문화체육관광부(장관 최광식)는 지난 7월 11일 파주 아시아출판문화정보센터에서 인쇄 단체, 업계 및 학계 등 300여 명이 참석한 가운데 인쇄문화산업의 국가 전략산업화를 비전으로 하는 '인쇄문화산업 진흥 5개년 계획(2012~2016)'을 발표했다. 아시아출판문화정보센터 대강당을 가득 메운 300여명의 인쇄인들은 문화부의 5개년 계획 발표를 경청하며, 향후 전개될 사업에 대한 높은 기대감을 드러냈다.

기대와 우려 속에서 출발한 출판단지 건설사업은 최근 아시아 출판정보문화센터 건립계획 발표를 계기로 한층 구체적인 형태로 모습을 드러내기 시작했다. 문화산업의 메카를 건설하는 작업이 말처럼 쉽지만은 않아, 지속적인 관심이 필요하다.

올해로 여덞번째를 맞이하는 정보문화의 달 행사가 6월 1일 대한상공회의소에서 개최되는 제8회 정보문화의 달 기념식 및 제7회 정보문화상 시상식을 시작으로 6월 한달동안 전국에서 다채롭게 펼쳐진다. 한국정보문화센터 주최, 정보통신부 후원하에 정보통신 관련기관, 단체, 기업 등 총 35개 기관이 참여하여 정보문화 확산을 위한 전시, 시범 및 시연, 학술, 공모행사 등 136건의 행사가 다채롭게 펼쳐진다.

한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 주관하는 2004년 제1차 공공기관 우수 데이터베이스(DB) 시상식이 지난달 20일 한국관광공사빌딩 지하 강당에서 개최됐다. 지난해 통계∙기상∙기업∙법률∙특허 등 5개 분야 DB 10종을 우수DB로 선정한 한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 올해 공공기관 DB를 대상으로 우수DB 6종을 선정했다. 이번에 선정된 공공기관 우수DB 6종은 재정경제부, 문화관광부, 산업자원부, 건설교통부와 산하 공 공기관에서 운영하고 있는 데이터베이스 가운데 건설교통, 경제산업, 문화예술 등 3개 분야에서 품질이 우수한 각 2종씩의 DB가 선정됐다. 건설∙교통 분야에서는 한국도로공사의‘로드플러스’와 건설교통부의‘건설교통종합정보센터’가 선정됐고, 경제∙산업 분야에서는 조달청의‘나라장터’와 한국은행의‘경제통계시스템’, 문화∙예술 분야에서는 한국관광공사의‘Visit Korea’와 문화재청의‘국가문화유산종합정보서비스’가 선정됐다. 한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 올 11월경 정보통신, 교육학술, 과학기술분야를 대상으로 제2차 우수 DB를 선정할 계획이며, 자세한 내용은 데이터베이스품질평가센터(www.dbq.or.kr)에서 소개하고 있다.

한국HP 인디고 총판인 (주)풀린키(대표이사 김일영)는 지난 3월 13일 오전 11시 파주출판단지내 아시아출판문화정보센터 다이닝 노을에서 기자 간담회를 열고, 풀린키 비즈니스에 대해 소개했다. 이후 아시아출판문화정보센터 맞은편에 위치한 데모센터로 이동해 최신 인쇄설비와 인쇄 솔루션, 후가공 솔루션 등을 소개했다. 이날 간담회에는 HP 아시아태평양 및 일본 지역 PPSG 그래픽 솔루션 비즈니스 부문 수석부사장 겸 제네럴 매니저 기도 반 프래그(Gido van Praag)가 참가했다.

This study analyzed how job stress of counselors at Multicultural Family Support Center effects on their psychological exhaustion. The purpose of this research is on suggesting efficient human resource administration plan by mitigating job stress using the result of analysis. In the result of analysis, MFSC counselors' job stress had an effect on emotional exhaustion, impersonalization, and a factor of decline in sense of self-perfection. Applying this result, this research proposed a necessity of realistic plan preparation to prevent job stress and psychological exhaustion of MFSC counselors.

내수시장의 한계로 인해 많은 인쇄사에서 인쇄물 수출의 필요성을 절감하고 있다. 그러나 막상 인쇄물 수출을 하고 싶지만 무엇을 어떻게 해야 할지 모르는 경우가 대부분이다. 특히 인쇄업체들의 경우 중소형 업체들이 많아 상대적으로 정보를 얻는 것도 쉽지가 않다. 이러한 어려움을 해소하기 위해 대한인쇄문화협회에서는 2011년 4월 인쇄수출지원센터를 개설했다. 인쇄수출지원센터의 의의와 기능에 대해 알아본다.

This study aimed to analyze a relationship between a cognitive level of multicultural acceptability and multicultural attitude of Multicultural Family Support Center workers. As a result of the research with regard to this study purpose, there was a difference between variables after analyzing whether it is different between multicultural acceptability depending on social statistics characteristic of Multicultural Family Support Center workers, and multicultural attitude. In addition, it was shown that there was a significant relationship between variables in the result of analyzing the effect of Multicultural Family Support Center workers' multicultural perception, ability to form multicultural relationship, and factors of multicultural sympathy on openness, receptiveness, and flexibility of multicultural attitude. From the result, this research has significance that it suggests a politic alternative to improve the level of multicultural attitude of Multicultural Family Support Center workers.

The purpose of this study was to propose information services for people with disabilities in the culture and art complex. As a research method, group interviews were conducted. Data were collected from three different groups of people with physical disabilities, hearing impairments, and visual impairments in order to investigate specific information services for these groups of people. The results of the information services needed were indicated, based on four sections: the center web pages, information desk, orientation area, and information search area. Specifically, the results showed that more active supports would be provided at the information desks for people with hearing impairments and visual impairments as well as facilities for people with physical disabilities. In the orientation area, special equipment would be provided for people with hearing impairments and visual impairments, and exclusive seats for wheelchair users. For further studies, a detailed research about the information behavior for visitors with disabilities in the culture and art complex would be needed.
