This study was conducted as part of an effort to vitalize policy information services (POINT) of National Library of Korea, Sejong. The authors examined information behavior and policy information service use behavior of policy information users and checked if there are any differences in information behavior by participants' occupations (public officials, researchers, and librarians). We carried out an online survey and collected 331 completed survey responses. Overall, the most frequently used type of material was research report, followed by journal article and monograph, etc. The participants frequently used search engines and policy information services to acquire policy information. Also, 47.7% of the participants were aware of and had usage experience of POINT. Furthermore, we found statistically significant differences in some aspects of policy information behavior and in perceptions toward POINT across participants' occupations. These findings suggest that National Library of Korea, Sejong needs to improve their services based on a better understanding on target users.

This paper aims to analyze the hyperlink between the portal sites and the press dot coms news and to grasp the features of news service on the online journalism. As a result of the analysis, the portal sites, in the number of news articles which the hyperlink service had been provided, were more than the press dot coms. But in the number of the hyperlinks in the news story which hyperlink service had been provided, the press dot coms were more than the portal sites. The contents that were hyperlinked to the news stories of online journalism were composed of a informative type and an advertising one. All contents that were hyperlinked to the news stories on portal site were informative. On the other hand, about 92% of the contents that were hyperlinked to the news stories on the press web sites were advertising. By means of this analysis, the features of news service on the online journalism could be grasped.

Recently, as voluntary activity has become more widespread, there have been some voluntary activity movements in the provision of library services for people with disabilities. This study aimed to develop a model on voluntary activity in library services for disabled people in public libraries. Survey data collected through three data collection methods showed that volunteer activities in public library services for the disabled were very poor, and recommended the training of library staff and volunteers serving disabled people, the management of educational programs for librarians about the disabled and the dissemination of standardized manuals. From the results of the survey, a voluntary activity model, based on three factors, the aims of library services, the types of the disabilities, and volunteer services including specific sub areas of services, was developed. 본 연구는 고령사회 도래에 따른 고령층 정보격차해소 방안에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 정보격차에 관한 이론적 쟁점을 살펴본 후 해외 주요국들의 고령층 정보격차해소 현황을 소개하고, 고령사회 도래에 따라 고령층의 정보사회 참여를 촉진하기 위한 고령층 정보격차해소 방안을 고찰하고 있다. 향후 빠르게 진행될 고령사회에 대응하기 위한 고령층 정보격차해소 정책방안으로서 정보격차 진화의 단계별로 제1유형, 제2유형, 제3유형으로 분류하여 정책방안을 제시하였다. 제1유형에서는 정보의 접근성, 제2유형에서는 정보의 활용성, 그리고 제3유형에서는 정보의 수용성을 기준으로 정보격차가 분화된다. 이 유형들은 그 일부가 정책방안을 구상함에 있어 중복 고려될 수 있다. 제1유형에서는 보편적 접근 및 서비스를 지향하는 입장에서 정보기기에 대한 균등한 접근기회 보장 및 인적 네트워크 강화를 중요하게 고려해야 할 것이다. 제2유형과 제3유형에서는 고령층의 사회참여 역량을 강화함으로써 궁극적으로 삶의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있는 방향으로 나아갈 수 있도록 하기 위하여 정보활용 능력 및 세대 간 의사 소통 능력의 증진이 중요하게 고려되어야하겠다. 이와 같은 대응방안을 체계적이고 지속적인 대책으로 접근해 나갈 필요가 있다.

The Science and Technology Information Service provided by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) is a service designed to allow users to easily and conveniently search and view content that is built similar to the general information service. NDSL is KISTI's core science, technology and information service, providing about 138 million content and having about 93 million page views in a year of 2019. In this paper, various insights were derived through the analysis of how science and technology information such as academic papers, reports and patents provided by NDSL is searched and utilized through web services (https://www.ndsl.kr) and search query words. In addition to general statistics such as the status of content construction, utilization status and utilization methods by type of content, monthly/weekly/time-of-day content usage, content view rate per one-time search by content type, the comparison of the use status of academic papers by year, the relationship between the utilization of domestic academic papers and the KCI index we analyzed the usability of each content type, such as academic papers and patents. We analyzed query words such as the language form of query words, the number of words of query words, and the relationship between query words and timeliness by content type. Based on the results of these analyses, we would like to propose ways to improve the service. We suggest that NDSL improvements include ways to dynamically reflect the results of content utilization behavior in the search results rankings, to extend query and to establish profile information through non-login user identification for targeted services.

In south korea, the elderly population has been continuously increasing, so blind spots in administrative welfare services for the elderly are expected to increase. therefore, this study aimed to analyze the types of blind spots in administrative welfare services for the elderly in gijang-gun, Busan, where the elderly population is increasing. using a network analysis, the demand and service supply ranges were derived. after that, in comparison to their sizes, the blind spots were divided into three types: i) blind spots in service supply, ii) blind spots in mobility constraint, and iii) dual blind spots. As a result, in gijang-gun, the blind spots in mobility constraint were 21.5%, the dual blind spots were 9.5%, and the blind spots in service supply were 3.2%. Based on these results, this study suggested policy directions for resolving the blind spots in administrative welfare services for the elderly by type.

COVID-19의 확산과 급속한 디지털 전환으로 인해 비대면으로 소통하고 정보를 교류하는 메타버스 플랫폼이 최근 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 하지만 새로운 플랫폼의 등장에도 불구하고 대부분 게임이나 상용 시스템 위주로 적용되고 있으며 학술정보서비스 영역에서의 적용은 요원한 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 기술의 적용 형태와 지향범위에 따른 메타버스의 '증강현실, 일상기록, 미러월드, 가상세계' 등의 4가지 유형과 메타버스 플랫폼 주요 현황을 살펴보고, KISTI에서 제공하고 있는 과학기술지식인프라 통합서비스 ScienceON과 연계하여 디지털 연구환경 조성과 개방형 협업연구 활동을 지원하는 메타버스 플랫폼 키온버스의 제공서비스 유형과 주요 기능 등 학술정보서비스 영역에서의 메타버스 적용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학술정보서비스에 적용된 메타버스 플랫폼의 사례로서 향후 메타버스 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 웹기반 문제은행의 발전된 모형으로 문제 유형에 따른 학습자의 맞춤형 문제를 제공하는 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 시스템의 최종 목표는 능동적, 자기 주도적 학습을 실현할 수 있는 맞춤형 이러닝을 통해 학습자의 학업 성취도 향상에 있다. 교수자 및 개발자 중심의 이러닝 서비스가 아닌 학습자의 학습 결과에 능동적으로 반영하고 유연한 서비스를 제공하기 위해 문제 유형에 따른 적합한 다음 단계의 문제를 제공함으로써 이러닝의 효율을 극대화 한다. 기존의 고정 출제 또는 무작위 출제 방식에서 탈피하여 개별 학습자의 오답과 문제 유형을 고려하여 문제의 키워드, 선택된 보기의 키워드, 유동적 난이도에 따른 문제 추출 방식을 설계하였다. 이 모델은 보조 학습의 수단으로 문제은행 시스템을 학습자 중심에 근접하여, 융통적이고 효과적으로 개인화된 서비스를 제공한다.

본 논문은 소셜 네트워크 이용자의 텍스트 데이터를 대상으로, 트랜스포머 계열의 언어모델을 전이학습해 이용자의 MBTI 성격 유형을 분류한 국내 첫 연구이다. Kaggle MBTI Dataset을 대상으로 RoBERTa Distill, DeBERTa-V3 등의 사전 학습모델로 전이학습을 해, MBTI E/I, N/S, T/F, J/P 네 유형에 대한 분류의 평균 정확도는 87.9181, 평균 F-1 Score는 87.58를 도출했다. 해외 연구의 State-of-the-art보다 네 유형에 대한 F1-Score 표준편차를 50.1% 낮춰, 유형별 더 고른 분류 성과를 보였다. 또, Twitter, Reddit과 같은 글로벌 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 텍스트 데이터를 추가로 분류, 트랜스포머 기반의 MBTI 분류 방법론을 확장했다.

This study seeks to investigate the factors influencing the utilization of online contents subscription services. In this study, the current number of online contents services subscribed to is set as the dependent variable. The independent variables include conspicuous product purchasing tendencies, personality types, experience with online contents consumption, and digital literacy. The research results indicate that digital literacy, agreeableness, and sociability among personality traits, as well as experience with online contents consumption, significantly impact the use of online contents subscription services. However, conspicuous product purchasing tendencies and personality traits such as openness and extroversion did not have a significant effect on the utilization of online contents subscription services.
