전력계통 에너지관리시스템(EMS)을 위한 공통 정보모델(CIM:Common Information Model)은 1990년대 후반에 EPRI의 CCAPI (Control Center Application Program Interface) 연구 프로젝트에서 시작하여, 현재는 IEC의 국제표준인 IEC 61970시리즈로 등록되어 있다. 특히, CIM은 IEC61970의 Part 301, 302에 정의되어 있는 공통데이터 모델을 지칭하며, IEC61970의 Part 401${\sim}$407에 정의되어 있는 CIS (Component Interface Specification)와 더불어 EMS의 API(Application Program Interface)를 정의하는 핵심 요소이다. CIM (Common Information Model)은 전격회사의 전력 시스템 운영을 포함하여 전력회사 전반에 사용되는 주요한 객체(object)들을 나타내는 추상적 모델(abstract model)이다. 또한, CIM은 전력계통 자원을 객체 클래스들(object classes)과 속성들(attributes)로 표현하는 표준 방법을 제공함으로써, 발전분야나 배전분야와 같이 전력 계통의 운용 영역이 다른 계통들과 EMS 시스템 연계, 독립적으로 개발된 전체 EMS 시스템간의 연계, 서로 다른 판매자에 의해서 독립적으로 개발된 EMS 응용 프로그램간의 통합을 용이하게 한다. 본 논문에서는 전력계통 공통 데이터 모델인 IEC 61970을 소개하고, 이에 기반을 둔 한국형 EMS 데이터베스 구축에 관해 설명한다.

This study aims for developing an instructional design strategy to improve collaborative teaching between teacher librarians and subject teachers in library-assisted instruction. Collaborative teaching is an important management activity enhancing teaching role of teacher librarians in their school community. But in the actual condition the level of the library-assisted instruction as its practical strategy is cooperation and subject teachers are leading teaching and learning except for selecting resources. Because library-assisted instruction is resource-based learning, the procedural knowledge of information literacy curricula and topics of subject specific curricula should be designed as a whole. Also, there must be possibilities of reducing trial and error and expanding successes. From these sides, the collaborative design strategy for library-assisted instruction can be planned like 'statement of learning situation-co designing-co teaching-co evaluating'.

Remodeling becomes the significant issue in the aspect of the resource recycling, because it does not demolishes the whole buildings, but a part of main structure. However, compared with new construction, remodeling has several problems of adding the repair and rehabilitation works, using the partial demolition method, and having difficulties of making decision due to disagreement between several owner organizations. BIM, which is the total solution for managing and producing information during whole life cycle of the buildings, seems to be the right solution for the way to address these issues. has a possibility for solving the problems. Therefore this paper provided the framework and database for applying the BIM in the remodeling, and proved the applicability of the BIM database in the remodeling project through the case studies.

전력산업의 환경변화에 따라 단일 공급자였던 한전을 비롯하여 전력판매사업자, 민간부하사업자, 에너지컨설팅사업자 등 에너지관련 서비스를 제공하는 주체자(이하 ESP : Energy Service Provider)의 참여로 전력시장이 경쟁체제로의 변화가 예상된다. 이러한 주체는 전력에너지 관리 최적화를 위한 수요측의 전력자원과 정보의 통합관리가 필요하다. 또한 수요측 서비스 개선과 동시에 수익을 창출할 수 있는 부가 서비스의 개발이 또한 요구될 것이다. 최근 석유가격의 지속적인 상승으로 도매시장가격은 더욱 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 현재 우리나라는 CBP 형태의 전력시장에서 시간대별로 변하는 전력가격(SMP)에 의하여 시장가격이 정해진다. 따라서 시장가격이 높아지면 높아질수록 전력을 구입하고 있는 전력사업자의 경우 구입비의 증가로 재무 건전성 확보에 악영향을 초래한다. 따라서 효율적인 전력 수요절감을 통해 구입전력비를 절감할 수 있는 신수요관리 기법이 필요하다. 이러한 신수요관리 기법은 국가적으로는 하계수급비상 해소와 신규 건설비용 및 혼잡비용을 회피하고, 전력사업자는 구입전력비의 절감을 통해 전력도매시장가격의 안정을 도모할 수 있다. 이러한 수요절감 기법 중 수요측의 자율적인 참여 및 반응을 기반으로 하는 수요반응(Demand Response, 이하 DR)이 있으며, 이는 전력사업자와 수요 측 전력부하설비와의 양방향 통신 및 제어 인프라 구축이 필요하다. 본 논문은 이러한 DR운영에서 반드시 필요한 수요측 전력부하설비와의 양방향 통신 및 제어 인프라구축에 대한 방법 및 결과를 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the cases of cooperation between school libraries and public libraries in order to reinforce their cooperation, and to prepare the base for development of school libraries. Data is collected through five workshops which attended school librarians, public librarians, and the peoples in the several regional offices of education. The results show three models of school and public library cooperation. School library - public library cooperation model is suited for metropolitan area where school library and public library are developed. Public library support model is suited for mid-size cities where school libraries are undeveloped. School library and public library integration model is suited for small towns where both school libraries and public libraries are undeveloped. These models, however, should be revised through testing several libraries and different situations.

To determine the precise geoid, the quality land gravity data as well as the accurate position information of the observation points are required. Here, the land gravity data should be processed in a consistent way from the raw data level producing the quality free-air anomaly being used in the geoid determination. In this study, we processed land gravity data of KIGAM(Korea Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources) and Pusan national university which has precise position information acquired from GPS and raw gravity data. The conversion from readings of gravimeter to the gravity value, corrections of instrumental height and tide were carried out from the raw gravity data for each surveying session. Then, a cross-over adjustment was applied to generate a free-air anomaly for whole data with precision of 0.48 mGal. It is expected that the data processed through this study shall be a foundation on the determination of the precise geoid model in Korea.

The Internet, the main issue of a new millennium, is being researched vitally for the progress of the construction industry, and the construction industry is considered to be led into a high-value added state-of-arts technology industry through CALS. Even if many construction companies gradually widen the use of the Internet for various purposes such as an electronic bidding system and an e-commerce system, the companies are still demanded to use the Internet more broadly and practically. Hence, the need for a tool for fast decision making and an effective construction management has risen. The PRIMA system has been developed specifically focused on meeting with those recent changes of the construction industry. This system is composed of three parts. Those are Just In Time(JIT) management, integrated application of man power${\cdot}$safety${\cdot}$work management and decision making process based on real-time information in the Internet. The usefulness of the PRIMA system has already been proved in a super-scale construction project. As the Internet environment get improved the use of the tool will be spread out gradually for many construction projects, regardless their size and location.

생명 과학 분야에서 대부분의 연구는 생명 현상의 근본적인 기작을 이해하고 활용하는 것으로써, 이를 위해 다양한 실험을 통해 얻어지는 오믹스 정보를 활용하여 생명 현상을 모델링하여 실험적으로 확인하는 것이 필수적이다. 이를 위한 국내외 기반 연구가 진행되고 있으나 많이 활성화되어 있지 못하며, 아직까지 대규모의 생물학적 반응 네트워크에 대한 시뮬레이션이 불가능하다는 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 유전체에서부터 유전자 발현 및 신호전달과정에 이르는 대규모의 세포내 반응을 통합적으로 모델링하고 이를 대규모 컴퓨팅 환경에서 시뮬레이션하기 위한 소프트웨어를 설계하고 구현한다. 이를 통해 기존의 단일 컴퓨팅 기반 분석 시스템에서는 불가능했던 대규모의 생물학적 반응 네트워크에 대한 분석이 슈퍼컴퓨팅자원에 기반을 두어 수행이 가능하므로, 높은 수준의 분석 결과를 도출하는 것이 가능하다.

u-Park means national parks with environmentally sound information networks and integrated ubiquitous services are available. u-Park is totally managed based on u-IT (Ubiquitous IT Technologies) which provides ubiquitous service through sophisticated resources of national park and establishments. It is necessary in changing the existing park management system into u-IT based u-Park management system that park managers should accept new technology, u-Park management system, and be able to utilize it. The purposes of this research is to analyze managers' acceptance behavior on ubiquitous computing technology. Technology acceptance model (TAM) was introduced to specifies the causal relationships among variables related to managers' technology acceptance behavior. The hypothesized model was tested by surveying 157 managers at 5 national parks in Korea. TAM accounted for 55.2% of the variance in intention to use. The most important finding is that perceived compatibleness was the most influential variable in determining intention to use. This means that u-Park management system should be compatible with manager's task and business style.

This study observes the case of Kakao-Page, a webtoon and web novel company, revealing the relationship between long-tail strategy and corporate competence in the cultural content industry market. This study investigated the various expansion strategies of Kakao-Page and investigated the strength of the strategy through value, rare, inimitability, and organization the method of VRIO analysis. The biggest strength of Kakao-Page is its diverse range of products ranging from 66,000, and not only does it gain merit as a long-tail, but it also becomes the core of the vertical integration and various expansion strategy. The study points out that the ability to secure a wide range of products is essential for platform content companies seeking access to the market. Also, the need for follow-up research regarding content platforms and long-tail.
