유니트로드를 복수의 층으로 쌓아 저장하는 적재장에서 적재 능력을 높이면 1개가 차지하는 유니트로드의 소요공간은 줄어드나, 적재층이 높아지게 되면 특정 대상 유니트로드를 인출하는데 발생되는 재 취급으로 인하여 인출에 따른 작업 시간은 늘어나게 되어 취급비용은 증가 한다. 일반적으로 유나트로드 를 적재하는 적재장애는 재취급의 발생이 불가피하다. 따라서 다양한 적재형태의 적재장에서 최하층 열의 수, 컬럼, 적재층을 변화 시켜가면서, 임의의 유니트로드를 인출 할 떼 발생하는 기대 취급수를 측정하는 식을 유도한다. 유도된 식을 이용하여 다 양한 적재형태들에 대해서 기대 취급수를 서로 비교한다.

This study firstly considered the changing processes of the 'guideline on dealing with restricted materials and information' which had been theoretical background for understanding the dealing situations of materials and information on North Korea. Additionally, this study investigated material possessions which were located in restricted-materials-dealing institutions affiliated with Ministry of Unification and Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, and also researched using results of the materials. Through the investigation analysis and precedent studies, problems caused by poor material using conditions were found and institutional developing plans were sought. In particular, this study suggested that 'the Interchange Council for North Korean Information and Materials' be constructed as a general management organization which controls many problems caused by using and treating materials and information on North Korea and cooperative models that can lead organic connection among all institutions for dealing with restricted materials and information.

환경부는 화학물질로 인한 국민건강 및 환경상의 위해(危害)를 예방하고 화학물질을 적절하게 관리하고, 화학물질로 인하여 발생하는 사고에 신속히 대응함으로써 화학물질로부터 모든 국민의 생명과 재산 및 환경을 보호하기위한 법률인 "화학물질관리법"을 2015년 1월 1일부터 시행하였다. 화학물질관리법에서는 유해화학물질의 취급기준과 유해화학물질 취급시설의 설치 및 관리 기준을 준수토록 하고 있으며, 유해화학물질 취급시설을 설치 및 운영 시에는 사전에 화학사고 발생으로 사업장 주변 지역의 사람이나 환경 등에 미치는 영향을 평가하여 유해화학물질 취급시설의 설치단계에서 안전성을 확보하기 위한 유해화학물질 화학사고 장외영향평가서를 작성 및 제출하도록 하고 있다. 또한 사고대비물질을 규정 수량이상 취급하는 경우 위해관리계획서를 작성하여 지역사회에 고지하도록 하고 있다. 법 시행 이전에 유해화학물질 취급시설을 설치한 사업장은 사업장 규모에 따라 장외영향평가서의 제출 유예기간인 2019년 12월 31일까지 제출하여야 하며, 사고 대비물질의 영업허가를 득해야하는 사업장은 2017년 내 장외영향평가서를 제출하여야 한다. 장외영향평가(off-site risk assessment(ORA)) 제도는 유해화학물질 취급시설의 기본평가정보(공정 정보), 장외평가정보(사고 시나리오 선정 및 위험도 분석), 타 법령과의 관계정보로 구성되어 있다. 장외영향평가의 효율적인 작성을 위하여 현장과 일치된 공정정보(공정개요 및 공정도면 등의 자료)의 확보가 필수적이다. 본 발표에서는 복잡한 장외영향평가 제도로부터 기업의 대응을 위한 장외영향평가 운영 절차와 장외영향평가서의 효율적인 작성을 위한 사전 준비 자료 및 작성 방안을 제시하여, 사업장에서 장외영향평가 제도를 이행하는데 도움을 주고자 한다.

As the privacy issues are all around the world, the intrusion into personal privacy is concerning. For that reason, government established the article from the personal information protection law that has to notice the privacy policy to users on the online site. and the matter of privacy invasion make concern toward behavior of online user. Although there are rules to carrying legal binding force in accordance with, because it is full of text and uncomfortable to read so that its readability is low. In the same context, each other has different state of understanding with the policy for personal information has been playing an important role. In this approach, companies and government do not think this over deeply and do just for what their practical use is. That is the reason why this research start, and the result expecting for real. As the result in the participant who cognize the privacy policy display pattern, they have certain type to do. In this article, the certain behavior doing is remarkable with the privacy policy. According to privacy concern, privacy fundamentalist reveals such a compromise reaction to protect their information when they know what information which the privacy manager of service provider collect. This study arrives at the result depending on the gap of privacy group that the group of checking the policy contents, especially the group which has high privacy concern, they move forward to protect their emotion and put a constructive plan into protective action. Otherwise, the group of unchecking the policy contents and following their own thinking of privacy policy are not deemed statistically significant. Therefore, this is considered to support more various implications than the previous issues and alternatives about privacy policy pattern and user protection behavior of privacy.

본 글에서는 자동물류취급시스템을 설치하여 극단적인 다품종소량생산시스템을 모델링하고 분석하여 설계변수들을 결정하는 틀을 설명하였으며, 이에 의해 설치되어진 자동물류취급시스템의 실례를 들어서 자동물류취급시스템이 납기단축과 간접공수절감에 얼마나 효율적인가를 보였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결론을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 다양한 정보처리와 실시간 이산현상시스템의 해석 및 검증을 위하여 Colored and Stochastic 페트리네트를 정의하고 이를 이용하여 자동물류취급시스템이 설치되어진 생산시스템에 대한 모델링을 수행하였다. 2) Colored and Stochastic페트리네트 모델에 대한 시뮬레이션을 수행하는 소프트웨어를 개발하여 주어진 모델의 성능평가를 수행하였다. 3) 자동물류취급시스템의 설계변수를 결정하는 알고리즘을 제시하였으며 이에 의거한 시뮬레이션을 통하여 적절한 설계변수를 결정하였다. 4) 자동물류취급시스템이 설치되어진 생산시스템을 대상으로 모델과 설계변수의 타당성을 검증하였다.

사용후핵연료 수송용기의 이송 및 개폐작업을 수행하기 위하여 수송용기 취급장치 (RCGLUD)를 개발하였으며, 카메라 및 다중센서를 사용하여 취급공정을 자동화하는 연구를 수행하였다. RCGLUD는 크레인에 매달려 구동되므로 수송용기에 정확히 위치를 일치시키는 작업이 어려우며, 이를 위하여 카메라 영상정보 처리방법을 도입하여 수송용기의 위치인식 방법을 개발하였으며, 수송용기의 효과적인 파지작업을 위해서 다중센서정보와 신경회로망을 이용하여 RCGLUD의 파지부와 수송용기의 Trunnion을 정확히 조심시키는 알고리즘을 개발하였다.

본 연구에서는 반도체 시장의 급격한 성장에 따라 점차 사용량이 증대되고 있는 국내의 특수고압가스를 포함한 독성가스의 취급, 운송 실태를 파악하여 문제점을 분석하였다. 그 결과 근로자의 의식을 바꾸기 위한 안전경영시스템의 도입과 운송과정중의 모니터링 시스템, 데이터베이스화를 통한 정보의 공유 등을 대안으로 도출하였으며, 본 연구 결과에 대해 적극적으로 개선하고자 하는 실천의 의지를 가지고 특수가스를 취급, 운송한다면 가스사고 예방에 많은 발전이 있을 것으로 기대된다.

인터넷 사용인구가 급속도로 증가하면서 피해발생이 위험수위를 넘어섬에 따라 정보통신부가 정보통신망에서의 개인정보 수집.이용.제공에 대한 고지 및 동의제도 개선.보완, 개인정보 취급 위탁 관리.감독 강화, 개인정보취급방침 공개 의무화 등 개인정보 보호강화를 확대하고 지난 7월 27일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 정보통신부에 따르면 정보통신망에서의 이용자 보호 및 개인정보 보호 강화를 내용으로 하는 개정"정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률"(이하 정보통신망법) 및 동법 시행령과 시행규칙이 개정되어 지난 7월 27일부터 동시에 시행됐다.

유해위험한 물질을 다루는 사업장 내에서는 폭발·화재·누출 등의 사고가 발생할 가능성이 상시 존재하므로 사고를 미리 예방하고 위험성을 파악하여 발생할 수 있는 사고를 예방하고 대처하는 안전관리가 필요하다. 우리나라는 1990년대 이후 중대산업사고 예방을 위해 유해 위험방지계획서 시행, 공정 안전관리 제도 시행 등 여러모로 노력해 오고 있으나 최근의 일련의 중대 산업사고는 그 한계를 보여주고 있다. 그래서 본 연구는 PSM 취급사업장의 안전관리 개선을 위한 대책을제시하게 되었고 PSM 취급사업장의 안전관리 개선을 위해 철저한 안전 수칙 준수를 통해 중대 재해 발생을 방지하는 안전관리 개선에 대한 방안을 도출하였다.
