  • Our country has made every efforts to develop Real Estate Transaction culture with emphasis on Licensed Realtors by introducing Real Estate Transaction Law in 1983. Also, MOLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) designated several organizations including KAR(Korea Association of Realtors) as Real Estate Transaction Information Network Licensees for data credibility enhancement and transaction transparency. Nevertheless, the level of law abiding spirit and transaction culture are still similar to those of the old 'Bokdeokbang' era. The under-developed transaction behaviors prevent the social capital of people's credibility on Licensed Realtors from advancing, and results in the outcomes of unnecessary social cost. That is, very low credibility on the data on Sales Items in the market and the fear of speculative real estate price uprise and market distortions are continuing on. In this context, the purpose of this study is to propose the model of GIS-based Modernized Real Estate Transaction System and its execution policies to support credible Real Estate Information to the general public for efficient transactions in the market. Accordingly, the study aims at contributing to the modernization of Real Estate Transactions, fostering competitiveness of Realtors in the Real Estate Market.

  • In this paper, on-demand service streaming protocol for user-created contents in digital cable broadcasting environment is considered. In order to provide variety media contents service like UCC in digital cable broadcasting environment, the same service model as RVOD(Real Video on Demand) is required and the different interface for each broadcasting platform is needed in a current OCAP environment. Using return path based RTP, we separate existing VOD stream band into broadcasting and VOD stream band. In order to broaden On-demand service, consistent expansion of the infrastructure same as live broadcasting system is inefficient in the digital cable broadcasting environment. Using existing network protocol, the service which is insensitive to the infrastructure for VOD service becomes possible. Therefore we considered the analysis of the class of download available structure in the Set-Top-Box for RTP(Real-time Transport Protocol) and designing the decoding available streaming server for UCC transcoding and transmission in the receiver. Designing a efficient VOD service and system under the broadcasting environment gives a expansion of On-Demand service and more chance to upload and utilization of contents.

  • 13-week orally repeated dose toxicity was investigated to ascertain the toxic effects of Aristolochiae radix in F344 rats at dose levels of 0, 1 (0.003 AA, aristolochic acid, mg/kg), 5 (0.014 AA mg/kg), 25 (0.068 AA mg/kg), 125 (0.34 AA mg/kg), and 500mg/kg (AA 1.36 mg/kg). No mortalities were found in any of the dose groups including vehicle control groups of both sexes during the study period. Hematologic and serum biochemical examinations revealed no changes related to the test item in any of the dose groups of both sexes. However, gross findings at necropsy implicated thickening of the stomach wall. In histopathological examinations, prominent findings related to the test item treatment were observed in the stomach and urinary bladder. There were squamous cell papilloma, squamous cell hyperplasia, ulceration and erosion observed in the non-glandular stomach. Squamouse cell hyperplasia was observed at dose levels of more than 125 mg/kg in both sexes and squamous cell papilloma was observed at dose level of 500 mg/kg in both sexes. The incidence and severity of these proliferating lesions including squamous cell hyperplasia and squamous cell papilloma increased with dose dependency. Transitional cell hyperplasia was also observed in the urinary bladder at dose levels of more than 25 mg/kg in both sexes and the incidence and severity of the lesion increased with dose dependency. In conclusion, the toxic changes related to the test item treatment were observed in the stomach and urinary bladder, and the no-observed-adverse-effect level (NOAEL) was estimated to be 5 mg/kg/day for both males and females in F344 rats.

  • In order to investigate the effect of two type of ceramic film(15% SiO$_2$ incorporated LDPE, 10% zeolite incorporated LDPE), perforated film and LDPE film on freshness of shiitake mushroom, weight loss, surface color and marketability of mushroom were measured during MA storage at 5 $\^{C}$ and 20$\^{C}$. The effect of packaging films on weight loss and marketability index of shiitake mushroom at 20$\^{C}$ was negligible due to its rapid physiological changes. However, the effect of packaging films on surface color of shiitake mushroom was significant at 20$\^{C}$ storage, but not at 5$\^{C}$ storage. During MA storage of shiitake mushroon, discoloration were reduced effectively by ceramic films and weight loss were by LDPE film, but they had little difference between packaging 51ms. However, there were significant differences among the packaging films in marketability of mushroom induced by water vapor inside package and accelerate its spoilage and browning. Ceramic film(15% SiO$_2$ incorporated LDPE) showed best result to maintain marketability of shiitake mushroom and zeolite incorporated film, perforated film, LDPE film in order.

  • To enhance the commercialization of fresh cut kimchi cabbage, the short-term storage effect of cut kimchi cabbage treated with $Ca^{2+}$ was studied. Cut kimchi cabbages ($3{\times}3$ cm) were treated with 2% calcium chloride (Ca), ascorbic acid (As), citric acid (Ct), and calcium chloride and citric acid (Ca/Ct), were put inside LDPE bags, and stored at $5^{\circ}C$ for 6 weeks. The weights reduced about 0.13~0.72%, and the ratio was the lowest in the Ca/Ct treatment. The reduction ratios of soluble soilds were 18.85~35.00%, and were the lowest in the Ca/Ct treatment. The titratable acidity decreased in all the treatments. The L values decreased, but a and b values of Hunter colorimeter increased in all the treatments. The preference for Ca/Ct treatment was the highest among all the treatments in the sensory evaluation. The marketing shelf-life of cut kimchi cabbage can be prolonged by the combination treatment of $Ca^{2+}$ and citric acid.

  • In this research, we describe the method of implementing a 360-degree panorama using one projector, in terms of hardware and in the production of projected pre-distortion images. We propose a method of installing a projector and a reflector on the central ceiling of the space to minimize the shadows generated based on the position of the spectators. We used a virtual camera and virtual space where the projector and hemisphere positions were set to the same as in the exhibition space in Unity. After the image projected on the screen was mapped on the wall of the virtual space, the pre-distortion image was created by the method of capturing from the virtual camera using the ray tracing technique. When the produced pre-distortion image is hemispherical reflected and projected by the projector installed at the same position as the virtual camera, the image is reflected and projected 360 degrees on the panoramic screen.

  • The use of alginate impression materials today is prevalent because of its efficiency and simplicity in clinical settings. Unfortunately, the simplicity of the procedure tends to lull the dentist into a sense of well-being, and lead him into using careless or sloppy technique. Alginate impression materials are used to fabricate diagnostic and preliminary casts, and the final cast. Incorrect use of this material is known to affect the accuracy of the final prosthesis. The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of different mixing methods of alginate impression material and tray adhesive on the accuracy of the stone cast produced by each method. A total of 30 stone casts were produced by using 3 different types of mixing methods (10 stone cast for each mixing method, respectively). The first method utilized an automatic-mixing machine to mix alginate while the second method was carried out manually, strictly following manufacturer's instructions. The third method also involved manual mixing, but did not follow the manufacturer's instructions and was done in a random fashion. Also, 20 additional stone casts were produced by using alginate with or without tray adhesives were included in the study to evaluate effects of tray adhesives on the accuracy of alginate impression. 10 stone casts were produced by adding tray adhesives to the interior surface of the impression tray prior to taking the impression. The other 10 excluded this step. A total of 50 stone casts were analyzed by the three-dimensional measuring machine to measure and compare the dimensional changes of the impression material of each group. The results are as follows. 1. No significant difference was found between the automatic mixing group and the manually-mixing group(p>0.05). 2. For the group that followed manufacturer's instructions, less dimensional changes were record ed than the group that didn't in measuring distanced 4(p<0.05). 3. The group that used tray adhesives showed less dimensional changes(p<0.05). The findings revealed that mechanical methods of mixing alginate impression materials had little influence on dimensional changes. However, it is proven that following manufacturers instructions in alginate impression taking is an important step in acquiring accurate impressions and tray adhesives may play an important role in enhancing the results.

  • In this study, each top-down load test and bi-directional load test has been performed on the 480mm diameter of two rock socketed drilled shafts, which are located next to each other, and the results have been compared. The result shows that the settlement from the equivalent load-settlement curve of bi-directional load test is smaller than one from top-down load test, because elastic is not considered in equivalent load-settlement curve of bi-directional load test. Therefore elastic shortening should be considered to obtain appropriate equivalent load-settlement curve. Three existing methods used to obtain equivalent load-settlement curve with consideration of elastic shortening has been compared with the result of top-down load test. The result shows that those existing methods are sufficiently applicable to the design. In addition, result of comparison between top-down load test and bi-directional load test shows that bi-directional load test was found to overestimate bearing capacity because it does not consider pile body failure.
