The ROK Army is promoting cutting-edge, future-oriented military development such as a mobile, intelligent, and hyper-connected Army TIGER system. The future infantry brigade plans to increase mobility with squad-level tactical vehicles to enable combat in multi-domain operations and to deploy various weapon systems such as surveillance and reconnaissance drones. In addition, it will be developed into an intelligent unit that transmits and receives data collected through the weapon system through a hyper-connected network. Accordingly, the future infantry brigade will transmit and receive more data. However, the Army's tactical information communication system has limitations in operating as a tactical communication system for future units, such as low transmission speed and bandwidth and restrictions on communication support. Therefore, in this paper, the information distribution capability of the future infantry brigade is presented through the offensive operation scenario and M&S.

정보통신기술의 발달로 학술정보가 디지털화되고 온라인으로 유통이 이뤄지면서 영리 출판사를 통한 신속하고 광범위한 배포가 활발해졌다. 그러나 이 과정에서 불명확한 저작권 귀속 규정으로 인한 저작권 침해 문제가 부각되었다. 이 연구에서는 국내 학술지의 저작권 귀속 규정과 저작권 양도 동의서의 현황에 대해 살펴보고, 학술정보 유통 채널의 유형 간 원문 제공 빈도를 비교하고 분석하였다. 본 고는 분석 결과를 통해 현행 저작권 귀속 규정의 문제점을 도출하고, 향후 진행될 저작권 동의서 표준안 개발의 연구 방향을 설정하는 것으로 제한한다.

인터넷이 급속히 발전하고 확산되면서 정보를 효율적으로 활용하고 유통시키기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. OAI(Open Archives Initiative)에서는 대용량 정보를 메타데이터를 이용하여 공유하고 검색할 수 있는 프로토콜 및 임프라에 대한 연구와 표준화를 추진하고 있다. 또한 EMAF(An Extensible Multi-Agent Framework)에서는 멀티에이전트를 이용한 정보 유통 및 활용한 대한 연구가 진행중이다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 메타데이타과 XML, 멀티에이전트를 이용한 분산검색 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 조정에이전트와 응용에이전트로 구성되고 에이전트간 통신에는 XML과 OAI의 메타데이타 하비스팅 프로토콜을 응용하였다. 메타데이터에 대한 검색을 수행하여 검색 성능을 높일 수 있었으며 또한 사용자가 입력한 문장 단위의 질의를 처리할 수 있는 기능과 관련어를 추출할 수 있는 기능도 제공한다.

고객에게 원하는 정보를 제공하기 위해서는 데이터의 설계, 개발 및 이용에 있어 최적화된 데이터의 모델링 및 구조화가 매우 중요하며, 이를 통해 사용자에게 적기에 고품질의 데이터를 제공하는 것이 무한 경쟁시대에서 생존을 위한 핵심 요소이다. 특히, 우리는 인터넷의 출현으로 오프라인 기업에서 오라인 기업으로 급속한 전환과 기업간, 기업과 고객간, 기업과 정부간 보다 넓게는 전세계의 국가를 하나로 엮는 정보유통 시대에 살고 있다. 인터넷 상거래의 활성하와 전자정부 구현 등에서 기업 생존의 핵심 요소는 방대한 양의 데이터를 어떻게 공유하고 유통시키며, 양질의 데이터를 구축 하느냐 이다. 본 고에서는 기존 시스템의 컨버젼이나 마이그레이션 또는 이질적 시스템 통합과정에서 그리고 데이터베이스 설계과정에서 데이터의 품질을 향상시키기 위해 필요한 데이터 품질문제를 알아보고, 체계적으로 데이터 품질을 추출 및 표현하기 위한 방법론을 제안하며, 이를 개선 발전시키기 위한 연구방향을 소개한다.

전자거래기술이 발전되면서 인터넷을 통해 다양한 포맷의 전자문서가 유통되기 시작하였다. 이로 인해 상이한 문서 포맷간의 호환성 결여와 문서 데이터의 교환 등의 문제가 대두되기 시작하였다. 이를 위해 많은 전자문서가 XML 포맷으로 작성, 유통되기 시작하였다. 하지만 대부분의 XML 전자문서는 일정한 형식을 가지면서 분량이 적은 서식문서를 대상으로 개발되고 있으며 분량이 방대하고 비정형 구조를 갖는 기술문서에 대한 XML 전자문서의 연구 개발은 많지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구는 이러한 기술문서를 XML 전자문서로 할 때 공통으로 표현될 수 있는 정보요소와 정보로서 가치가 있는 구성 항목 등을 분석하여 35종의 공통 정보요소에 대한 XML 스키마를 개발하였다.

Academic libraries in Korea have had more and more troubles in management due to the drastic increase in quantities and budgets for purchasing expensive international academic information resources. In this research, with a focus on the international electronic information resources, an attempt is made to overcome such difficulties in management of academic libraries in the following steps: First, the amount of budgets for purchasing resources and building collections for academic libraries is analyzed; Second, the current state of academic library consortia, both domestic and foreign, is reviewed; Third, the current administrative issues and strategic directions of domestic academic library consortia, including the KESLI Consortium of KISTI, ACE Consortium of KERIS, and Consortium of Korean Council for University Educations, are examined; and Fourth, based on the above collected information, a proposal is made to improve the collection and distribution system for international academic information resources in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to focus on developing the performance indicators for the distribution of scholarly information based on BSC and to analyze the importance of the performance indicators against the specialists. From the case studies on performance indicators both at home and abroad four viewpoints(information resource, information service, user, and economy) were derived. In addition. the core success factors(CSF) and key performance indicators(KPI) were extracted from the viewpoints. Four viewpoints are composed of 12 CSF items and 31 KPI items. In order to analyze the weight of the performance indicators. questions were thrown to the specialists in universities and research institutes. For the method of analysis, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was adopted. As a result, the analysis showed that the user viewpoint, information service viewpoint, information resource viewpoint and economic viewpoint are in the order of their importance.

Although there are various cultural events and cultural contents produced in the region, there is a lack of distribution and spread of regional information to expand related economic consumption. This study combined local advertising by local advertisers with the knowledge search method in question and answer format from a location-based service perspective for the purpose of spreading and using local cultural information. The approach looked at domestic and international cases of knowledge search based on region and location-based advertising research, presented community model of location inquiry based information service and revenue model of local advertisement. Through this, this study designed a question and answer based community and operational structure model of local advertising, and developed an information service system in the form of prototyping. By extending the distribution of question and answer data among users to location information, it is meaningful that a business service model was presented that combines local cultural content information and the demand for user access with the revenue model of local advertising.

Korea Institute of Industry and Technology Information(KINITI) provides the mailing service(Techno-Radar) of information on new technologies, products, and industrial trends to activate information distribution and to build a customer-centered information providing system. The information is classified into the manufacture industry, knowledge industry, and general information. Users can receive these information of their interest via e-mails. This report describes the ways to post information and to register and also emphasizes the importance of providing original materials, analysis and evaluation data of the industries as well as the mailing service to set up a user-centered information service system in the future.

웹정보콘텐츠 산업은 정보제공기업이 유ㆍ무선 인터넷을 통해 정형화된 데이터베이스 또는 비정형 정보를 제작해 서비스하고 이용자로부터 회원제, 건당 요금 등의 요금체계에 따라 정보이용료를 받아 수익을 올리는 산업이다. 본 고에서는 웹정보콘텐츠산업의 국내외 동향, 제작 유통 환경, 이용환경, 기술 동향 및 향후 전망과 과제에 대해 소개한다.
