Recently, IT outsourcing has been one of the major concerns of many companies. This study proposes a model which composed the outsourcing planning and operational risks affecting the outsourcing performance. Especially, this study focused on the contractors perspective, because the outsourcing risk relative researches are recently performed on the service receivers perspective, contractors perspective researches were relatively lacked. The result of this study, outsourcing planning risks had not affected the outsourcing performance but it had positively affected the operational risks. And also, the outsourcing operational risks had negatively affected the outsourcing performance. For this reason, It is necessary to reduced planning risk induction for the outsourcing performance improvement. Because the planning risks positively affect the operational risks, it is necessary to reduced planning risk induction for the outsourcing performance improvement.

오늘날 기업들은 비즈니스의 가치체인(Value Chain)의 변화로 회사의 해체와 재통합 기업의 글로벌화, 비즈니스의 아웃소싱, 산업영역의 붕괴가 빈번하게 이루어지고 있는 것이 현재기업의 현실이다. 따라서 기업은 비용을 절감하고 매출을 높이며 운영자본 및 고정자산의 지출을 최소화하기 위하여 전세계 자기업의 시스템을 통합관리하려 하고 있다. 이를 충족하기 위하여 델 사는 웹 시스템을 구축하여 정보기술측면의 유연성을 확보하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 프리웨어 프레임워크인 알바티스, 스프링프레임웍, EJB를 UML툴로 프로그램을 설계하고, JSTL, X-INTERNET로 표현함으로써 네트워크사용량, 컴포넌트개발, 프로그램배포, 오프라인작업의 가능성, 대량데이터의 처리, 웹서비스 이용, 프로그램의 설치, 유저인터페이스, 유연성, 확장성, 보안성을 측정하여 프로젝트 특성상의 적합성을 검증하려 한다.

정보기술의 관점에서, 기업 가치사슬상의 내/외부적 협력을 협력을 구현하는 방법으로ASP(Application Service Provider)를 통한 IT 아웃소싱(outsourcing)이 차세대 가상기업의 핵심 요소가 될 것으로 전망된다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 ASP 의 서비스 제공에 관한 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법으로, HoQ와 AHP를 통합한 방법론을 제공한다. 그리고 이러한 통합모형을 적용하여 고객만족의 관점에서 ASP 서비스 개선을 위한 핵심 기능요소(functional elements)를 찾아 내었다. ASP 서비스의 지속적인 개선은 점차 심화되어 가는 경쟁에서 생존하기 위해 최우선적으로 중요한데, 본 연구의 HoQ/AHP 통합모형은 서비스 개선을 전략적으로 구현하는 좋은 도구가 될 것이다.

Recently, IT outsouricng has been one of the major concerns of many companies. This paper explores the relationship between information technology outsourcing risk factors and outsourcing performance. It is based upon a three-phase process utilizing IPO (Input-Process-Output) system. The first phase means the outsourcing planning risks t~at arise from overall environment of outsourcing, organizational refuse, and wrong contracts. The second phase implies outsourcing operational risks, which are occurred while out-sourcing perform and consist of organizational acceptances of outsourcing, partnership and hidden costs. The last phase is outsourcing performance based on four perspective of BSC(Blanced Scored Card). The survey was performed on the IT/IS firms, and the data was collected from 53 service receivers. The result of the analysis are as follows. First, Outsourcing planning risks positively affects the operational risks. Second, Outsourcing operational risks negatively affects the Outsourcing Performance.

오늘날 기업들은 소비자의 욕구를 만족할 수 있는 제품을 생산제조하여 이를 효과적으로 공급할 수 있는 능력을 중요시 여기고 있으며 이는 기업의 경쟁력을 의미하기도 한다. 이러한 시간과 장소에 따른 물리적 제품의 이동활동을 물류활동이라고 한다. 기업의 물류활동을 아웃소싱 의 일종인 제3자 물류산업으로 전환하여 기업의 물류비 절감과 물류서비스의 극대화를 추구하기 위한 노력이 계속적으로 진행되어야 하는 것이다.

ICT 기술의 발달과 함께 클라우드의 사용이 활발해지고 있으며, 클라우드의 활용성 또한 증가하고 있다. 클라우드는 각각의 활용 용도에 따라 다양한 데이터가 저장되고 있으며, 클라우드 스토리지와 클라우드 스토리지에 저장된 데이터의 중요성 또한 증가하고 있다. 또한, 클라우드를 사용하는 이용자의 수가 증가하며 CSP에 아웃소싱 되는 데이터의 양이 증가하고 있지만, 지속적으로 보안사고가 발생하고 있으며, 신뢰 되지 않는 클라우드 환경에서는 악의적 사용자 또는 CSP에 의해 데이터 액세스 로그가 위조되거나 생략이 가능해 수정 불가능한 로깅 등을 통한 책임 추적성 확보가 필요하다. 따라서 이와 같은 문제를 해결하고 클라우드 스토리지 데이터의 책임 추적성 확보를 위해 본 논문에서는 블록체인 위 변조 불가능한 특성을 활용하여 신뢰 가능한 데이터 액세스 로깅을 통해 데이터 책임 추적성 확보가 가능한 프레임워크를 제안한다.

Despite the continual growth of IT outsourcing market, the outsourcing contracts are mostly short-term contracts. Because these short-term contracts need continual recontracts, the research on the factors that influence the outsourcing recontracts is needed. This research has been done to find out the factors of making the outsourcing recontracts successfully by stating the relationship between outsourcing recontract and the outsourcing performance factors. As a result of this research, customer factors and innovation factors are found to be influential factors on whether you make a recontract or not. And also the research have showed customer factors are major decision criteria on outsourcing recontracts.

OTS(Operator Training Simulator) 소프트웨어는 원자력발전소, 화력발전소 또는 화학공장 등과 같은 플랜트의 동적 특성을 실제의 플랜트와 같게 컴퓨터 환경을 이용하여 모의하는 기능을 수행한다. OTS 소프트웨어는 개발 규모가 방대하고 개발에 소요되는 시간과 비용부담이 큰 특징을 갖는다. 또한 플랜트 공정제어와 감시에 대한 전문지식이 요구된다. 따라서 OTS 소프트웨어 개발은 정부투자기관이나 연구기관의 자체인력을 활용하여 개발되어 왔다. 그러나, 최근에는 아웃소싱이 보편화됨에 따라 OTS 소프트웨어 개발 또한 외주개발 형태를 띄게 되었다. OTS 소프트웨어 외주개발은 소프트웨어 개발회사들에게 동등한 기회를 부여하기 위하여 일반적으로 2 단계 공개경쟁 형태로 프로젝트가 수행된다. 즉, 기술규격경쟁과 가격경쟁의 결과에 따라 외주개발 회사가 선정된다. 국내 소프트웨어 개발회사들의 경우에 OTS 소프트웨어 개발경험이 적으므로 OTS 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트 수주를 위한 첫 번째 장벽은 발주자의 제안요청서에 합당하는 기술 제안서를 작성하여 OTS 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있는 기술적 사업적 능력이 충분함을 입증하는 일이다 본 연구에서는 OTS의 유형과 특징, 프로젝트의 기술제안서 평가요소를 고찰하고 OTS 소프트웨어 개발에 참여하려 고 개발회사가 제안서를 작성 제출할 경우에 기술규격 경쟁에서 우위를 점할 수 있는 기술제안서 작성방안을 토의한다.

With the increase of global competition and the reduction of the lifecycle of business process, most leading companies begin to adopt BPO(Business Process Outsourcing), by outsourcing the whole or part of their business process to external service providers and focusing on their core capability, in order to enhance their core competency, In adopting BPO, it is an important decision-making issue that which part of process should be outsourced. So identifying core/non-core process among the business processes is a prerequisite for managing corporate capability and performance of outsourcing. In this study, by focusing on knowledge intensity and degree of informatization of the business process that are important factors in adopting BPO, we have analyzed the current status of BPO adoption of domestic firms and proposed several guidelines for adopting BPO.

본 연구에서는 기업 내 정보시스템을 구축하는 과정에 있어 의사결정자들을 지원하기 위한 가능성분포 의사결정모형을 검토하였다. 급변하는 기업환경에 영향을 미치는 주요 변수중의 하나인 정보기술의 활용은 성공적인 기업활동에 중요한 역할을 하며, 아웃소싱할 경우 조직의 목표와 자원의 제약을 충분히 반영하는 벤더의 선정이 매우 중요하다 할 수 있다. 이를 위해 수리적 모형이 제시되어졌으며 가능성 이론을 적용한 모형이 제시되었다. 일반적 수리모형의 경우 투입되는 변수의 불명확성과 의사결정자의 열망수준을 반영하지 못한다는 단점이 있으며, 확률적 분포 모형의 경우 현실적 적용에 있어 어려움이 있어왔다. 가능성분포 의사결정모형에서는 투입변수의 불명확성이 고려된 다목적의사결정모형의 구축이 가능하였다.
