Recently, many interests in the economic contribution of performing arts for the city's tourist attractions have been increasing, and the policy projects supporting surtitle for foreign tourists are expanding. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the acceptance process of subtitle systems using the TAM(Technical Acceptance Model) to understand the influential relations of factors affecting the viewing of the performance of subtitling service by foreign tourists. Data for empirical analysis were collected in a survey of foreign tourists who had experienced performance subtitles with smart pads in three languages. The results of this study are as follows. First, the higher the information system quality of the performance subtitles, the higher the perceived usefulness of the subtitles. Second, for Korean performances, the decreasing level of both the performance-based risk and the psychological risk has a positive influence on the viewing intent. But, the decreasing level of the financial risk has a negative influence on the viewing intent. Third, the decreasing level of performance risk has a positive influence on the perceived usefulness, while the decreasing level of psychological risk has a negative influence on the perceived usefulness. Finally, the psychological risk has the moderating effect of the viewing intention, which it has a negative influence on the perceived usefulness.

Korea Communications Commission (KCC) has been providing the pilot service of URC(Ubiquitous Robot Companion), which is a network-based personal robot, to 1000 Korean households since 2006 to define potential users' needs and adoption behaviors. Personal innovativeness might play a critical role in adoption of URC services by users because much sophisticated and convergence technologies are incorporated into URC services. Also, defining not only perceived beliefs about URC services but also expected beliefs about them are very crucial to reduce disconfirmation between users' perception and expectation of URC services. From this point of view, this paper aimed to examine robot users' adoption behavior by considering constructs such as personal innovativeness, usefulness (perceived usefulness - expected usefulness, P-E), user attitude, and intention to use. The findings reveal that personal innovativeness is negatively related to usefulness (P-E) whereas usefulness (P-E) influences significantly and positively on user attitude. It is also shown that usefulness (P-E) and user attitude have strong positive effects on intention to use.

3차원 시청각 환경 제시 시스템은 감성측정평가 시뮬레이터 개발의 일환으로 KIST에서 개발한 시청각 정보 중심의 가상환경 저작 및 실시간 제시 시스템이다. 개발 시스템이 감성측정평가 시뮬레이터 담당하는 기능은 감성측정 대상 제품이나 환경에 대한 3차원 시청각 정보들을 가상환경으로 저작해주고, 또한 저작된 가상환경을 원활한 감성측정평가를 위해 피측정자에게 실시간 대화식으로 제시해 주는 것이다. 이러한 시스템을 개발하는데 있어서 핵심적인 기술은 감성측정평가 대상 제품 및 환경의 다양성을 수용하면서 필요한 3차원 시청각 환경을 얼마나 신속하고 용이하게 저작할 수 있느냐 하는 것과 컴퓨터의 성능을 비롯한 현존의 기술적인 한계를 감안하면서 감성측정평가 시뮬레이터에서 필요로 하는 수준의 현실감과 상호작용 등을 갖는 3차원 시청각 환경을 제공하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 상기의 기술적인 개념하에서 가상현실 기술을 기반으로 하며, 필요한 가상환경을 보다 신속하고 편리하게 저작 및 제시할 수 있도록 현재 개발 중에 있는 3차원 시청각 환경 제시 시스템의 개발과정에서 구현된 데모 시스템의 전반적인 내용과 개발시스템에 사용된 요소 기술들을 소개한다. 아울러, 향후 수행될 기능적인 보완작업과 시스템 안정화 작업, 그리고 개발 시스템이 갖는 의의 및 기대효과 등에 대해서도 소개하기로 한다.

Christianity has desperately opposed to embryonic stem cell research, regarding it homicide. It made the opinion public many times and has tried to lead Christian to recognize the situation and make an appropriate decision with no actual result. It means that many other factors than religion have an effect on the process of making decision. This article aims to summarize the attitude of Christian believer towards embryonic stem cell research and identify the factors interacting in the developing situation. Also, it try to show how the factors have an influence on the others and Christian believers interpret and accept the information, finally leading to make a conclusion that religious factor have only a narrow influence on the formation and development of the believers' attitude.

This study aims to measure Korea's global competitiveness in intelligent information technology, which is the core technology of the 4th industrial revolution. For analysis, we collect patents of each field and prior patents cited by them, which are applied at the U.S. Patent Office (USPTO) between 2010 and 2018 from PATSTAT Online. A global knowledge transfer network was established by grouping citing- and cited-relationships at a national level. The in-degree centrality is used to evaluate technology acceptance, which indicates the process of absorbing existing technological knowledge to create new knowledge in each field. Second, to evaluate the impact of existing technological knowledge on the creation of new one, the out-degree centrality is investigated. Third, we apply the PageRank algorithm to qualitatively and quantitatively investigate the importance of the relationships between countries. As a result, it is confirmed through all the indicators that the AI sector is currently the least competitive.

첨단교통관리시스템, 첨단교통정보시스템, 첨단대중교통시스템, 첨단화물운송시스템, 첨단차량 및 도로시스템으로 구성된 한국형 ITS는 적절히 설계, 전개, 운용된다면, 교통체증, 연료, 비용, 공해, 사고 등의 감소와 함께 운전자의 수행도 및 효율성의 향상을 꾀할 수 있다. 그러나, 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해서는 운전자 및 조작자의 새로운 기술과 시스템들에 대한 중요성 및 시스템의 통합이 중요한 요건으로 작용되며, 인간공학은 이러한 과정에 있어 운전자 및 시스템조작자의 물리적, 인지적 한계를 규명하고 이를 시스템 설계에 반영하는 설계 가이드라인 작성에서 실제 평가까지의 과정에 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 즉, TMC, AVHS 등의 시스템과 함께 주요한 차내 정보시스템인 항법장치, HUD, RDS-TMC등에 걸쳐 널리 적용되고 있으며, 인간공학은 각각의 시스템뿐만 아닌 전체 ITS의 성공적인 시장성 확보와 전개에도 중요한 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 간주되고 있다. 또한, ISO TC 204 등에 의해 수용되고 있는 인간공학 표준화작업은 장차 ITS의 국제시장 진출 및 산업화를 위한 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 국내외 TS에서의 이간공학 적용 및 표준화 동향을 제시함으로써, 한국형 ITS의 인간공학 적용 및 표준화 연구를 위한 기반적인 내용의 제공과 함께, 국내의 연구 및 표준화 작업을 위한 방안을 제시한다.

Outsourcing, importing of publishing metadata and revitalizing copy cataloging have reduced importance of traditional cataloging. Request of interoperability between other communities and business integration of related system also have changed the meaning of library catalog. Furthermore, newly declared principle and rules are totally different to existing AACR, MARC, measures to cataloging education for next generation seems to be urgently needed. In this study, firstly put together a series of discussion about future cataloging and new role of cataloging librarian, and secondly basis on it, suggest direction of cataloging education course which divided two sectors. One is for students who are undergraduated, and another is for current cataloger at working level. In basic training, it should contain principle of knowledge organization and diverse resources and its relationship, encoding scheme and its practice. The other hand, in re-education training, it should include that re-recognition about new concept of bibliographic world, changing vocabulary and encoding scheme, furthermore metadata scheme about diverse resources which library have accepted, and its integration.

Recently, XML is used to describe details of service and contents for various fields such as IPTV and digital broadcast services because of it's high readability and extensibility. TV-Anytime's schema and delivery protocol have been especially adopted as basic standards for them, and extended to include their own private functions. However, XML describes documents using text-based method, and this causes to create big documents rather than traditional methods. Therefore, many encoding algorithms have been proposed to reduce XML documents like EXI, BiM, GZIP and fast-info set etc. Although these algorithms shows efficient compression effects for XML documents, but they can't avoid fragmentation degradation during encapsulation steep. This paper proposes an efficient encapsulation scheme of TV-Anytime to avoid fragmentation degradation of encoding effect using common string tables.

The purpose of this study is to deliver both market-practical and civil-centric political implication for sharing economy by investigating the nature of consumer-adoption for car-sharing service. With the global interest and market proliferation of the sharing economy, various service models for sharing idle resources have also been released in Korea. Particularly, in case of car sharing service, public - private partnership projects are spreading rapidly in various local governments including Seoul, along with the growing demand for alternative transportation system centering on the urban area. This study conducted an empirical study on the process of accepting the car sharing service by analyzing the data collected from users of the car sharing service "Sharing Car(Nanum Car)" of Seoul Metropolitan Government. A survey was conducted on 281 users in their twenties who are in the age of main use among the experienced users of the "Sharing Car(NaNum)" residing in Seoul. The result of analysis on the relationship between these users' perceived value and intention to use the vehicle sharing service would provide implications for establishing consumer(citizen)-centeric policies as well as market implications.
