21세기는 정보기술과 함께 폭증하는 정보의 홍수 속에서 가치 있는 정보를 선택, 판단하고 활용할 수 있는 정보활용능력이 필수적인 사회로 전환되고 있다. 정보 사회 적응을 위한 기본소양 교육이 효과적으로 실천되기 위해서는 정보 소양 학습을 지원하는 다양한 활동이 있어야한다. 교과 교육의 정보화를 실현하는 한 방법으로 교육 과정의 통합적 접근이라고 할 수 있으며, 교육과정의 통합적 접근은 복잡한 사회의 변화에 대한 종합적인 안목을 길러주고, 지식 정보의 폭발적 증가에 보다 적절하게 대응하게 해 준다는 점에서 그 교육적 정당성을 발견할 수 있다. 결국 교육과정의 통합은 급속한 사회의 변화를 교육체제에 조정시키는 수단으로서의 역할을 담당할 수 있다는 점에서 그 교육적 의미가 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 체계화된 ICT 교육과정을 편성하였으며 그 편성 방향은 ICT를 기본으로 하여 여러 교과를 통합지도 할 수 있는 교육과정을 조직하고 이를 웹 기반 교수 학습 형태로 제시하였다.

The Government has established the infrastructure for knowledge and information-oriented society, strengthening the ICT technology education. Although information knowledge ability of learners is prerequisite to educate ICT, but systematic educating courses and time for that are insufficient, and many difficulties have been pointed out. In order to solve such problems, this study developed Web-based computerized adaptive testing system using the item response theory. This system enables the learners to evaluate their own ICT knowledge abilities in their school or home by using familiar web interface and to perform supplementary or deepening study according to the results, and consequently, smooth education of ICT application will be achieved. In addition, this system will be a very effective method for the elementary/middle/high-school ICT knowledge ability certification system.

지난 60여 년간은 고전정보에 기반한 통신, 저장, 처리 능력이 비약적으로 발전하였다. 이 과정에서 가장 많이 사용된 방법은 정보소자의 크기를 감소시키는 방법이었는데, 이러한 접근법은 최근에 그 한계에 도달하고 있다. 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해서 다양한 접근법이 연구되고 있으며, 궁극적으로는 양자역학적 현상에 기반하는 양자정보가 사용될 것으로 예상된다. 양자정보는 크게 계산성과 보안성을 향상시키는데, 이에 따라서 향후 ICT 전반에서 많은 변화가 생길 것으로 예상된다. 본고에서는 특히 양자정보에 기반한 양자컴퓨팅을 중심으로, 양자정보의 발현과 관련한 역사적 흐름, 양자정보에 기반한 정보처리의 핵심요소, 양자컴퓨팅 구현 방법론, 양자컴퓨팅 활용 방법론, 현재의 기술수준을 소개한다. 마지막으로 ICT의 경제의존도 및 사회몰입도가 높은 우리나라가 이러한 ICT패러다임의 전환기에서 과연 무엇을 어떻게 준비해야 하는지도 살펴본다.

This study examines the effect of information systems through communication and process competency to increase customer relationship competency. This study focuses on the effect of information systems which help internal customers for their work to satisfy the external customers. Based on the data collected by KRIVET and the Ministry of employment and labor, information systems, communication, process competency, and customer relationship competency are examined. The result showed that information system has an influence on communication and process competency, significantly. Process competency affect customer relationship competency positively while communication does not. However, communication has a positive influence on process competency.

최근 들어 CRM이 확산됨에 따라 고객과의 접점에서 업무를 담당하는 콜센터의 중요성이 커지고 있으며, 정보기술이 발전함에 따라 콜센터 본연의 업무를 넘어서 콜센터에 새로운 역할이 부가되고 있다. 지금까지 콜센터에는 기계와의 커뮤니케이션에서 발생하는 거부감, 과다한 대기시간, 새로운 통신수단들로 인한 콜센터의 기능약화, 적절한 정보의 적시 사용의 어려움, 기술투자 선행작업의 미약 등의 문제점이 지적되었다. 하지만 무엇보다도 가장 큰 문제점은 명확하게 수립된 경영전략과 운영전략이 없었다는 것이다. 이에, 고객, 서비스 전략, 인적 자원, 프로세스, 정보기술 등 다섯 가지 영역으로 나누어 다른 기업과의 차별화를 달성할 수 있는 콜센터의 경영전략을 수립해야 한다. 고객의 측면에서는 만족되지 않고 있던 고객욕구를 경쟁기업보다 앞서 제공해야 하고, 서비스 전략 측면에서는 고객과의 거래비용을 줄여줄 수 있는 전략이 필요하다. 인적자원 측면에서는 보다 전문적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 능력을 보유한 종업원을 콜센터에 배치해야 하며, 프로세스 측면에서는 콜센터를 통해 업무창구를 일원화하는 방향으로 업무 프로세스를 리엔지니어링 해야 한다. 끝으로 정보기술 측면에서는 인터넷과 콜센터를 통합할 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 한다. 그리고 이상과 같은 경영전략 하에 구축된 콜센터의 성과를 극대화하기 위해서 필요한 8가지 운영전략을 도출하였다.

기계 독해 기술은 기계가 주어진 비정형 문서 내에서 사용자의 질문을 이해하여 답변을 하는 기술로써, 챗봇이나 스마트 스피커 등, 사용자 질의응답 분야에서 핵심이 되는 기술 중 하나이다. 최근 딥러닝을 이용한 기학습 언어모델과 전이학습을 통해 사람의 기계 독해 능력을 뛰어넘는 방법론들이 제시되었다. 하지만 이러한 방식은 사람이 인식하는 질의응답 방법과 달리, 개체가 가지는 의미론(Semantic) 관점보다는 토큰 단위로 분리된 개체의 형태(Syntactic)와 등장하는 문맥(Context)에 의존해 기계 독해를 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 높은 성능을 나타내던 기학습 언어모델에 대규모 지식그래프에 등장하는 개체 정보를 함께 학습함으로써, 의미학적 정보를 반영하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문이 제시하는 방법을 통해 기존 방법보다 기계 독해 분야에서 높은 성능향상 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

Recently, the geographic information system(GIS) is generally used in various fields with the development of information and communication technology, with expansion of its applications and utilization scope. Especially, utilizing GIS is expected to have positive effects on the geography learning and more helpful for the geographic information observation compared to the picture or 2D based media. The effective visualization of complex geographic data does not only take realization of its visual information but also increases the human ability in analysis and understanding to use the geographic information. In this paper, we examine a method to develop the geography learning contents based on the technology with augmented reality and GIS, and then we have a case study for various kinds of visualization techniques and examples to use in geography learning situation. Moreover, we introduce an example of the manufacturing process from the existing GIS data to augmented reality based geography learning system. From the above, we show that the usefulness of our method is applicable for effective visualization of the three-dimensional geographic information in the geography learning environment.

정보저장매체에 저장된 디지털정보로부터 범죄 단서를 찾고, 법정에 증거로 제출하기 위한 일련의 활동을 일컫는 디지털 포렌식의 개념과 기법이 국내 수사기관에 도입되어 활용된 지 10여년의 시간이 흘렀다. 그러나 디지털증거라는 새로운 개념의 탄생은 최근까지 정보의 압수대상 여부 논란 등 수사실무에서의 혼란을 초래하고 있다. 기존 증거와 구별되는 디지털정보의 특성으로 말미암아 증거로 활용함에 있어 필요한 별도의 절차적 기술적 조건이 요구되고 있으나, 과거 규정과 지침만으로는 디지털증거를 취급함에 있어 해석, 처리의 혼선을 가져 왔으며, 아직 명확하고 구체적인 실무 지침과 규정은 마련되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 디지털증거 확보체계는 이러한 혼선을 최소화하기 위해 디지털증거의 증거능력 유지를 위해 필요한 최소한의 요건을 정의하고, 이를 바탕으로 법정 제출시까지 동일성, 무결성과 이를 증명하기 위한 보관연속성(Chain of Custody) 등을 유지 관리하기 위해 수사기관간에 구축하고 있는 인프라 시스템이다. 본 고에서는 수사기관간의 디지털정보, 디지털증거 처리, 유통, 취급에 있어 문제점을 살펴보고, 이를 보완 개선하기 위한 그간의 노력과 향후 발전방향에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find changing trends in roles and qualifications of catalogers by comparing and analyzing job advertisements from 1990 to 1997 and to suggest a direction of cataloging education based upon the trends. During the past years, the development of the information technology has influenced upon the duties of the catalogers and the requirements of the positions. Based upon the knowledg of traditional tools for classifying and cataloging, increasing needs for computer skills, networks, supervisiory skills, managerial skills, communication skills, research activities, and ability to adapt the changing environment were required for the catalogers. If s time to prepare a new cataloging education that produce excellent catalogers for the future.

In this paper, a command and control (C2) system development using a network emulator is treated. Due to the development of information and communication technologies enabling reinforcement of information exchange and computational capability, an operational concept network centric warfare (NCW) was introduced. In here, it summarizes a developmental test environment build based on dummynet, one of the software based network emulator, and an operational concept of target command and control system. Moreover, I explain command and control system developmental test cases and results, and suggest an operational concept to overcome limitations of target communication system. I expect this concept will reduce data traffic of proposed C2 system especially plot messages which is distributed same data with short interval.
