The propensity to purchase babies' cosmetics is investigated and analysed for this research. The synopsis of this research paper is as follows. The first, the $68\%$ of all respondents do not how a manufacturer or brand name in the reality of variously emerging domestic and import cosmetics for babies. The second, in case of a child haying a fair, sensitive skin or atopy (atopic dermatitis), the respondents are careful in choosing babies cosmetics but in case of a child having a normal skin the older a child grows from a stage of a new-born, a baby and an infant to a primary-school child, the older its mother is, the more respondents use adults' cosmetics in common rather than use cosmetics only for babies. $7.6\%$ of respondents do not use babies' cosmetirs at ail. Especially, in using bathing goods such as a shampoo or a body cleanser, they frequently use adults' cosmetics in common. The third, the qualify is taken into the utmost consideration in purchasing babies' cosmetics. The Quality of imports is trusted and preferred better than that of domestic goods. The cost of purchasing babies cosmetics is less than 10,000 Won. consumers recognize that the price or cosmetics is rather high. The last, the improvement or babies cosmetics is 'the safety of goods', answered by $56.5\%$ of respondents. The respondents are generally not satisfied with babies' cosmetics. So, a baby's skin is threatened by a newly-built house syndrome, the increase of atopic dermatitis, etc., caused by an environmental pollutions, a change of diet and a change of residential life. Under these actual conditions, babies' cosmetics which can protect a delicate and sensitive skin of a baby should be developed immediately. Consumers should have a correct choice with precise recognition and information on a baby's skin and cosmetics and continually use the efficacious and excellent babies' cosmetics to prevent a baby from a skin irritation, and need to show a keen interest in a healthy skin of a baby.

This study was written to examine the acceptance of pansori in movies based on pansori, and to explore changes in modern society's perception and expectations of pansori. A pansori is getting the love of the upper and lower castes in the late Joseon period, but loses the status at the time of the Japanese colonial rule and Korean War. In response, the country designated pansori as an important intangible cultural asset in 1964 to protect the disappearance of pansori. Until the 1980s, however, pansori did not gain popularity by itself. After the 2000s, Pansori tried to breathe in with the contemporary public due to the socio-cultural demand to globalize our culture. And now Pansori is one of the most popular cultures in the world today, as the pop band Feel the Rhythm of KOREA shows. The changing public perception of pansori and its status in modern society can also be seen in the mass media called movies. This study explored the process of this change with six films based on pansori, from "Seopyeonje" directed by Lim Kwon-taek in 1993 to the film "The Singer" in 2020. First, the films "Seopyeonje" and "Hwimori" were produced in the 1990s. Both of these films show the reality of pansori, which has fallen out of public interest due to the crisis of transmission in the early and mid-20th century. And in the midst of that, he captured the scene of a singer struggling fiercely for the artistic completion of Pansori itself. Next, look at the film "Lineage of the Voice" in 2008 and "DURESORI: The Voice of East" in 2012. These two films depict the growth of children who perform art, featuring contemporary children who play pansori and Korean traditional music. Pansori in these films is no longer an old piece of music, nor is it a sublime art that is completed in harsh training. It is only naturally treated as one of the contemporary arts. Finally, "The Sound of a Flower" in 2015 and "The Singer" in 2020. The two films constructed a story from Pansori's history based on the time background of the film during the late Joseon Dynasty, when Pansori was loved the most by the people. This reflects the atmosphere of the times when traditions are used as the subject of cultural content, and shows the changed public perception of pansori and the status of pansori.

Safety Management System is the aviation industry policy for while operating the aircraft, to ensure the safety crew, aircraft and passengers. For operating a safe aircraft, in order to establish the international technical standards, the International Civil Aviation Organization has established the Annex 19 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation. As a result, member country was supposed to be in accordance with the policy of the International Civil Aviation Organization, to accept the international standard of domestic air law. The South Korean government announced that it would promote active safety management strategy in primary aviation policy master plan of 2012. And, by integrating and state safety programmes(ssp) and safety management system(sms) for the safe management of Annex 19 is to enforce the policy on aviation safety standards. State safety programmes(ssp) is a system of activities for the aim of strengthening the safety and integrated management of the activities of government. State safety programmes(ssp) is important on the basis of the data of the risk information. Collecting aviation hazard information is necessary for efficient operation of the state safety programmes(ssp) Korean government must implement the strategy required to comply with aviation methods and standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization. Airlines, must strive to safety features for safety culture construction and improvement of safety management is realized. It is necessary to make regulations on the basis of the aviation practice, for aviation safety regulatory requirements, aviation safety should reflect the opinion of the aviation industry.

Widespread popularity of wireless data communication devices, coupled with the availability of higher bandwidths, has led to an increased user demand for content-rich media such as images and videos. Since such content often tends to be private, sensitive, or paid for, there exists a requirement for securing such communication. However, solutions that rely only on traditional compute-intensive security mechanisms are unsuitable for resource-constrained wireless and embedded devices. In this paper, we propose a selective partial image encryption scheme for image data hiding , which enables highly efficient secure communication of image data to and from resource constrained wireless devices. The encryption scheme is invoked during the image compression process, with the encryption being performed between the quantizer and the entropy coder stages. Three data selection schemes are proposed： subband selection, data bit selection and random selection. We show that these schemes make secure communication of images feasible for constrained embed-ded devices. In addition we demonstrate how these schemes can be dynamically configured to trade-off the amount of ded devices. In addition we demonstrate how these schemes can be dynamically configured to trade-off the amount of data hiding achieved with the computation requirements imposed on the wireless devices. Experiments conducted on over 500 test images reveal that, by using our techniques, the fraction of data to be encrypted with our scheme varies between 0.0244％ and 0.39％ of the original image size. The peak signal to noise ratios (PSNR) of the encrypted image were observed to vary between about 9.5㏈ to 7.5㏈. In addition, visual test indicate that our schemes are capable of providing a high degree of data hiding with much lower computational costs.

The recycled asphalt concrete has gotten increasing attention due to the environmental issues. The volume of reclaimed asphalt has increased significantly for last few years because of city remodeling, pavement maintenance, utility excavation, and road widening. Considering the value of reclaimed asphalt, it is rather used for the recycled asphalt concrete than it is used for fill and cover up material instead of soil. This research will be a supplements incomplete issues from existing research results and suggests the quality control guideline for recycled asphalt concrete and upcoming laws. As the first step of research, the trial construction of RAP(Recycled Asphalt Pavement) performed in expressway construction sites. These trial construction sites have been checked every years. And another construction sites studied and selected for more deeper performance check of RAP. For this checks, we used automatic pavement survey equipment and computerized analysis tools. Also, DSR(Dynamic Shear Rheometer) was used for the fatigue life calculation of binder blends(RAP and virgin binder). As a consequence of this research, the application of recycled asphalt provides good enough quality for highway construction. The preceeding literatures reviewed shows that the asphalt rejuvenator are used in many countries but that type of chemical agent are not used in Korea. By using the data of trial construction and mix design in Chongwon-Sangju construction lane, the surface and base courses consisted with the 10% and 30% rap mix asphalt section maintains good performance for up to 7 years. Through the performance check and laboratory tests(DSR), the quality control and mixture's low temperature prevention are the important factor and chemical agent necessary for increasing the fatigue life of RAP binder.

In the Korea stock market, individual investors have perceived stock as short arbitrage investment, not long-term investment strategy. In order to reinforce stock market transparency and soundness, it is important to enforce the measures for stock market management. Especially, stock market event caused by financial policy can be given individual investors negative information regarding a stock trading. Thus, it is a need for investigating whether comprehensive review of listing eligibility is influenced on individual investors' responses and stock behaviors in respect of effectiveness. The purpose of this study to examine the relations between such stock market management and transitional aspect of individual investors' trading types and response on the based of pre- and post-event occurrence. Using an dataset of user's text messages on 9 firms posted on the firm-based social media (i.e., Naver, Daum, Paxnet) over the period 2009 to 2014. And we performed text-clustering and topic modeling according to keywords for classifying into investors group and non-investors groups and two types of investors were categorized depending on main topic transition by event windows in Comprehensive review of listing eligibility. The results indicated that a variety of stockholders existed in the stock. And the ratio of non-investors group was on the decrease, on the other hand, the proportion of investors group veer onto the side of pre-pattern after comprehensive review of listing eligibility. A distinctive feature of our study is to explain the influence of stock market management on response changes of individual investors as well as to categorize in accordance with time progression. Implications an suggestions for future research were also discussed.

In this paper, we proposed fast and efficient algorithm for detecting near-duplication based on content based retrieval in large scale video database. For handling large amounts of video easily, we split the video into small segment using scene change detection. In case of video services and copyright related business models, it is need to technology that detect near-duplicates, that longer matched video than to search video containing short part or a frame of original. To detect near-duplicate video, we proposed motion distribution and frame descriptor in a video segment. The motion distribution descriptor is constructed by obtaining motion vector from macro blocks during the video decoding process. When matching between descriptors, we use the motion distribution descriptor as filtering to improving matching speed. However, motion distribution has low discriminability. To improve discrimination, we decide to identification using frame descriptor extracted from selected representative frames within a scene segmentation. The proposed algorithm shows high success rate and low false alarm rate. In addition, the matching speed of this descriptor is very fast, we confirm this algorithm can be useful to practical application.

In advanced country, private investigation system is made up of private security and in domestic, there is growing need constantly to introduce private investigation but it is not passed until now in assembly so a messenger office which is run illegally is growing because of demand by subdividing business areas. That is a proof that both the police and private security don't meet demand of public peace to the public. that's why the police has own businesses like a investigation, traffic, intelligence, crime prevention and private security's business areas are limited like a facilities security, escort security, protection of a person, machine security, special security as the Private Security Act. This study attempts to know structural difference between private security system and private investigation system in case private investigation system becomes one of the private security. on some question, respondents reply like that private security and private investigation is very different(71.2%), different(22.4%), average(6.3%), similar(0.0%), very similar(0.0%). the result seems like respondents recognize private security and private investigation as different businesses. In the result of non-quantity analysis, the differences seem like a business character, expense, business scope, public power, scale of organization, object of threat, legislation. In domestic, effort to legislate private investigation system has undergone difficulty since congressman Ha Soon Bong's motion in 1999 and today, congressman Yoon Jae Ok's All Amendments Private Security Act and congressman Song Young Geun's Private Inveswtigation Act are pending in assembly. This study's result is intended for examining difference in exploration between private security and private investigation and then there is going to propose to the policy in case private investigation system is passed in assembly by amending Private Security Act like congressman Yoon Jea Ok's All Amendment Private Security Act.

아크용접은 산업전반에 걸쳐 그 생산기반에 없어서는 안될 필수기술로써 자동차 및 조선, 항공우주산업에 이르기까지 경제기반에 미치는 파급효과가 매우 크다. 그러나 이 아크용접을 하게 되면 각종 가스와 미세입자로 이루어진 흄이 발생하게 되는데 이들은 작업자들의 건강에 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고되어 있다. 용접흄에는 용접재료 및 용접공정에 따라 다양한 유해원소가 포함되어 있고 그 종류에 따라 인체에 미치는 잠재적 독성효과도 매우 광범위하다. 최근 국내에서는 용접사들 중에 용접흄에 포함된 중금속 중 Mn중독에 의한 파킨스씨병 환자들과 Cr중독에 의하여 콧속 연골에 구멍이 뚫리는 비중격천공(鼻中隔穿孔) 환자들이 직업병으로 판정 받아 산재요양이 승인된 사례가 있다. 이러한 계기로 인하여 용접사들의 용접기피 현상이 심화되고 작업환경에 대한 법적규제는 선진 외국뿐만 아니라 국내에서도 한층 엄격하게 강화되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 이제는 작업자와 사용자 모두 용접흄에 대한 인식의 전환이 요구되는 때이며 여러 분야에서 이러한 용접흄에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어야 한다. 해외에서는 이미 용접흄에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔으나 국내의 경우는 매우 미비한 상태이며 용접산업의 미래 영향력이나 필요성을 고려할 때 국내에서도 적극적인 관심을 가져야 할 부분으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 아크용접공정에서 발생하는 흄의 특정 중금속 성분이 인체에 치명적인 악영향을 미치는 것에 착안하여 여러 종류의 용접재료에서 발생되는 용접흄의 중금속 분포를 조사하여 비교하였다. 이것은 향후 용접재료별 및 용접공정별 발생되는 흄의 유해원소를 저감시킬 수 있고 또한 각종 유해원소의 노출기준 및 평가기준을 마련할 수 있는 기초data로써 도움이 되리라 사료된다.동, 공정중재고가 줄어드는 결과를 보였고, 가동률 수준이 높을수록 ORR 방법간의 차이가 크게 나타났다. 그리고 부하평준화 기능은 Order Release 정책의 유효성에 별 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, Order Release 방법은 우선순위규칙간의 성능차이를 줄이거나, 대체할 수 통제 기법이라기보다는 우선순위규칙을 보완하여 공정중재고와 작업현장에서의 리드타임, 리드타임의 편차를 줄여주는 역할을 한다고 볼 수 있다. 그리고, 계획시스템이 존재하여 계획오더가 일정기간간격으로 이송되는 환경에서 특히 유용하다는 결론을 얻었다. 알 수 있었다. 것인데, 제조업에서의 심각한 고비용, 저효율 문제 를 해결하기 위해 필수적으로 도입해야만 하는 실정이다. 또한 소비자의 다양한 요구로 인 하여 제품의 종류와 사양면에서 심한 변동을 보이는 시장 수요에, 신속한 정보처리로 대응 하는데도 크게 기여하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 자동차 Job Shop의 동기화 생산방식을 지원하는 동기화 생산시스템의 구축 모델을 제시하고자 한다.과로 여겨지며, 또한 혈청중의 ALT, ALP 및 LDH활성을 유의성있게 감소시키므로서 감잎 phenolic compounds가 에탄올에 의한 간세포 손상에 대한 해독 및 보호작용이 있는 것으로 사료된다.반적으로 홍삼 제조시 내공의 발생은 제조공정에서 나타나는 경우가 많으며, 내백의 경우는 홍삼으로 가공되면서 발생하는 경우가 있고, 인삼이 성장될 때 부분적인 영양상태의 불충분이나 기후 등에 따른 영향을 받을 수 있기 때문에 앞으로 이에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어져야할 것으로 판단된다.태에도 불구하고 [-wh]의미의 겹의문사는 병렬적 관계의 합성어가 아니라 내부구조를 지니지 않은 단순한 단어(min

This study is aimed to improve the youth theft prevention program with rationality and practicality, based on the needs of practitioners who conduct these programs in fields. The survey questionnaire was prepared based on previous researches, and the survey was conducted on 72 probation officers and education instructors nationwide running a youth theft prevention program. As a result, practitioners reported the lack of self-control and high impulsivity as the main characteristics of the theft delinquent adolescents. And they recognized peer alignment and family problems as the causes of theft. As for the contents of the program, they reported that recidivism prevention skills such as understanding psychological problems, peer relationships, raising a sense of law compliance, anger, impulse control, dealing with negative emotions, and finding alternative behaviors, as well as moral development, are necessary. These results indicate that multi-dimensional interventions such as individuals, families, and peers are needed to prevent recidivism of juvenile theft. Implications of these results, future research directions, and limitations and significance of the study were discussed.
