Elderly welfare practitioners study on job performance systems and information security management though important information, including personal information, social services for the elderly extent of protection is insufficient. The elder welfare institution engaged in information security of whether the research was conducted to enhance information security capabilities against How does affect the information security acts as a parameter. The empirical research was conducted by latent mean analysis by gender of workers. As a result of the study, there were differences among the groups according to gender in relation to information security awareness, information security capacity enhancement, and information security behavior. There were gender differences in information security behavior. It has been found that the strengthening of information security has an important influence on information security behavior.

Recently, information security accidents are becoming more advanced as social engineering attacks using new types of malicious codes such as phishing. Organizations have made various efforts to prevent information security incidents, but tend to rely on technical solutions. Nevertheless, not all security incidents can be prevented completely. In order to overcome the limitations of the information security approach that depends on these technologies, many researchers are increasingly interested in People-Centric Security. On the other hand, some researchers have applied behavioral economics to the information security field to understand human behavior and identify the consequences of the behavior. This study is a trend analysis study to grasp the recent research trend applying the concept and idea of behavioral economics to information security. We analyzed the research trends, research themes, research methodology, etc. As a result, the most part of previous research is focused on 'operational security' topics, and in the future, it is required to expand research themes and combine behavioral economics with security behavioral issues to identify frameworks and influencing factors.

In this paper, the security behaviors and attitudes related with the personal information of teenagers were investigated using empirical data based on rational behavior theory and protection motivation theory. An experiment for teenagers was conducted on Excel and the statistical packages (i.e., SPSS 21.0 and SmartPLS2.0.M3) to see how self-efficiency, security attitude, security intention and individual innovation affect their security behaviors. The experimental results showed that the security behaviors and attitudes of teenagers between internet and information devices are closely related, and the social influences can affect personal self-efficacy and security attitudes. Finally, we can know that teenagers should recognize the importance of security and protect their personal information safely through continuous education and training so that they can be linked to security behaviors.

Despite the limitations of existing security policies due to technological development, companies are unable to actively respond to changes by maintaining a closed security policy. This study classified information security policy into three types: regulatory type policy, advisory type policy, and informative type policy. For each classified policy type, the effect on the information security policy compliance behavior of organizational members was investigated by applying the extended theory of planned behavior, and the moderating effect of information security stress was investigated. SmartPLS 2.0 and SPSS 21.0, which are structural equation modeling techniques, were used to analyze the relationship affecting each factor. As a result of the study, regulatory type, advisory type, and informative type security policies affected organizational members' information security policy compliance behavior, and security stress had an effect on information security compliance attitudes and subjective norms on information security, which are prerequisites for planned behavior theory. gave. This study suggests that various types of corporate information security policies can be applied and that security stress can affect information security behaviors of members.

Recent accidents of customer information leakage increase the necessity of information security for organization and the importance of information security team for it. To strengthen information security, organizations make information security policy and ask the members to comply with it. In this regard, maritime organization also needs to structure information security policy and examine its ability and behavior. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of compliance with information security policy on the ability and behavior of workers in shipping and port organization. The results of investigation show that information security education and norm affect compliance with information security of the workers. On the contrary, the punishment of information security is insignificant. It is shown that the degree of compliance with information security significantly affects its ability and behavior of the workers in shipping and port organization.

As the reduction of information exposure threats by organization insiders contributes to achieving information security(IS) goals, organizations are establishing strict IS policies applicable to insiders and increasing investment in IS systems. However, since IS incidents cause damage to an organization even by malicious information exposure by one person, psychological support for strengthening IS compliance behavior by insiders. This study aims to confirm how the uncertain organizational environment related to IS affects individual IS-related behavior. We surveyed insiders of organizations operating IS policies and tested the hypothesis using 440 samples. As a result, IS technology and communication uncertainty reduced IS voice behavior through IS prospective anxiety, and individuals' susceptibility to information influence moderated the relationship between IS technology, communication, and prospective anxiety and IS voice behavior. Our results suggest the necessity and direction of supplementing the uncertain IS environment in practice.

In digital convergence environment, information security management plays crucial role in maintaining firms' competitiveness. Organizational citizenship behavior(OCB) enables informations security countermeasures to be more effectively worked by helping employees to have much knowledge of information security policy, by facilitating employees to participate in information security education/training. Thus, the purpose of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of OCB on the relationships between information security countermeasures and compliance intention. Questionary was designed based on prior information security research, and survey was conducted among companies' employees across the industry. Results showed that information security policy and information security education/training were found to be key predictors of compliance intention. In addition, OCB was proven to mediate the relationships between information security countermeasures and compliance intention.

Globally, information protection of organization has become an essential management factor, and organizations continue to invest high-level resources for information security. Security threats from insiders are not decreasing. The purpose of this study is to present the antecedence factors to mitigate the role conflict that is the cause of the security avoid behavior. For the study, a survey was conducted for employees of organizations with information security policies, and structural equation modeling was conducted using a total of 383 samples for hypothesis verification. As a result of the analysis, role conflict increased avoid behavior, and goal difficulty, goal specificity, justice, and trust mitigated role conflict. In particular, justice influenced the reduction of role conflict and avoid behavior through trust. The implications were to present the causes and mitigation factors for avoid behavior of employee, and it is judged that it will help the organization to establish a security strategy.

Recently, organizations are demanding strict information security behavior from their employees. Strict information security policies and techniques can cause information security related stress. The purpose of this study is to present the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress that reduce knowledge sharing behavior and person-organization fit. The survey was conducted to people working in organizations with information security policies and system, and the research hypothesis was verified by structural equation modeling using 309 samples. As a result of the study, person-organization fit had a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior, but role stress had a negative effect. And, techno-stress negatively affected the person-organization fit. Additionally, role ambiguity had a moderating effect between person-organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior. The implications of the study were to confirm the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress, and to suggest directions for minimizing negative behavior of insiders.

Although organizations are providing information security policy, education and support to guide their employees in security policy compliance, accidents by non-compliance is still a never ending problem to organizations. This study investigates the factors that influence employees' information security policy compliance behavior using elements of Triandis model. We analyzed the relationships among Triandis model's factors using PLS(Partial Least Squares). The result of the hypothesis tests shows that organization can induce individual's information security policy compliance intention and behavior by information security policy and facilitating conditions that support it, and proves the importance of members' expected value, habit and affect about information security compliance. This study is significant in a way that it applies Triandis model in the field of information security, and presents direction for members' information security behavior, and will be able to provide measures to establish organization's information security policy and increase members' compliance behavior.
