This study analyzed the statistics contents in elementary mathematics textbooks in terms of an information-processing capacity, which is one of the math competencies emphasized by the 2015 revised mathematics curriculum. The findings of this study showed that the activities of 'summarizing and analyzing data or information' far outnumbered 'collecting data or information', 'interpreting and utilizing information', and 'using technological instruments or manipulative materials'. Lessons of collecting data or information were mostly present in the textbooks of lower grade-levels, where the range of data collection was narrow, and lacked adequate exploration of data collecting methods. Some lessons on utilizing information were not based on the interpretation of data, and using technological instruments or manipulative materials was merely introduced in teachers' manual and hardly introduced in the actual textbooks. Based on these findings, this study sought to suggest implications regarding the development of statistics contents in elementary mathematics textbooks in a manner to improve students' information processing capabilities.

최근 멀티미디어 데이터, 특히 UCC를 중심으로 동영상 데이터가 급증하고 있다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 검색 시스템은 키워드 기반의 동영상 데이터 검색만을 지원하고 있으며, 따라서 사용자가 원하는 동영상 데이터를 효율적으로 검색하지 못하는 실정이다. 동영상 데이터에 대한 효율적인 검색을 지원하기 위해서는, 동영상의 내용(이미지, 색, 모양 등)을 고차원의 특징 벡터 데이터로 표현하여 유사한 동영상을 검색하는 내용-기반 검색이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 내용-기반 검색을 위해 제안된 기존의 고차원 벡터 데이터 색인 구조를 실험을 통하여 성능을 비교하며, 이를 통해 동영상 내용-기반 검색에 가장 효율적인 색인 기법을 제시한다. 아울러 보다 효율적인 내용-기반 검색을 위한, 근사 k-NN 질의 탐색 기법의 유용성을 검증한다.

This study analyzed high school informatics textbooks that were developed based on the 2015 Revised National Curriculum. Content analysis was adopted to analyze the organization system of the textbooks. Learning objectives were also analyzed according to Anderson's taxonomy of educational objectives. Through content analysis, it was revealed that the textbooks were composed of activities, differentiated learning, and small group learning to promote core competencies. The analysis of learning objectives of the textbooks showed that 'understanding' (41%), 'developing' (20%), and 'applying' (18%) were the three highest criteria in terms of cognitive processes; in terms of type of knowledge, conceptual knowledge accounts for the highest(45%), followed by procedural (32%), and factual (12%). Further methods to improve the textbook quality is proposed based on the results from this analysis.

In this paper, previous research materials for the education in the area of information and communications of elementary information curriculum, new improvement and the suitability of contents selection were examined and analyzed. Targeting professors in the departments of elementary computer education nationwide, the importance of the educational contents organization and the appropriateness of education period were investigated. Based on the investigation results, they were evaluated through the verification of the third delphi survey, the final educational contents were selected, and the elements of key concepts, achievement standards were drawn up and suggested. The proposed organization of educational contents in the area of information and communications of the elementary information curriculum and the achievement standards will be able to be used for the re-organization and improvement of detailed elementary information educational contents.

본 연구는 정보검색과 관련하여 내비게이션의 개념에 대해 문헌정보학분야에서 논의되고 있는 담론연구를 통해 웹 내비게이션 개념에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 웹이 등장한 1995년을 기준으로 최근 2012년까지 문헌정보학 분야 국외 학술지에 출판된 총 38편의 웹 네비게이션 연구 논문들을 내용분석과 담론분석을 통해 웹 네비게이션의 개념 정의를 조사하였다. 웹 정보검색에 있어서 문헌정보학분야에서 정의하고 있는 네비게이션 개념은 크게 네비게이션 행위, 네비게이션 전략, 네비게이션 디자인으로 구분되며, 그 개념의 범위와 핵심 특성들을 파악하고자 하였다.

본 논문은 HTML을 분석하여 추출된 내용을 트리로 표현하여 문서구조안내에 이용하고, 웹 문서의 내용의 숙독 필요성에 따라 실시간으로 음성 발화속도를 제어할 수 있는 음성 웹 브라우저의 설계와 구현에 관한 것이다. 이 시스템의 특징은 웹 브라우저 상에 태그로 표현된 모든 요소를 추출하고, 이러한 정보를 트리로 표현하고 음성인식으로 정보를 선택하도록 하고, 선택한 정보의 이도와 필요성에 따라 사용자가 실시간 발화속도제어를 통하여 정보를 쉽게 알 수 있도록 했다. 이 방식은 문서의 내용에 따른 구조를 쉽게 인식하여 사용자가 빠른 시간 내에 필요한 정보를 수집할 수 있고, 문서가 발음되는 것을 청취하여 문서의 필요성을 인식하고, 숙독 필요성에 따라 실시간으로 낭독 속도를 제어할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

The purpose of this study is to propose algorithm classification system for algorithm education for Elementary and Secondary Students. We defines the components of the algorithm and expresses the algorithm classification system by the analysis synthesis method. The contents of the study are as follows. First, we conducted a theoretical search on the classification purpose and classification. Second, the contents and limitations of the classification system for the proposed algorithm contents were examined. In addition, we examined the contents and selection criteria of algorithms used in algorithm education research. Third, the algorithm components were redefined using the core idea and crosscutting concept proposed by the NRC. And the crosscutting concept of algorithm is subdivided into algorithm data structure and algorithm design strategy, and its contents are presented using analytic synthesis classification scheme. Finally, the validity of the proposed contents was verified by the review of the expert group. It is expected that the study on the algorithm classification system will provide many implications for the contents selection and training method in the algorithm education.

The purpose of this study is to perform content analysis of research articles using the language network analysis method in Korea and catch the basic point of the language network analysis method. Six analytical categories are used for content analysis: types of language text, methods of keyword selection, methods of forming co-occurrence relation, methods of constructing network, network analytic tools and indexes. From the results of content analysis, this study found out various features as follows. The major types of language text are research articles and interview texts. The keywords were selected from words which are extracted from text content. To form co-occurrence relation between keywords, there use the co-occurrence count. The constructed networks are multiple-type networks rather than single-type ones. The network analytic tools such as NetMiner, UCINET/NetDraw, NodeXL, Pajek are used. The major analytic indexes are including density, centralities, sub-networks, etc. These features can be used to form the basis of the language network analysis method.

This study analyzed authors' use of theory in 654 articles that appeared in two core library and information science journals during last three decades. In order to analyze degree of theory use of LIS, such as, publication productivity, growth and distribution of theory in subfields. name and origin of theory, usability of each theory, subfields and journals, and so on, content analysis of LIS theories was performed through conceptual and empirical study. For the purpose of this study, we suggested a couple of new analytical methods, so called, ‘Subfield Classification Scheme’ within LIS, and ‘5 Degrees of Theory Use’ model for the first time.
