본 연구는 한국의 다국적 기업이 세계 여러 지역(유럽, 아프리카, 아시아, 아메리카)에서 글로벌 경제 활동과 사업을 범세계적으로 수행하고 있으며. 범세계적인 글로벌 사업수행에서 지역별 경제변화가 지역적으로 다양하면서, 복잡하게 전개되는 것에 대해서 글로벌기업이 지역별 특성에 적합하게 사업을 영위하면서 글로벌하게 현지시장 접근 방법을 어떠한 기준으로 우선 접근하는지에 대한 방법을 통계처리를 하였으며 향후 어떠한 방법을 수용하여 전략적 방법과 모델을 개발하여 자연스럽게 글로벌화 추이를 알아보고자 연구과제들을 실증 분석 하였음. 그리고 글로벌화 하는 TNC's 기업의 지식과 정보의 습득이 중요하며, 변화와 혁신을 통해서 자신의 분야에서는 세계적 선도 기업이 되고자 하는 TNC's 기업이라면 선진국 TNCs 기업보다는 더 적극적인 전략과 사업 모델을 모색해야 한다는 전제하에 실증모형을 설정하고 연구과제들을 정리하였음. 1. TNC's에 의하여 세계경제 활동에 중요한 변수들을 여러 가지 측면에서 검토하고 지리적요인과 경제적 요소들을 고려하여 기술과 자원의 아웃소싱의 글로벌화 방법을 고려하여 세계경제체제의 변화와 향상에 많은 투자내용들이 지리적인 여건과 글로벌화를 고려하여 투자가 진행되어지는가의 추이를 분석하였음. 2. TNC's의 역량에 따라 사업경영에서 현지국가의 경영관리와 산업의 변화에 까지 영향을 주었고 향후에도 글로벌화 경제의 발달과 향상에 협력하는 기업, 자국의 경제 발달과 향상에 협력하는 기업에까지 긍정적인 협조가 이루어지는 투자형태의 글로벌화 지수의 내용을 실증분석 하였음.

Many SME have difficulties in marketing activities from early product and technology development because of lack of internal marketing abilities. This paper presents the strategy for the public information service providing so that the marketing oriented information system should provide appropriate information in every step of production from raw material procurement, processing, outsourcing, sales to collaboration. A prototype of marketing information system is implemented in terms of product information, market information, technology information and enterprise information.

IT기술 및 인터넷의 발전으로 시 공간의 제약 없이 다양한 서비스를 제공받을 수 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술이 등장하게 되었다. 이로 인해 기존 데이터센터를 가상화 및 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술과 융합한 클라우드 데이터센터로 전환하여 개인용 클라우드 서비스(Private Cloud Service)나 외부 기업 등에게 아웃소싱 하여 공개형 클라우드 서비스(Public Cloud Service)를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 클라우드 환경은 기존의 IT환경에서 발생한 악성코드를 이용한 데이터 해킹 및 유출과 같은 보안 위협이 존재하며, 새로운 보안 위협들이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 안전한 클라우드 데이터센터 구축을 위한 보안요구사항에 대해서 분석한다.

최근 모바일 사용자의 안전한 위치기반 서비스의 사용을 위한 아웃소싱 데이터베이스에서 객체 및 사용자의 위치 정보를 보호하는 연구가 위치 데이터를 보호하기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 기존 연구는 불필요한 객체 정보를 요구하기 때문에, 높은 질의 처리 시간을 지니는 단점을 지닌다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 기준 POI를 중심으로 객체의 방향성 정보와 변환된 거리를 이용하여, 사용자와 객체의 정보를 보호하는 k-최근접 질의처리 알고리즘을 제안한다.

Logistics industry was changed after China join into the WTO. Compared with other countries, cost of logistics is very high in China. Besides, there are several problems with the demand basis, service and information technology of the third-party logistics. The forth-party logistics was appeared in logistics market in this context. The forth-party logistics was just become to develop in China so there are many problems recent years. Chinese government propose some solutions with the development of the fourth-party logistics such as the adjustment of the logistics industry policy, strengthening of the logistics information system and infrastructure, training logistics expertise. This research pointed out the obstacles in the development of the forth-party logistics in China by analyzing the present situation and the development strategy of some representative companies such as ANDE Logistics Company and Philips Logistics Company. The purpose of this paper is to research the development of the forth-party logistics in China by analyzing the problems with Chinese government and logistics companies, and finally bring up some solutions with these problems.

Focal companies (hereafter called buyers) adopt outsourcing practices from a supply chain management strategy to be competitive. Buyers face the bridge transfer after outsourcing contracts, and the monitoring practices would be the only control mechanism left to prevent losing control over the suppliers. This study suggests the set of monitoring practices (i.e., capability, activity and outcome monitoring) as the independent variables to enhance the buyer-supplier collaboration and supplier's performance. In addition the buyer's efforts of monitoring are assumed to influence the buyer's shop floor productivity mediated by the supplier's performance and buyer-supplier collaboration. The results showed that the monitoring practices are meaningful antecedents to the supplier's performance and buyer-supplier collaboration, which fully mediates between the monitoring practices and buyer's shop floor productivity. The mediating role of the buyer-supplier collaboration between activity monitoring and shop floor productive has been rejected, because the negative effect of activity monitoring on buyer-supplier collaboration conflicts with the positive impact of buyer-supplier collaboration on shop floor productive. The theoretical contribution and managerial implications with limitations have been discussed.

주로 컴퓨터 자원(Platform, HDD, CPU)의 가상화를 통한 IT 인프라 관리 및 아웃소싱의 효율성을 추구하던 클라우드 컴퓨팅이 이제는 다양한 서비스 분야로 전환되고 있다. 심지어 사용자의 개인 데이터, 홈 가전기기, 헬스 기기 등의 모든 디지털화된 IT 자원이 스마트 폰, 태블릿 PC, IP-TV 중심의 N-Screen 등의 사용자 단말 기술들과 연계 및 진화하여 더욱 편리한 디지털 라이프의 변화를 주도하고 있다. 따라서 본 특집에서는 더욱 발전하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 주요 분야들 - 모바일 클라우드, DaaS(Desktop as a Service: 데스크톱 클라우드), 공공 부문의 SLA(Service Level Agreement), 퍼스널 클라우드 보안과 프라이버시 - 대해 기술적 동향과 이슈 등을 고찰하고자 한다. 특히 작금의 국제적 표준화가 ITU-T, ISO에서 조직과 체계를 구체적으로 마련하고 2012년부터는 본격적인 경쟁에 들어가는 중요한 시대적 위치에 있으므로 본 특집을 통해 국내 연구자 및 개발자들에게 표준화된 기술 및 서비스 개발에 동기를 부여하고자 한다. 본 특집을 기획하면서 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 IT의 인프라에서 응용까지 연계되어 서비스 산업의 좋은 모델로서 국가적 경쟁력을 끌어올릴 수 있는 중요한 기술임이 자명하며, 단기적으로 끝나는 기술이 아님을 다시 한 번 확인할 수 있는 좋은 기회로 산업의 많은 분야에 뿌리 깊이 내려지길 기대해 본다. 이를 위해 기업과 국가의 지속적인 개발과 지원에 대한 결정이 그 어느 때보다 필요하다.

The objective of this research is to identify the process of knowledge transfer and to examine the effect of IT human capability on knowledge transfer in information systems outsourcing. Through a field survey, it is found that clients' IT human capability significantly affects on cooperative learning with vendors and knowledge transfer from vendors to clients. The survey also shows that clients' trust with vendors indirectly enhances the knowledge transfer by increasing the cooperative learning. This study provides a solution of knowledge transfer problem in information systems outsourcing. Also it brings out issues that can be accrued in the outsourcing situation, such as clients' dependency on vendors and knowledge asymmetries developed in favor of the vendors. These issues should be topics for future research on information systems outsourcing.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 인프라를 사용할 때 사용자의 민감한 정보가 포함된 데이터를 사용하게 될 수 있다. 데이터를 아웃소싱하여 처리하는 경우 클라우드 제공자가 데이터 처리자로서 사용자의 데이터에 접근해야 한다. 사용자는 데이터를 처리하는 과정에서 행하는 클라우드 제공자의 동작을 알 수 없으므로 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 사용하는 것을 불안해하게 되고 공개를 해도 되는 일부의 데이터만을 사용하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 통해 연산을 수행하는 환경에서 사용자의 데이터를 보호하기 위한 연구의 일환으로써, 시스템 및 환경을 정의하고 주로 발생할 수 있는 정보보호 위협을 정리하였다. 또한 현재 연구가 진행되고 있는 SMPC(Secure Multi-Party Computation)을 소개하고 이를 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 통해 연산을 수행하는 환경에 적용하기 위해 고려해야 할 사항들을 제시하며, 향후 연구 방향을 모색한다.

최근 정보 기술의 발전으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 개개인에게 편의성을 제공하도록 기능하지만, 실생활에서 디지털 정보의 의존성을 높이게 되었다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅은 실시간으로 다양한 정보를 교환함으로써 다양한 어플리케이션 서비스를 제공한다. 특히, 사용자가 가지고 있는 정보들을 로컬 서버에 관리하기 어려운 문제를 해결하기 위해 아웃소싱 클라우드 스토리지 서비스를 이용하여 해결할 수 있다. 그러나, 사용자의 데이터를 외부 클라우드 서버에 업로드하여 저장하게 되면, 클라우드 서비스 제공자로 인한 프라이버시 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 최근, 클라우드 서버에서 발생할 수 있는 프라이버시 문제를 해결하기 위해서 사용자의 데이터를 암호화하여 클라우드 서비스 제공자로부터 사용자의 정보를 보호하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이 연구는 시간이 지남에 따라 암호화가 복호화될 수 있으며, 특히 클라우드 서버에서 Offline Bruteforce 공격이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 환경에서 사용자의 개인정보를 보호하기 위한 기존 연구의 한계점을 분석한다. 기존 연구 분석을 통해 개인정보 보호를 위한 요구사항을 도출하고, 이를 기반으로 안전한 분산 데이터 관리 기법에 대해 고찰한다.
