Be expressed in network-centric warfare, mainly battlefield environment of the future. The purpose of the system for the war of the future, is to recognize the enemy before the enemy, and rapid decision-making, to hit accurately. For this reason, it is during the construction of the integrated system of C4ISR+PGM. In such an integrated system, it is necessary to further enhance the security aspects of the information. In particular, strengthening of security leads to a decrease of efficiency. Therefore, security and efficiency should be considered together. In this study, we provide a homomorphic encryption system that can be safely managed information environment on the battlefield of the future. The proposed method uses encryption technology of homomorphic that can be the arithmetic operations on encrypted state. It has changed from the state of the encryption. Therefore, the attacker can not know a decent information.

This study aims to prevent secondary traffic accidents with high severity by overcoming the limitations of existing traffic information collection systems through analysis of traffic information collection detectors and various algorithms used to detect unexpected situations. In other words, this study is meaningful present that analyzing the 'unexpected situation that causes secondary traffic accidents' and 'Existing traffic information collection system' accordingly presenting a solution that can preemptively prevent secondary traffic accidents, intelligent traffic information collection system that enables accurate information collection on all sections of the road. As a result of the experiment, the reliability of data transmission reached 97% based on 95%, the data transmission speed averaged 209ms based on 1000ms, and the network failover time achieved targets of 50sec based on 120sec.

MPEG-21 환경에서의 DI(Digital Item)은 MPEG-21 프레임워크 내에서 표준화된 표현 형식, 식별 체계, 서술 형식을 따르는 구조화된 디지털 객체이며, 유통, 처리의 최소 단위이다 따라서. 이러한 DI가 MPEG-21 멀티미디어 프레임워크 환경에서 사용자 터미널에 전달되었을 때 어떻게 처리되어야 될 것인지를 규정하는 것은 매우 중요한 과제이며. 이와 관련한 기술이 DIP(Digital Item Processing)이다. 본 논문에서는 DIP의 한 응용 예로서 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 계층적으로 기술하는 Video Summary의 응용 방안에 대한 연구 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 현재 이루어지고 있는 웹기반 교육방법을 분석 연구하여 웹상에서 실습과목을 학습하는데 있어 효율적인 WBI 코스웨어를 설계하였다. 또한 멀티미디어 저작도구를 이용하여 학습 효과를 최대화할 수 있는 학습 방법을 제시하고 코스웨어를 제작할 때 적용함으로써 기능적인 측면에서 일방적으로 지식을 전달, 주입하는 단순한 학습에 치우치지 않고 수요자인 학습자가 스스로 학습을 주도하여, 능동적이고 창의적인 자기 주도적 학습 환경의 개발로 효과적이고 체계적인 개인 학습을 할 수 있도록 학습 환경을 조성해 준다.

EDI 체계가 정착되기 위해서는 EDI 메세지가 법적 구속력이 있는 상용 전자문서이므로 전자문서 전달에 관련된 사람이나 장비가 기존의 상거래에서 유지되는 안전성보다 더욱 철저하게 전자문서를 관리하여야 하며, 안전성 문제의 해결책이 없이는 EDI화의 진척은 한계에 부딪치게 된다. 본 논문에서는 EDI 통신에 관련된 분야 중에서 메세징 시스템 분야의 안전성을 위해 X. 435에서 정의하고 있는 안전성 서비스를 구현하기 위한 방안에 대해서 연구하였다.

B-ISDN은 SDH와 ATM기술을 기반으로 다양한 통신서비스(음성, 데이터, 영상 및 비디오)를 전달하기 위한 통합 정보통신망 개념이다. 이러한 B-ISDN을 효율적이고 체계적으로 통합 운용관리하고, 관리시스템들 간의 상호운용성을 보장할 수 있도록 B-ISDN 운용관리에 국제표준의 TMN 권고 개념을 도입 적용시키기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행중에 있다. 본 고에서는 TMN 개념을 기반으로 하는 B-ISDN 운용관리 표준화에 관해 ATM Forum 및 ITU-T를 중심으로 고찰하여 기술한다.

공간디자인의 확장을 통한 영상디자인에 감각적이고 생명력을 부여하여 시각적이고 기술적 요소를 가미한 유기적 아름다움과 감성의 경계와 확장에 대한 영상으로 접근하고 서로 다른 환경에서의 구조적이며, 공간적, 그리고 시간적인 개념들이 쌓이면서 다양한 오브제들에 환경에 맞는 의미들을 부여하고, 실험적 영상을 스크린뿐만 아니라 다양한 매체들을 통해서 효과적인 정보전달체계와 메시지를 전달하여 새로운 감각을 확장한다. 도시경관이나 공원, 건축물등 다양한 공공환경을 개선하기 위한 효과적인 영상연출과 가상공간에서의 현실적 느낌들을 부여하고 니즈들의 상호관계를 극복하여 전시기법과 패턴 여러 복합적인 요소들을 활용하여 영상디자인에 있어서의 효과적인 방법들을 여러사례 분석과 실험들을 통하여 연구한다.

사용자 레벨 입출력은 유연성이 있고 효율적인 디바이스 드라이버를 만들 수 있게해주기 때문에, 내장 실시간 시스템에서 그 중요성이 더해가고 있다. 내장 실시간 시스템에서 사용자 레벨 입출력을 지원하기 위해서는 운영체제가 입출력 장치에서 발생한 외부 인터럽트를 프로세서에 예측 가능하고 효율적인 방법으로 전달할 수 있는 방법을 제공해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 사용자 레벨 시그널 처리 기법을 기반으로 한 효율적인 사용자 레벨 입출력 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법은 동적 가상 쓰레드 바인당(dynamic virtual binding)과 스케줄링 이벤트 업콜(scheduling event upcall)등의 다중 쓰레딩을 지원하기 위한 커널 구조를 이용하여 기존 시그널 처리의 문제점을 해결한다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 기법은 ARX실시간 운영체제상에 구현하여 그 성능을 측정하였다. 실험결과 제안된 기법은 적은 부하로 외부에서 발생한 인터럽트를 사용자 프로세서에 예측 가능한 시간에 전달한다.

최근 통신사업자(Telco)들은 급증하고 있는 고용량의 멀티미디어 트래픽을 수익화하기 위해, 자신의 네트워크 인프라에 CDN(Contents Delivery Network)을 직접 구축하거나, 망 증설의 부담을 줄이기 위해 ALTO(Application Layer Traffic Optimization)와 같은 트래픽 지역화 기술을 적용하는 등 다양한 노력을 경주하고 있다. CDNI(CDN interconnetion)는 이러한 노력의 일환으로, 전 세계에 걸쳐 고품질의 콘텐츠 전달 서비스 인프라를 구축함과 동시에 새로운 콘텐츠 유통 체계를 정립하는데 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 글로벌 ISP를 중심으로 결성된 CFP(CDN Federation Pilot)에 대해 소개하고, 현재 진행 중인 Telco CDN 상호연동 기능시험과 그 결과를 일부 제시한다. 또한, IETF CDNI 워킹그룹을 중심으로 진행되고 있는 Telco CDN 연동과 관련된 기술 표준화에 대해서 소개한다.

In these days, not only many peoples were killed or wounded by seismic sea waves in Indonesia, but also our country is influenced by disasters such as tsunami and earthquake happened in sea areas adjacent to japan. The precaution against disaster and the rapid communication of disaster informations have become important. In order to minimize and prevent citizens' properties and lives from the loss or the damage by natural calamities suas storms, earthquakes and typhoons, the establishment of communication network for rapid information transmission and the development of system for preventing citizens from disasters should be performed.
