 겪고 있으므로 이를 보완하기 위하여 한국데이터베이스진흥센터에서는 국내 데이터베이스산업 현황과 이용자들의 요구사항 등 기초자료를 확보하기 위해 "데이터베이스 이용 실태 및 정보수요조사"를 실시한바 있다. 본 조사를 수행함에 있어 다소 부족하고 아쉬운 점이 있지만 관련 업계의 실태, 데이터베이스 이용 실태, 우리 국민들의 정보수요 등 기초자료를 조사함에 따라 보다 체계적인 산업계 및 국민의 실태 분석이 가능하여 정책수립에 도움이 될 것이라 생각된다. 본지에는 정보수요조사부분을 발췌하여 게재한다.

This paper was studied on change for Marine Administration of telecommunications. Analysis method was studied of Policy Delphi. The three kinds of telecommunications network influence on Marine administration is National Information Infrastructure Network, Integrated Services Digital Network and Local Area Network. The five kinds of telecommunications service influence on Marine administration is Telecommuting Service, Electronic Approval Service, Teleconference Service, Electronic Data Interchange Service, and Internet Service. The results of this as follow: First, all Marine agency must be innovation. Second, Marine Administration must be use Telecommunications. Marine Administration must be for customer.

본 연구는 초등정보영재교육에 대한 설문조사를 통해 실태를 파악하고 그 개선 방안을 찾고자 하였다. 설문조사는 초등 정보영재교육 대상자의 판별 및 선발, 초등 정보영재의 교육 방법 및 교육 형태, 초등 정보영재를 위한 교육과정의 운영, 초등 정보영재 교육을 위한 지원체제의 4개영역에서 이루어졌고 실태 조사 결과를 바탕으로 초등정보영재 교육의 개선방안을 제시하였다.

아직까지 정보보호 활동은 기업의 입장에서 비용을 단순히 소비' 하는 업무로 인식되는 경우가 많다. 때문에 최근의 경기침체가 보안예산의 축소나 보안활동의 위축으로 이어질 것이라는 우려가 적지 않다. 그러나 정작 기업 정보보호 담당자들의 시각은 다른 것으로 나타났다. 오히려 경기침체가 정보보호 강화의 계기가 될 것이라고 전망하는 담당자도 적지 않았다. 정보보호 부서와 역할 범위가 강화되는 것으로 해석해 볼 수 있는 대목이다. 기업 보안 부서와 담당자들의 역할 변화를 감지할 수 있는 기업 정보보호 실태조사 결과의 일부를 소개해 보고자 한다. 이번 설문조사는 지난 3월 24일 (사)한국침해사고대응팀협의회가 개최했던 CONCERT FORECAST 2009 참석자 중 110명을 대상으로 실시한 것이다.

This research is aimed at proposing the policies for enhancing information services at the GARS. To this end, a survey was carried out over the user group, the staff group, and the external expert group. And then the 3-Partner Approach Model was proposed that accommodates the archivist-centered partnership with users and external experts. Based on this model. the three-aspect policies to upgrade information services were proposed.
