인터넷이 활발히 보급되고 활성화 되면서 그로 인하여 사용자는 많은 정보를 다루게 되고 수많은 자신의 정보를 기억하고 활용하기는 쉽지 않다. 이렇게 수많은 자신의 정보를 효율적이고 안전하게 관리하는 ID관리 중요성과 필요성이 대두되었다. 본 고에서는 국내외적으로 개발된 ID관리 기술들을 조사하고 분석하고 ID관리와 관련된 표준화의 동향을 국내외 표준화 기구를 대상으로 살펴본다. 또한 요즘 들어 이슈화되고 있는 클라우드 컴퓨팅과 ID관리 기술을 융합하는 기술과 표준화의 동향을 알아본다.

개인정보보호가 단순히 개인의 권익에 관한 문제로 국한되지 않고, 기업의 사활을 좌우하는 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 또한 개인정보의 활용과 보호라는 두 가지 상충되는 기업 내 목표와 관련 개인정보보호법이나 규정 준수 등 대내외 요구사항을 만족시켜야 한다. 기업 내 개인정보보호활동의 효과성을 높이기 위해서는 현재 산발적으로 진행되는 개인정보 영향평가 등 단순 기법이나 정보유출방지 솔루션 도입 등의 접근방법으로는 한계가 있으며 새로운 접근방법이 필요하다. 본 고에서는 일상적 관리활동의 하나로서 개인정보보호를 위한 관리체계의 필요성과 관리과정을 소개하며 이를 평가, 지시 및 모니터링 할 수 있는 거버넌스의 목표와 중요성에 대해 기술한다.

This study aims to identify the academic landscape of the field of Library and Information Science by analyzing the research areas of the four major domestic journals using structural topic modeling and network analysis. The results show that each journal focuses on different research areas. The Journal of the Korean Society for Library and Information Science covers the most comprehensive range of research areas in the field, while the Journal of the Korean Biblia Society for Library and Information Science shows a similar research trend but with a higher preference for research areas related to library management and library programs. The Journal of Korean Library and Information Science Society deals more with topics related to school libraries and reading education and the Journal of the Korean Society for Information Management focuses more on information technology and information science. This study is able to provide valuable foundational data for researchers in submitting their papers and for the topical specialization and diversification of the journals in the field of Library and Information Science.

This study is to analyze impact factor, self-citation, immediacy index and cited half-life through citation analysis of scholarly journals of LIS field in Korea. This study was analysed the 9,329 references cited in Korean scholarly journal of LIS field. As a result, it analyzed that the articles of Korean LIS journal among the cited references in scholarly journal of LIS field in Korea is very insignificant. In other words, the percentage of citations was observed 19.1% in Journal of Korean Library and Information Science Society (KSLIS), 20.2% in Journal of the Korean Society for Library and Information Science (KLISS), 17.0% in Journal of the Korean Society for Information Management (KOSIM), 18.8% in Korean Biblia Society for Library and Information Science (KBIBLIA). Also, the cited half-life was analysed 5.87 years in KSLIS, 5.40 years in KLISS, 4.25 years in KOSIM, 3.57 years in KBIBLIA. And Impact factor has been found to be very low compared to journals of other fields.

본 논문은 인적자원관리에 필수적인 전문가시스템의 개념에 대해서 논의하고 있다. 전문가시스템을 인적자원관리분야에 적용하기 위해서는 전문가시스템의 개발과 관련된 일반 적인 고려사항들 뿐만 아니라, 인적자원관리와 관련된 고유한 특성들이 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 인적자원관리 전문가시스템의 장점과 구조를 제시하였으며, 전문가시스템 개 발을 위한 단계별 구체적 활동을 논의하였다. 아울러, 규칙을 이용한 인적자원관리의 지식 표현법 및 예제를 통해서 인적자원관리정보시스템의 하부 시스템으로서의 전문가시스템의 특성에 대해서도 논의하였다.

인터넷의 활용이 커짐에 따라 사용자의 식별자와 개인정보를 안전하고 편리하게 관리하는 ID 관리 기술이 필수 기술이 되고 있다. 최근 개인정보의 유출 및 해킹 사고가 국내외적으로 빈번하게 발생함에 이를 방지하기 위한 ID 관리 기술에 대한 필요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 본 고에서는 ID 관리 기술에 대한 연구 동향을 살펴보고 ID 관리 시장에 대한 국내외 동향에 대하여 기술한다. 또한 최근 스마트폰의 확산에 따라 이슈화되고 있는 모바일 ID 관리 기술에 대하여 기술한다.

초.중등학교에서 활용중인 종합정보관리 시스템 중에서 시설.장비관리 행정시스템은 교육청 단위로의 DB 통합과 전국단위 교육행정정보시스템의 구축, 현장 적합도와 사용자 편이성 미흡 등의 이유로 사용이 중단되어 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템의 재구축 또는 개정작업이 수반된다. 이러한 개정의 한 방안으로 워크플로우 시스템 도임을 검토하였다. 워크플로우 시스템을 시설.장비관리 행정시스템에 도입하여 운영함으로써 학교종합정보관리 시스템이 업무변화에 대하여 탄력적으로 개선될 수 있음을 보였다.

The study examines research themes, the relationship with other disciplines, and disciplinary organization of Information Science n order to analyze general research patterns in the field of Information Science. The methods used for this study is subject analysis of the journal articles and citation analysis. In result, it is found that most researchers in Information Science have studied on 'library-related information science'. But the study also finds the research pattern shift from library-related study to computer-related study.
