Because of the increasing necessity on sharing economy, numerous number of commercial platform based on sharing has been on the rise: car sharing, bike sharing, house sharing, book sharing, etc. And most of all, share house which aimed at dwelling problem, showed the greatest growth than the other economic models. But during the growth period, unforeseen problems also revealed its traces; the vacancy and reliability problem on the mutual platform. However, there is no way to resolve this situation now. Due to this reason, we will offer some keys to unlock existing problems on current share house platform here.

본 논문에서는 재난위기경보관리시스템 구축을 위해 행정안전부가 구축중인 재난안전데이터 공유 플랫폼의 데이터를 연동하기 위한 기반 및 기술을 제안한다. 국가 R&D로 수행중인 재난위기경보관리시스템은 위기경보 수준을 판단하기 위해 필요한 데이터를 수집, 위기경보 수준 자동분석, 위기경보 수준 판단 및 표출하는 기능을 구현하였다. 그러나 실제 운영하기 위해서는 국가재난정보관리시스템(NDMS)내에서 운영할 수 있도록 재난안전데이터 공유 플랫폼의 데이터 연동을 위한 방안에 대해 연구하였다.

이동 에이전트는 네트워크 상에서 필요에 따라 자발적으로 이종의 호스트들을 이동하면서 정해진 작업을 실행하고 결과를 제공하는 프로그램인데, 온라인 쇼핑, 실시간 장치제어, 분산처리작업 등에 응용할 수 있는 기술이다. 그러나 이동 에이전트의 보안 문제 등 해결해야 될 여러 가지 문제점들을 안고 있다. 본 논문은 이동 에이전트 보안을 위한 트러스티드 플랫폼 비용, 설치 및 운영의 어려운 점을 해결하기 위하여 트러스티드 플랫폼을 공유하여 서비스 제공자들이 쉽게 이동 에이전트를 위한 신뢰할 수 있는 플랫폼 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 데스크탑에서 실행되는 이동형 개인맞춤 SW 플랫폼 YouFree의 개인용 위젯들을 사용자가 용도로 모아 배포하고 공유하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 개발된 시스템에서는 사용자가 외부로부터 위젯 모음들을 다운받아 자신의 작업환경을 구축하거나, 사용자가 생성한 위젯 모음을 다른 사용자가 이용할 수 있도록 공유하는 기능을 제공한다. 따라서 개별적으로 위젯들을 설치하는 것보다 위젯 모음 공유 기능을 통해 더 빠르게 사용자는 자신의 작업환경을 구축할 수 있다.

블록체인으로 물류부문에서의 플랫폼을 구죽하고 이를 통해 국내외 유관기관 사용자들을 연동하여 정보를 안전하게 공유하고 물류부문에서의 생산성을 도모하고자 하는 노력이 국내외에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 관세청의 통관물류 블록체인 플랫폼구축, 삼성 SDS의 젤로에서 딜리버로 이어지는 물류플랫폼 구축, 케이엘넷의 블록체인형 물류입줄항관리 이외에 다양한 프로젝트들이 있다. 해외에서는 머스크와 아이비엠의 블록체인형 글로벌 물류플랫폼인 TRADELENS 프로젝트, 전세계 항만네트워크사업자들의 모임인 IPCSA 에서 추진하는 블록체인형 전자선하증권등을 들 수 있다. 하지만 물류라는 것이 관련 기관들이 워낙 다양하고 이용되고 있는 서류들이 많아서 쉽게 블록체인으로 플랫폼이 구현되기는 어려울 수 있다. 물류부분의 플랫폼은 기술의 문제라기 보다는 업무 처리 및 이해당사자들의 문서호환 및 정보 공유 또는 보호의 문제이기 때문이다. 새로운 기술로 거론되고 있는 블록체인을 효과적으로 잘 이해하고 우리의 물류부문의 경쟁력을 제고시키는 위해서는 블록체인 플랫폼구축에 대해 보다 바른 방법으로의 접근과 시스템구현이 무엇보다 절실하다 이에 국내외 블록체인 플랫폼 구현현황을 살펴보고 이에 대한 문제점 및 대 응방안을 모색하며 미래의 바람직한 플랫폼 구현방안을 제시하고자 한다.

This study analyzed global Knowledge Sharing Platforms and collected stakeholder's suggestions to develop the "Korea-ASEAN Wetland Knowledge Sharing Platform (KSP)." As a result of the analysis, ① financial support and ② knowledge outcomes are essential to maintain the KSP and conduct the platform sustainably. Stakeholder suggest three significant projects (① comparative analysis of the inventory of wetlands in the Korea-ASEAN region, ② knowledge gap analysis in wetland research trends, and ③ establishing a web infrastructure for wetlands information sharing). The "Korea-ASEAN Wetland KSP" defined to be consistent with the international conventions (e.g., Ramsar Convention, Convention on Biological Diversity) goals by comprehensively considering the literature analysis and stakeholder suggestions. Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES) selected as the fundamental model of the KSP. As with IPBES, knowledge management and assessment, capacity building, policy support, communication and participation adopted as the platform's core objectives. The KSP will be able to share knowledge related to the same type of wetland ecosystem within the Korea-ASEAN region and provide necessary information for establishing science-based policies.

본 연구는 현재 중국인들이 자동차 공유 플랫폼에 있어서 사용하고자 하는 의도에 영향을 주는 요인이 무엇인지를 알아보고자 한다. 그 전에 오늘날 공유경제와 자동차공유경제에 대한 전반적인 상황을 알아보고 중국시장에서의 공유경제와 자동차공유경제에 대해 파악하기 위하여 디디추싱 회사와 관련한 데이터를 웹으로부터 수집하여 진행하고자 한다. 또한 수집된 데이터를 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 분석하고 이를 통해 발견된 결과는 추후 차량 공유 서비스를 촉진하기 위한 개선 방안을 개발하는 데 전략적 함의를 제공 할 수 있다.

모바일 환경이 발전하고 보편화됨에 따라 사용자의 상황정보를 인식하고 추론하여 서비스를 제공하는 상황인식 서비스에 대해 관심이 높아지고 있다. 상황인식 서비스는 사용자 및 주변 환경의 상황을 알아내고 공유하여 그에 맞는 서비스를 제공한다. 이를 위한 상황정보는 사용자의 요구와 주변 상황이 수시로 변화하는 이동통신 환경에서 중요하게 활용된다. 본 논문에서는 컨텍스트의 수집과 공유를 위해 안드로이드 기반의 컨텍스트폰 플랫폼과 컨텍스트 서버를 구현하여 사용자 상황 정보를 시각화 하고 서로 공유할 수 있게 하였다. 상황인식에 대한 연구에는 주로 위치 및 이동에 관한 연구가 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는데, 위치정보는 상황인식을 위해 반드시 필요한 정보이며 이를 통해 사용자의 현재 상황을 파악할 수 있는 중요한 정보로 활용되고 있다. 안드로이드 기반의 컨텍스트폰 플랫폼과 컨텍스트 서버, GPS를 이용하여 사용자의 위치를 추적하거나 찾아내어 실시간으로 상대방의 위치 정보와 사용자 간의 거리를 알아내어 공유하고 맵을 통해 사용자 위치를 파악하여 위치와 관련된 서비스를 제공하려 한다.

The restricted network or the unbalanced distribution of spectrum is causing the problems of lack of spectrum resources and deterioration of the service quality. In addition, the existing centralized radio sharing method has not been a fundamental solution for radio sharing and is inefficient in terms of cost, convenience, and security. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based spectrum sharing as a low-cost, trustworthy, high-efficiency platform that can distribute and share spectrum resources, and propose policies to realize this. In the spectrum sharing platform, spectrum information about Wi-Fi AP and LTE mobile hotspot is registered in the blockchain, and spectrum sharers and users can conclude peer-to-peer spectrum sharing contract quickly and efficiently through smart contract. The pay for the shared spectrum resources and reward for spectrum quality management open platform ecosystem to activate the circulation-sharing and it can provide a convenient and efficient public wireless infrastructure.

본 논문에서는 안드로이드 플랫폼 기반의 사용자 버킷리스트를 등록하고 다른 사용자들과 공유할 수 있는 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 어플리케이션은 사용자 정보와 사용자 버킷리스트를 SQLite 데이터 베이스에 저장하고, 버킷리스트 등록 시 업로드 하는 이미지 파일은 FireBase에 별도로 저장한다. 그리고 지오코더를 이용하여 버킷리스트 장소 이름 혹은 주소에 해당하는 위도와 경도를 데이터베이스에 저장하고 다음 지도에 마커로 표시한다. 또한 카카오톡으로 지인들과 공유하며 버킷리스트를 실천할 장소를 다른 사용자들과 공유하도록 서비스 한다.
