본 논문은 철도 건널목(교차로)에서 발생하는 차량, 보행자 및 야생 동물 사고 등의 상황에서 발생하는 위험 요소를 설정하고 철도 건널목(교차로)의 운행상황을 확인할 수 있도록 모형 철도 주변에 유형별 센서들을 설치하고 데이터를 인지하여 시스템에 저장하고, 유효한 데이터 분석을 통해 Orange3 머신러닝 기법을 적용한다. 철도 건널목에 관련된 이미지 중 위험인자로서 차량, 보행자 및 야생동물등의 객체를 감지하고 데이터를 수집하여 활용한다. 또한 이러한 데이터들은 이용자 상황에 맞는 철도 데이터 운영 시스템으로 적용할 수 있도록 위험 예측 시스템을 제안한다.

본 연구는 효율적인 공급사슬관리(SCM)을 위한 전략 정보시스템 구축에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 효율적 공급사슬관리를 위한 전략정보시스템 구축에 영향을 주는 요인들을 파워 프로세스의 관점에서 파악하고 이를 실증 연구를 통해 보다 효율적인 전략정보시스템으로서의 SCM 전략의 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 공급사슬관리의 효율적 운영에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 영향요인들에 관한 기존 연구와 함께 파워 프로세스의 요소와의 연계를 통해 전략정보시스템으로서의 SCM 전략 유형을 제시하고 이의 특징을 연구의 범위로 설정하고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적과 연구범위를 위해, 먼저 선행 연구된 파워 프로세스의 권력 주체가 권력요소, 가치 욕구, 환경, 관계성이라는 기본적인 다섯가지 권력 결정변수들간의 동적 상호작용을 통해 새로운 가치를 창출하는 과정을 살펴보며, 이러한 파워프로세스에 의한 전략이 권력 결정변수에 대한 가중치에 의해 전략의 유형이 결정되며, 이 유형에 따르는 전략 효과는 그 가중치와 결정 변수들간의 상호작용에 크게 의존되고 있음을 밝혀내고자 한다. 또한, 공급기업과 공급받는 기업들간의 이러한 관계는 기업이 사용하고 있는 전략적 정보시스템(SIS)으로서의 SCM 전략 유형과 일반적으로 높은 상호작용을 하고 있는 것으로 판단되어지며, 더욱이 기업의 정보가치에 대한 높은 인식으로 인한 디지털 경제하에서의 상호간 전략적 형성을 위해서는 더욱 파워프로세스적 관점하에서 SCM 전략 유형과 전략적 정보시스템간의 통합적으로 고찰함으로써 그 유용성을 살펴볼 수 있고 그러한 결과는 기업성과에 밀접한 영향을 주고 있음을 본 논문에서 밝히고 있다.더십을 행사할 때 이러한 리더십은 경영성과에 긍정적인 결과를 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 리더십 성과 향상을 위한 지식경영정보시스템은 파워결정요소적 측면에서 고려되어야 할 것이다. 모델과 독립성 모델에서는 시스템 등급에 영향을 준다. 향후에는 더욱 더 다양한 상호의존 모델들이 정량화될 필요성이 있다고 본다. 진행하였다. 줄여서 보다 더 정확하고, 지능적인 규칙구성요소 추출 방법론을 제시하고 구현하여 지식관리자의 규칙습득에 대한 부담을 줄여 주고자 한다. 도움을 받을 수 있게 되었다.을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다..20{\pm}0.37L$, 72시간에 $1.33{\pm}0.33L$로 유의한 차이를 보였으므로(F=6.153, P=0.004), 술 후 폐환기능 회복에 효과가 있다. 4) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 노력성 폐활량은 수술 후 72시간에서 실험군이 $1.90{\pm}0.61L$, 대조군이 $1.51{\pm}0.38L$로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.620, P=0.013). 5) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 일초 노력성 호기량은 수술 후 24시간에서 $1.33{\pm}0.56L,\;1.00{\ge}0.28L$로 유의한 차이를 보였고(t=2.530, P=0.017), 술 후 72시간에서 $1.72{\pm}0.65L,\;1.33{\pm}0.3L$로 유의한

This study aims to explore the combinations of services and technologies for academic libraries to use based on librarians' perception and establish effective service strategies accordingly. The literature review facilitated an understanding of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies impacting the libraries. We discovered how technologies are transforming library services. We analyzed the academic library services to categorize their service structure. The survey revealed the necessity of introducing technology for each service category and the appropriate automation levels of services based on the perception of librarians. The survey results identified nine prioritized combinations of academic library services and technologies. Based on the analysis, we proposed the service-technology strategies for each category. This study has significance in exploring the potential for introducing and utilizing new technologies to enhance academic library services and exploring ways to combine services and technologies based on the common opinion of librarians.

In this study, the factor that affect use value of domestic public library was analysed. This study try to grasp the effect of various variables such as characteristics of the respondent and library through the measurement using CVM that extract the value by the user's statement. For this purpose, effective variables identified in the value measurement study of domestic and foreign public library was grasped and characteristics of the effective variables presented in the study examined. The factor influenced WTP representing library's value are the demographic characteristics such as gender, income, age and the using pattern such as frequency of use, time to visit. As to user's satisfaction and recognition, the recognition about librarian's satisfaction, place for resident's exchange, degree of financial support, culture-art volunteers are affecting depending on the service such as information, facilities and programs. The study comprehensively analysed the impact on the value measured by all types of public library in the nation and provided the information about property of value assessed by user according to region and scale. This information is expected to help the strategic policy making to enhance the value of library in the future.

The evaluation of students' computational thinking begins with the evaluation of knowledge about the concepts and principles of computing. In this study, we analyzed the differences in teachers' perceptions depending on the description method of the bebras challenge questions to evaluate computer science knowledge. First, we classified the questions into two types depending on whether computer science terms were included or not. Also we made a computational thinking questionnaire with two types of questions and surveyed 72 major teachers. As a result, teachers expressed the opinion that the evaluation questions that revealed computer science terms were appropriate as evaluation questions for information subjects. They also perceived it as more helpful in assessing computational thinking and coding skills. Through the results of this study, we suggested that the way the questions are worded is important in the process of assessing students' understanding of computer science concepts and computational thinking skills.

The study aims to understand undergraduates' and graduate students' perceptions and satisfaction with online learning platforms and to verify the relationship between usability factors and satisfaction with online courses. The literature review facilitated the summarization of major factors to be considered in the online learning platform development process and established the research model. The follow-up survey verified the perceptions of university constituents regarding the fulfillment of the university online learning platforms' user interface principles, platforms' usability, satisfaction with platforms, and satisfaction with online courses. Causal relationships between variables were tested and modeled by analyzing survey results. We also confirmed that the same model can be applied to different types of learners and various types of online learning methods. This study is significant in verifying that the fulfillment of the platforms' user interface design principles can affect satisfaction with online courses using the platforms based on learners' evaluation results. We expect that the research model proposed in this study can contribute to the improvement and development of online learning environments in the future.

정서를 측정하고 나타내는 기술이 발전에 따라 문화적 보편성을 가진 얼굴표정 연구의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 그리고 지금까지의 많은 얼굴 표정 연구들은 정적인 얼굴사진 위주로 이루어졌다. 그러나 실제 사람들은 단적인 얼굴표정만으로 정서를 인식하기 보다는 미묘한 표정의 변화나 얼굴근육의 움직임 등을 통해 정서상태를 추론한다. 본 연구는 동적인 얼굴표정이 정적인 얼굴표정 보다 정서상태 전달에서 더 큰 효과를 가짐을 밝히고, 동적인 얼굴 표정에서의 눈과 입의 정서인식 효과를 비교해 보고자 하였다. 이에 따라 15 개의 형용사 어휘에 맞는 얼굴 표정을 얼굴전체, 눈, 입의 세 수준으로 나누어 동영상과 스틸사진으로 제시하였다. 정서 판단의 정확성을 측정한 결과, 세 수준 모두에서 동영상의 정서인식 효과가 스틸사진 보다 유의미하게 높게 나타나 동적인 얼굴 표정이 더 많은 내적정보를 보여주는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 얼굴전체-눈-입 순서로 정서인식 효과의 차이가 유의미하게 나타났으며, 부정적 정서는 눈에서 더 잘 나타나고 긍정적 정서는 입에서 더 잘 나타났다. 따라서 눈과 입에 따른 정서인식이 정서의 긍정성-부정성 차원에 따라 달라짐을 볼 수 있었다.

The study of information fusion technology, which merges various types of data to recognize a situation more exactly, has begun in the area of national defense. Recently, the concept of information fusion is getting applied to other fields, and we are interested in maritime safety. In navigation, officers receive data about inside and outside of ship from several devices in bridge, and use it to recognize and predict the safety situation. However, too much and fast updated data might even fatigue mates, and there is the problem of inconsistency among data from several types of devices. This paper introduce how can use information fusion technology for the situation awareness and prediction of navigation safety, and show the realization possibility of Intelligent Navigation Safety Information System through an information fusion example in a specific situation scenario.

IoT 기술을 이용한 다양한 제품과 서비스의 출시로 국내·외 IoT 산업의 급성장 및 초연결사회로의 진입이 가속화되고 있는 가운데, 보안에 취약한 IoT 기기를 공격 목표 및 도구로 악용하여 다양한 침해사고가 발생되고 있다. 이와 같은 상황은 IoT 기기 보급 활성화와 더불어 더욱 증가할 것으로 전망되고 있으며, 피해의 범위 및 정도에 있어서 막대한 사회적·경제적 손실을 유발하게 될 것으로 우려되고 있다. IoT 기기를 대상으로 하는 침해사고는 주로 디폴트 계정이나 추측하기 쉬운 패스워드를 사용하는 등 관리적 미흡 혹은 기기 자체의 취약점을 악용하여 발생하는 공격으로 인하여 발생되고 있다. 이에 정부 및 산업체에서는 IoT 기기의 보안 내재화, 기기 소유자의 보안인식 제고 등 IoT 기기의 보안성 강화를 위한 다양한 활동을 진행하고 있다. 하지만 IoT 기기 및 사용 환경의 특징 상 모든 IoT 기기를 안전하게 배포하여 관리하는 데에는 한계가 존재하기 때문에, 침해사고 예방 및 대응의 관점에서 공격에 노출되기 쉬운 취약한 기기를 파악하여 사전에 조치하는 노력이 필요하다. 이와 관련하여 본 논문에서는 IoT 기기 취약점을 악용하여 발생하는 공격 대응을 위해, 다양한 채널을 통해 IoT 기기 취약점 및 익스플로잇 정보를 수집하여 IoT 기기 취약점 악용 공격의 유형을 분석하고 대응의 일례를 제시함으로써 IoT 위협 탐지 및 대응 전략 수립을 위한 기초정보를 제공하고자 한다.

This study is an attempt to explore the professional image of librarianship through librarians' subjectivity using Q-methodology based on intraindividual difference in significance. The study identified four types of the professional image of librarianship and discussed their relationship; the ambivalent, the prideful, the advanced, and the critical. Each types are unique, not inter-exclusive characteristics reflected the context of the present. Also, all types have a positive image toward the librarianship.
