The values of a organization generate belief and activate participation of community members. Accordingly, it is necessary to find new core values of the school library in addition to access and assistance which are the library's traditional values. This study analyzed the central keywords in the contents of mission and vision appeared in the International School Library Standards and acquired core values being composed of 5 fields such as education, collaboration, access, cultural awareness and sensitivity, and democratic citizenship. As a result of analyses of missions and visions in America, Australia, UK, and Canada School Library Standards, it seems that life-long learning skills, physical access and social responsibility are common core values. America and UK School Library Standards which were revised recently are underlining technology skills, multiple literacies and integrated information literacy curriculum particularly. Ultimately, these core values will be utilized as the directions and basic materials for the establishment of missions and visions for the school library in Korea.

일반적으로 사용자의 작업과 관련 있는 적절한 정보 또는 서비스를 제공하는 과정에서 '상황'을 사용하는 경우 이를 상황인식 시스템으로 정의한다. 상황인식 컴퓨팅 기술이 내장된 기기나 컴퓨터는 상황을 감지하여 적절하고 유용한 서비스를 제공하는 능력을 갖게 된다. 이러한 기술은 교육, 의료, 사무실 환경 등 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 활용된다. 특히 현대화된 강의실 환경은 각종 매체의 설치로 인해 전력소모가 심해지며, 매체들과 강의 환경의 효율적인 관리가 어려워지는 문제를 발생시키므로 상황인식 컴퓨팅 기술이 적용될 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 상황인식 기술을 이용한 강의실 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 이 관리 시스템은 다양한 센서 (온도, 조도, $CO_2$, 인체감지) 로부터 획득되는 저수준의 데이터를 사용자가 식별할 수 있는 추상화된 고수준의 정보로 변환하여 사용자에게 알려준다. 이 시스템을 구축함으로써 관리자는 강의실 내부에 설치된 매체들과 환경요소에 대한 상황을 쉽게 인식 할 수 있고, 강의실 내부의 상황변화에 대해 능동적으로 관리 할 수 있게 된다. 또한 강의실에 대한 과거의 이력정보를 검색 할 수 있음으로써 사전관리가 가능해짐에 따라 수동적인 관리로 인한 전력소비에 비해 전력절감 효과가 있고 쾌적한 강의실 환경을 학생들에게 제공 해 줄 수 있게 된다.

The Information society is accelerating it's speed of change with the IT technology at the center of it and the society as a whole is in the process of transition. The purpose of study is to reveal the information gap among the public servants of Chungbuk Province. For that reason this study on the information gap of the officers is considering the effectiveness of IT. First, A theoretical approach has been made about Information Divide. Second, the analysis of questionaire on the information divide use frequency analysis, means analysis, factor analysis, and t-test.

The current study examines whether the dementia experience and social support is associated with dementia attitude and whether health literacy moderates the relationship between these variables. We used data from the 2016 Dementia Literacy Survey collected by K University. We conducted our analysis with 522 community-dwelling older Koreans aged 60 to 79. Findings of the multivariate regression analyses showed belows. First, dementia experience and dementia attitude were related in cognitive and behavioral aspects. Second, social support was also related negatively with dementia attitude in cognitive part. However, social support was also related positively with dementia attitude in behavior part. Third, health literacy was positively related with dementia attitude in cognitive part. However, health literacy was negatively related with dementia attitude in behavior part. Lastly, health literacy had significant moderating effects with social support and dementia attitude in cognitive part. Our findings suggest that health literacy plays an important role in fostering a positive dementia attitude.

The purpose of this study is to provide base line data to the educational settings so that more improved occupational core competencies could be taught under the formal curriculum of the technical highschool than before through the inquiry into 'the need for the consolidation of education that principals of technical highschool perceive'. Initial occupational key competencies had been prepared through the literature review on the occupational core competencies and the review on the key competencies by the experts in the field of technical industry had been performed to achieve the purpose of this study. The survey instrument consisting of final 9 occupational key competencies had been developed with the careful consideration for the calculation of the need for the consolidation of education using the Borich's model. The results show that principals for the technical highschool perceive the strong need for the educational consolidation regarding the all 9 occupational core competencies in the whole. However, for the specific key competency of understanding the organization and the mathematical competency, the principals of the technical meister highschool perceive somewhat differently from the principals of the specialized technical highschool. The principals in the meister highschool perceive not much need for the consolidation of education regarding the competency of understanding the organization and the mathematical competency.

The aim of this study is to investigate information literacy of immigrants in Korea and to suggest some ways to improve their information literacy. In conducting this study, a survey was given to 415 migrant workers and female marriage immigrants living in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do area. The survey shows that the information literacy of immigrants in Korea is on basic level and the fields of information use, information production, information ethics and information and communication technology are on relatively low level. To reinforce the status of information literacy of immigrants, some effective ways need to be developed in information literacy education programs and Korean language programs.

본 연구는 소프트웨어적인 기술인 경영정보시스템(MIS)의 발전과정을 기술추격 관점에서 분석한다. 분석사례로는 창업 당시 후발업체로 선진국 기업을 모방하였지만 현재는 MIS 분야에서 선도적인 위치에 서게 된 POSCO를 선정하였다. 기술추격과정 분석을 위해 김인수의 기술혁신단계모델, Henderson and Clark의 유동기 진입이론, Doering and Parayre의 불확실한 기술에 대한 의사결정이론, Nolan의 MIS 발전단계모델 등 네 가지 모델을 활용하였다. 연구결과, POSCO의 MIS기술 발전과정은 기술후진국이 밟는 전형적인 기술추격과정, 즉 경화기${\rightarrow}$과도기${\rightarrow}$유동기로 이행하면서 모방에서 혁신으로 그 위상이 바뀐 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 장치산업이라는 철강산업의 산업적 특성으로 제조기술 및 MIS기술이 커다란 기술패러다임의 변화 없이 유동기로 진입하였으며, MIS 분야에 대한 기업경영자의 역할이 기술추격의 주요 성공요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 POSCO는 MIS분야에서 착수${\rightarrow}$확장${\rightarrow}$공식화${\rightarrow}$통합의 단계를 거쳐 왔을 뿐만 아니라, 반복적인 피드백 혹은 반복학습을 통하여 MIS 기술능력을 축적한 결과 기술 추종적 위치에서 기술 선도적 위치로 전환된 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 기업의 기술혁신전략 수립 시에 기술혁신의 진행경로, 산업기술의 특성, 의사결정자의 역할, 반복학습 및 피이드백의 중요성 등이 고려될 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

This paper studied the improvement of software process of the software firms. Software process infrastructure level of software process is very important. This study provided that software process infrastructure have an significant influence on the process level, process infrastructure management level, and software process performance. The result showed that software process high level is elevated through management activity of organization infrastructure and technical infrastructure. And organization performance is elevated through fit between process level and quality culture of software process. Problem factors of software process infrastructure improvement is lack of process improvement mind, leadership and investment. Therefore software firms must construct process improvement through supporting of process quality mind and investment with process infrastructure improvement.

In this paper, we propose a standard AI developer job training track based on industry needs. The characteristic of this curriculum is that it can minimize the mismatch of AI developer job competency between industries and universities. To develop an AI developer job training track, a survey will be conducted for AI developers working in industrial fields. In this survey, among the five NCS-based AI developer jobs, job analysis is conducted by deriving AI developer jobs with high demand for manpower in industrial fields. In job analysis, the core competency unit elements of the job are selected, and knowledge, skills, tools, etc. necessary to perform the core competency unit elements are derived. In addition, a standard AI developer job curriculum is developed by deriving core subjects and road-map that can educate knowledge, skills, tools, etc. In addition, we present an efficient AI developer job training method using the standard AI developer job training course proposed in this paper.

기업 정보 시스템에서의 근태 및 식수 관리와 같은 인적 자원 관련 업무는 개인의 업무 성과 관리를 위한 중요한 기초 자료로써 이에 대한 중요성은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 많은 기업에서는 이러한 시스템들이 분산되어 운영됨에 따라 자료의 일관성 확립하고 신뢰성 있는 자료를 획득하기 어렵다. 또한 이로 인한 추가적인 중복적 업무 부담이나 불필요한 인력을 소모하게 됨에 따라, 기업에서는 효율적이고 효과적인 인적 자원 관리가 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 바코드 기술의 대체물로 각광받고 있는 RFID 기술을 적용하여 기업 인력을 효율적이고 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 "ERP와 연계를 통한 RFID 기반의 인적 자원 관리 시스템"을 제안하고 구현한다. RFID 기술이 가지고 있는 비접촉성, 편리함, 자체 데이터 저장 능력을 활용하여 제안된 시스템을 실제 중소기업에 적용함으로써, 효율적으로 인적 자원을 관리할 수 있었다. 또한 기존의 시스템과 제안된 시스템의 비교 및 평가를 통해 제안된 시스템의 효율성을 보인다.
