게임산업의 급속한 발전과 더불어 대중적, 상업적, 인기 게임에 대한 저작권, 표절, 복제에 대한 논란이 많이 나타나고 있으나 게임에 대한 저작권, 표절, 복제도 산출, 유사도, 가치 평가에 대한 연구는 미비한 상태이며 유사도, 복제도 산출에 있어서 정량적인 산출 기법에 대한 연구는 전무한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 게임 컨텐츠의 저작권, 프로그램보호권, 컴퓨터 게임과 영상 저작물의 관계를 고찰해 보았으며 이를 근거로 게임의 게임 저작권 설정에 대한 기초 자료를 제시하였다. 게임의 복제, 표절, 저작권 논란에 대하여 그동안 주관적이고 정성적인 형태로 표현된 유사도를 게임 특징벡터 추출 기법을 이용하여 객관적이고 정량적인 유사도 산출 방법을 제안하였다. 제안 방법은 게임 분류기법에서 특징 벡터를 추출하여 이를 근거로 원본 게임과 유사한 게임간의 특징 벡터를 비교하여 정량적인 유사도를 산출하였으며 실험 결과를 통하여 제안한 방법이 유사게임간의 그룹화, 정량적 유사도 산출의 가능성을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to estimate the trend of ecosystem water quality regulating services in Odaesan National park of the last five years and the corresponding economic values. Recently the climate change makes increased the value of the water, it is more important to protect the source of the riverthan to purify the contaminated water. To evaluate the water quality regulating services, we calculated the difference between purification and pollution from national park and estimated the quantitative value of the water quality regulating services. As a results, the amount of the value of the water quality regulating services from 2017 to 2021 was increased from approximately BOD 128.21 kg/Day, T-P 12.11 kg/Day to BOD 161.38 kg/Day, T-P 13.24 kg/Day and the economic value also increased from 2,304 million won to 2,817 million won.

The purpose of this study was to investigate perception of media characteristics inorder to provide a theoretical background for the media mix strategy. Considering the qualitative-vale of each medium, this study conducted a survey consisting of 60 academic and advertising industry experts to examine how they perceive and evaluate the characteristics of TV, radio, newspaper, OOH, Internet, mobile, and digital signage in terms of media effectiveness. The results, first, show that 'media engagement', 'effective reach', and 'behavioral targeting' are three most important indices to assess the media effectiveness. Second, the Internet was best evaluated in its various aspects according to the MAIX model, which gauges the effectiveness of each advertising medium. The study also proved that each advertising medium has unique advantages so that each medium should adopt a strategic positioning to differentiate it from other media. As such, this study provides meaningful evidences to understand the various characteristics and competitive value of advertising media and useful guidelines for media planning.

Large scale composition facility gives in commerce and space structure effect. therefore, this study will estimating locational value of the commercial facilities by separating space analyze to the topological property, predict a pattern and distribution of passenger's routes through the space syntax on the basis of analysis about the topological property which quantitatively using a estimating tool. Moreover, this study should suggest some of present issues at the aspects of inside city plan and design fitting the internalization of street for propelling efficient the locational strategy.

This study tried to estimate the environmental value of Youngsan river estuary as there are conflicts on the management policy about Youngsan river estuary. For estimating the detailed functional values of Youngsan river estuary, this study used the contingent valuation method with multi attribute utility theory for. In addition, the survey was separately practiced to on-site and off-site. According to estimating results, the annual value of Youngsan river estuary is about 27.4 billion Korean won. The results of this study are expected to contribute to determine the appropriate level of investment and management policies with regard to the estuary and to provide methodological guidelines for follow-up study.

It is easy for first movers of platform business model to monopolize the market due to the platform's own characteristics such as network effect and flywheel strategy. Accordingly, the regulations on platform operators are constantly being discussed in the recent monopoly regulation arguments, but the concrete regulations have not been settled worldwide. This is because there is no clear consensus on the valuation method which can objectively identify dominant platform firms from the others. This study suggested a platform valuation method based on the Tobin's Q theory, by measuring the moderating effect of the existence of specific scale of platform on the relationship between replacement cost and market valuation. Our method can not only be a standard for settling monopoly regulation by converging the regulation targets, but also contribute to active investment on the new platform firms by evaluating their potential growths quantitatively.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect EVE about culture & art education and social tendencies have on adult educatees eliminating controlled mechanisms. Quantitative research on those in their 40s and 50s was executed. The results show that there is a high correlation between GEVE and individualism, REVE and collectivism. GEVE has a higher influence on actualization of self-efficiency, FEVE on reignition of retained desires, REVE on substantialization of non-isolation, individualism on actualization of self-efficiency, and collectivism on substantialization of non-isolation. This research evokes the importance of an interdisciplinary and integrated understanding of EVE in culture & art education, educatees' social tendencies, and their psychological mechanisms. Also, it suggests the necessity of following research and practical adaptation related to developing programs, securing quantitative and qualitative appropriateness reflecting social requirements, and operation, evaluation, and management considering reciprocality.

본 연구는 스타트업 투자성과와 연계된 창업가 역량, 재무정보 등 정량데이터를 기반으로 스타트업 투자자들의 투자결정요인을 분석하였다. 주요 실증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업 초기 종업원 수가 많고, 최고경영자의 지분비율이 높을수록 투자승인 확률이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 재무적 특성에서는 기업의 매출액 규모가 작을수록 투자승인 확률이 높게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 스타트업의 경우, 기업의 단기성과보다는 투자 결정에 있어 미래가치 혹은 다른 정성적인 요인이 더 고려된다는 점을 보여준다. 셋째, 창업가 특성에서는 CEO 교육수준(학력)이 높을수록 투자승인 확률이 높게 나타났다. 즉, 창업자의 학력은 성공적인 투자 여부에 핵심적인 변수이고 이것은 선행연구의 결과와 다르지 않았다. 또한, 학력과 투자유치의 연관성은 창업 3년 미만 스타트업에서 상대적으로 강하게 나타났다. 선행연구에서 투자정보공개, 관련 데이터 확보의 어려움으로 스타트업 투자에 관한 정량적 실증연구가 거의 진행되지 못한 점을 고려한다면, 본 연구는 설문조사 방식을 뛰어넘어 국내 초기 창업기업만을 대상으로 성공적인 투자유치와 연계된 스타트업의 평가요인을 정량적으로 분석했다는 점에서 중요한 의의를 갖는다.

This research is to offer a structured yet practical ex-ante evaluation methodology for IT investment. Benchmarking the best practices of four Korean organizations, we try to integrate core processes, relevant measures, and evaluation dimensions into a consistent and wholesome body of evaluating methodology. The best practices we considered encompass a wide range of business enterprises, including for-profit, non-profit, service-oriented, and manufacturing entities. The proposed methodology consists of three stages; the first stage checks the validity of investments by looking into comprehensiveness of planning, willingness to accomplish, justifiable grounds for the investments, overlapping investments, and obstructing risks; the second do so by putting an IT investment into economic, strategic, and technological perspectives; and the last third would produce a unified quantity that summarizes outcome of the previous stages. Incorporating the proven knowledge, guidelines, and quantifying tools, the methodology could make a valuable reference model for IT evaluation practitioners who have been bedeviled by having to going through such ex-ante evaluations.

This research examines a number of theoretical and practical issues when measuring the economic value of library services. In particular, using two recent studies conducted in Korea as illustrations, the study shows how various measurement decisions affect the final outcomes in the economic valuation of library services and thus points to the need for a more reliable study design. Specific areas of measurement discussed include the following: scope of measurement, application of CVM(Contingent Valuation Method), time vs. monetary value measurement, dealing with outliers, allowing alternatives, and the use of estimation. ROI(Return on Investment) scores or benefit cost ratios vary significantly according to different measurement choices even in the same study. There is a need for collecting qualitative data that complements the quantitative data typically collected in economic valuation studies. The outcome of economic valuation of library services should be considered as one of many representations of library values. Practitioners and researchers should exercise caution in interpreting those results but be able to leverage them to better communicate the value of library services.
