본고는 개입 게임(Intervention Game)을 이용한 효율적인 자원공유 방법에 대해 알아본다. 무선통신과 같이 제한된 무선자원을 효과적으로 사용하기 위한 자원공유 방법으로 개입 게임을 이용할 수 있으며, 개입 장치에 의해 자원공유가 조절된다. 개입 장치는 사용자의 행동을 관찰하여 행동에 따른 처벌을 제공하는 장치로 모니터링 능력과 사용자들의 행동에 개입 할 수 있는 개입 능력으로 특정지을 수 있다. 개입 장치가 모니터링 할 수 있는 정보량과 개입량에 따라 다양한 개입 게임이 존재할 수 있으며, 개입 게임을 통해 시스템 관점에서 이상적인 자원공유를 이룰 수 있다. 본고에서는 개입 게임에 대해 알아보고, 기존의 접근 방법과의 차이점에 대해 알아본다. 또한, 개입게임을 모델링하고, 개입 게임을 사용한 간단한 통신 시나리오를 소개한다.

Academic libraries presently are confronting the issues of organizational viability and relevance. Academic libraries are not the sole owners of the information gateway. The purpose of this study is modeling of university library's information service for effective implication of its role in order to ensure organizational viability and relevance in internet environment. New information service model of university library needs to be design according to four Principles. Firstly, building of web based library petals. Secondly, provision of web front-end with hybrid functions. Thirdly, provision of information literacy program Fourthly, extension resource sharing.

The escalating demand for organized information resource management within organizations necessitates increased investment in information security (IS), as a single error can lead to information exposure incidents, underscoring the importance of IS compliance by insiders. The research aims to elevate IS compliance within the organization by examining the influence of the shared goal of information security policy (ISP), perceived ISP value and individual's fits on an insider's intention to comply with the ISP. Antecedent research in organizational behavior and IS led to a proposed hypothesis, tested using 366 obtained samples. The ISP shared goal's positive influence on ISP compliance intentions was evident from the test results, primarily through the perceived ISP value. Furthermore, the person-organization and demand-ability fit moderated the antecedent factors associated with ISP compliance intentions. Our findings suggest the methods for sustaining organizational IS levels by examining the requisite conditions from the viewpoints of the organizational environment, ISP values, and fits.

개인 정보 네트워크는 근거리 무선 통신을 기반으로 구성된 디바이스간 정보 공유 및 무선인터넷의 확장으로 디지털 컨텐츠 교환의 활성화가 예상되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 및 휴대용 디바이스의 한계적 계산 능력과 불안정한 대역폭 및 기존 네트워크 환경과의 확장을 고려한 표준화 논의 내용을 기반으로 DRM 관련 권한 정보 공유를 위한 개인 정보 네트워크 내의 동적 디바이스 관리 기법을 제안하였다. 제안한 기법은 개인 정보 네트워크를 구성하는 사용자 디바이스의 성능을 고려하여 Proxy를 통한 Store/ Forward 서비스 구조를 기반으로 기존 유무선 네트워크의 컨텐츠 제공자 및 권한 제공자와의 서비스를 수행하도록 하였으며, Proxy에 그룹 키 관리 기능을 구성하여 개인 정보네트워크 내의 권한 정보 공유를 위한 디바이스의 참가 및 탈퇴를 관리하도록 하였다.

분산공유메모리의 성능향상을 위한 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 홈 기반의 프로토콜은 분산 공유메모리의 가장 큰 성능 저하 요인인 외부통신비용을 획기적으로 줄임으로써 어느 정도의 괄목할 만한 결과를 보여 주고 있다. 본 논문은 홈기반 프로토콜의 적은 통신량과 신속한 자료의 저장 및 삭제능력에 기반한 결함 허용 시스템을 제안하며, 이러한 구현이 전체 시스템에 어느 정도의 영향을 미치는지 실험한다.

본 논문에서는 모바일폰을 통한 시맨틱 검색 및 개인 기호정보를 사용한 검색 결과의 필터링이 가능한 시스템을 제안 하고자 한다. 시스템에서는 모바일 컨텐츠와 웹 컨텐츠의 검색 연동, 사용자 기호정보의 유 무선 장치의 공유 및 유 무선 장치간 검색 결과의 공유를 지원한다. 모바일폰의 컴퓨팅 능력을 고려해 모바일폰에는 사용자 인터페이스만을 유지 하도록 한다. 모바일폰을 통한 시맨틱 검색을 지원하기 위해 시스템은 실험적으로 뉴스 도메인에 국한된 카테고리에 대한 분류 체계 온톨로지를 구축하며, 각 카테고리간 관계를 설정 한다. 또한, 개인 기호정보를 통한 검색 결과의 필터링을 위해 사용자 기호정보를 XML 형태의 벡터 모델로 유지하며, 이는 서버의 데이터베이스에 각 사용자 계정으로 저장하고 공유한다. 모바일폰의 여러 단점을 극복하고 장점을 극대화 하기 위해 검색 결과를 서버에 저장하고 이를 유 무선 장치간 상호 공유 할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서는 시스템의 아키텍처와 구성 및 주요 기능에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

컴퓨터 보급률이 크게 향상됨에 따라 정보의 공유나 교환이 매우 쉬운 웹의 특성을 이용하여 초등학생들도 학습문제를 해결하는데 컴퓨터를 많이 활용하고 있다. 그러나, 게임과 채팅 등 오락 중심의 주된 사용은 컴퓨터를 올바르게 사용하고 있는지에 의문을 갖게 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학업성취도가 낮은 학생들을 대상으로 컴퓨터활용 능력을 증진시키기 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하여, 대상 학습자별로 개별적 주기적으로 시행하였다. 그 후, 컴퓨터활용능력의 향상에 따른 학업성취도의 향상 여부에 대한 영향력을 분석하였다.

This study explored the perception of internet media credibility and influencing factors among college students who are routine users of internet-based media. Media literacy competences are of primary interest among others in that users' media literacy such as information evaluation, critical understanding of media, and information sharing are assumed to be related to media credibility. The results of analysis revealed critical understanding ability to be statistically significant and consistently influencing factor. Users with more critical view on media ownership, represented reality, commercial intention of media seemed less likely to trust internet media. Whereas media use motive for information was found to be a strong predicting factor, motive for pleasure showed no relationship with credibility. Based on the findings, suggestions for new research and limitations of the study were discussed.

It is required that public schools in information society should act as a balancer between the equal educational opportunity and development of the personal capacity. However, public schools have faced a situation to be blamed and praised by social parties concerned from the point of view of educational excellence. The aim of this study is to suggest some conceptual ideas for sharing & delivery system of educational information, which is based on the paradigm of web 2.0 characterized as participation, sharing, and openness. To do it, we analyzed the recent technological trends and took a group discussion with leading teachers in educational information.

지식하부구조는 '능력'의 형태를 띠고 있다. 능력은 기본적으로 지식의 형태로 존재하게 된다. 그러나 이 지식은 기초연구 또는 교과서나 설계도와 같은 형식화된 지식만을 지칭하는 것이 아니라 공식언어로는 제대로 표현되지 않는 암묵적인 지식(tacit knowledge)까지 포괄하고 있다. 암묵적인 지식은 일반적으로 기업 특수적 성격을 지니고 있거나 산업 특수적인 성격을 지니고 있다. 암묵적인 지식은 공동의 경험을 지닌 사람들이나 조직들 사이에 공유되는 지식이기 때문이다. 이러한 측면에서 보았을 때, 능력으로서 존재하는 지식하부구조는 특정 산업이나 영역에서 국지성을 지니고 있다고 파악된다.
