The aim of this study is to propose an integrated operation plan of information call services by multi-connecting call services which are now being serviced by each different call number services and by providing one stop service which organically links alternative transportations such as railroad, air, and bus and also related organizations as well as road traffic information. For the objective, we analyzed the current status of Korean and foreign country systems and reviewed operation technology and technical specifications of the integrated system according to 3 steps, i.e. infrastructure procurement, test bed and extended completion, stabilization and high valuable services completion. Throughout the result of this study, traffic information one stop service, convenient service, diverse related information provision service, real-time information provision, and efficient system are expected to be implemented in the traffic information call service.

The aerial photographic mission is a difficult work because aircraft must be flown along the specified flight lines, not marked on the ground. This study has been carried out for the development of aerial photographic guidance system, which enables us to make aerial photographic task easier. Such a flight guidance system is able to display a variety of map informations in a quick and efficient way in order to guide pilot. For this purpose, we first developed the nationwide aerial navigation map database that provides the topographic map information used for topographic interpretation and aeronautical chart information used for the flight security. Next, we developed the aerial photographic guidance system which uses the aerial navigation map as base map. It is concluded that the developed system can display the various map informations quickly and do any other photographing guidance tasks well in fast moving airplane.

Government Information Locator Service(GILS) allows the users to access and utilize government information by including the content description about the resource as well as the secondary information about the resources such as location and access method. The following problems have been identified, while analyzing the electronic government offered GILS to come up with the service improvement plan. Firstly, it was difficult to comprehend the record labels from the user interface point of view. There were errors in the retrieval result screens. Secondly, there were a number of missing items in the records. Thirdly, there was no explicit explanation on how to access the information. Lastly, there were no clearly explained reasons that certain information is non-disclosed or partially disclosed. Thus, it is necessary to deal with the identified problems by improving the information collection method; reorganizing the record items; heavily investing in the public relation activities; and improving the web-based access method if the revitalization of GILS is to be achieved.

현재 사람들이 원하는 목적지를 가기 위해 스마트 폰의 여러 지도 애플리케이션들이나 이정표를 이용한다. 그러나 2차원으로 나타나는 스마트폰의 지도 애플리케이션들로 3차원인 현실의 방향을 파악하기란 쉽지 않고, 이정표 또한 안내 가능한 방향, 게시되는 언어의 수가 제한되는 등의 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 보완할 수 있는 구글 맵 API를 이용하여 공간적으로 방향을 안내 해주는 시스템의 설계 및 개발 내용에 대해 기술한다. 이 시스템은 구글맵 API의 검색 기능을 통해 얻은 목적지를 안내판이 회전하여 이용자에게 방향과 거리를 안내함으로써, 3차원인 현실에서의 공간적 방향을 파악하는데 도움을 준다. 또한 기존의 이정표와 달리 새로운 장소에 대해 소프트웨어적인 업데이트만 실시하면 되므로 유지비용을 줄이는 효과를 기대 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is development of the management and guide system for convenient use of new address guide system for systematic management and use of spatial information gained by mapping of numerical map of building and road to large basic new address, survey and input of main gate, decision of the road session, naming and input of road name, grant of numbering of all houses and buildings, new address guide, real life geographical information and added information service on web site in Jecheon-si city area. In this study, the development and establishment of new address management and guide system in local cities are designed by making full use of GIS function of client server based system. A guide system is designed the same database as management system, and it is transformed into Web GIS environment and developed in order to add the various functions of life GIS as well as new address guide. In the result, the effectiveness of new address system and guide of Jecheon-si city could be highly increased owing to not only citizens' easy access but also easy availability of various informations necessary in life by developed its system.

Nowdays, The LED Illumination system can achieve lower power consumption and has a longer life-time compared to the fluorescent lamp system. Visible Light Communication(VLC) is wireless optical communication to use visible light of LED. This paper designs the indoor navigation of Location-Based Service(LBS) using LED illumination. and the parking guidance system using VLC in the underground parking lot. We show the result of experimentation and confirm possibility of the parking guidance system.

본 논문에서는 자전거 경로만을 제공하는 기존 시스템의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 자전거경로 안내 시스템을 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 API와 GPS를 분석하고, 현대인의 건강관리를 위하여 자전거경로 안내 및 날씨에 따른 옷차림, 코스 난이도 정보 등을 제공하여 효율적으로 건강을 관리할 수 있는 통합적인 자전거 경로 안내 시스템을 설계하였다.

지능형교통시스템(ITS) 구축 사업을 통해 수집된 소통정보, 대중교통정보 등의 교통관련 정보를 제공하기 위한 방법으로 교통정보 안내전화(ARS)를 적용하여 도로 이용자에게 교통정보를 제공하고 있다. 도로 이용자에게 보다 편리한 교통정보 서비스를 제공하기 위한 일환으로 교통정보 안내전화(ARS)에 음성인식을 적용하고 있다. 그러나 초기 ARS에 음성인식을 적용한 결과 음성인식 성공률은 상당히 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 이용자가 증가하여 샘플링 수가 증가함에 따라 음성 인식 성공률은 점차 저하되고 있는 실정이다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 충분한 샘플링을 확보하여 주기적이고 지속적인 음성인식에 대한 튜닝을 실시하여 음성인식에 대한 성공률을 향상 시킬 필요가 있다.

This paper proposes the design of user centric pavilion information guide system based on mobile device such as PDA. which is composed of system interface factors as user wants. The suggested information guide system is convenient for user carrying because it is based on PDA mobile device and the used liquid browser system makes all data information displayed on a small screen in contrast with the other browser system. Indeed, factors of system interface can be re-composed by user interaction. And this system can effectively provide the detail information about the exhibited objects as various media data such as text, image, voice, music, video etc. The proposed system is made up of media database server. mobile system control server and mobile system interface which accepts user interaction and displays the information. Each system is networked based on TCP/IP and uses XML (extensible Markup Language) and JAVA 2 micro edition to be able to update data. This feature enhances a wide use to be able to load this system on the any mobile device.
