The purpose of this study was to conduct the mobile OK test which means the web accessibility evaluation tool and to evaluate the public libraries' mobile web services. For this purpose, 81 public libraries were tested and analysed in Mobile Web Best Practices presented by W3C. The results of this study indicate the following several strategies: Support by local governments and provincial education offices, Design mobile web services corresponding with web standards, Removal of harmful elements in the web design process, Making simple mobile web documents, A merger of individual files. The findings of this study expect to expand and improve the public library mobile web services for future.

전도성 고분자(conductive polymer)는 범용 고분자에 비해 우수한 전기적 특성을 지니는 반면, 가공이 난이하다는 단점을 가진다. 이러한 전도성 고분자의 최대 단점인 가공성의 개선을 위한 방법으로는 새로운 전도성 고분자를 합성해 내거나 화학적 개질인 공중합(copolymerizaon)이 가능하고, 물리적인 접근법으로 블렌드와 복합재료화가 가능하다. 일반적으로 널리 쓰이는 것은 블렌드와 복합재료화를 통한 물리적 접근법인데 이는 기존의 물성을 그대로 가지면서도 제조가 비교적 용이하기 때문이다. (중략)

The purpose of this study was to propose a policy direction to improve the service of public bicycles in Seoul by identifying the physical characteristics that affect the satisfaction level in the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle use environment. To this end, a survey was conducted on users regarding their experiences using public bicycles in Seoul, and the responses of 567 people were analyzed. IPA analysis and ordinal logistic analysis were used. An analysis of the Seoul Metropolitan Government's public bicycle IPA showed that the satisfaction level was lower than that of importance in all categories. Among them, the most urgent need for improvement was the installation of bicycle roads, improved connectivity of bicycle roads, improved road management, classification of roads and bicycle roads, improved safety during night driving, and low satisfaction levels. Second, an analysis of the factors affecting the satisfaction in the public bicycle use environment showed that the model's explanatory power increased significantly from 0.062 to 0.437 after incorporating perceived variables, confirming that the perceived neighborhood environment characteristics are an important variable for determining the satisfaction level in the public bicycle use environment, among the perceived neighborhood environmental characteristics, accessibility, convenience, manageability.

This article analyzed economic effects of changes in spatial accessibility on regional touruism expenditure structure resulting from highway investments on Gangwon province, Korea. The Seemingly Unrelated Regress(SUR) model is applied to analyze the structure of change in tourism expenditure of Gangwon Province, and the competition and complementary relationship of tourist demand were analyzed among 18 counties in Gangwon by Dendrinos-Sonis method. The spatial accessibility has a significant effect on the increase in amount of tourist expenditure, but by 1% increase in the accessibility resulted in a reduction of length of stay -0.18% and travel costs -0.34% by respectively. The most powerful variable for improving the on-site economy is the tourist service establishment, which increases one unit, the amount of tourist expenditure increased by 3.6%. Moreover, the competition and supplemental relationship of tourism demands in Gangwon was decided by the conditions under which traffic flow with passing occurred, such as inland or ocean-typed travel attractions, adjacent or remote regions to the highway. The limitations of this study were not able to use raw data of tourism expenditures before and after the opening the highway due to the restriction of priority data, and further research on the appropriate level of spatial accessibility for the regional economy is needed.

Owing to recent advanced techniques in information and communication technology(ICT), our daily life has been changing very quickly and our life style has also been affected greatly. In the current knowledge and information society, the disabled can have a right to enjoy benefits of advanced ICT technologies. However, there is a barrier called digital divide so that the disabled have some difficulties to communicate to the world with ICT technologies. In this sense, our job is to close digital divide and let the disabled enjoy benefits of ICT technologies. Recently there have been some research works to close digital divide between the disabled and the non-disabled. Among various attempts to close digital divide, improving web accessibility for the disabled is the biggest concern since web is a still representative tool among ICT tools. The purpose of this paper is to propose some practical guidelines for improving web accessibility for the disabled. The proposed improvement guidelines are developed based on the existing web accessibility guidelines and are upgraded for more adaptable to the disabled. Our principles are based on the following philosophy. First, any input transmission must be more confirmed. Second, prevent any instant request. Third, allow the disabled to record or store the contents if necessary. Fourth, reduce physical movement for the disabled. Fifth, provide more interaction tools for the disabled.

The purpose of this research is to practically figure out the relationship between Natural Forest service quality on user's satisfaction and demand to revisit. The results are as follows: First, the agent service quality, facility, accessibility, and cost as factors of the Natural Forest service quality. These are all influenced positively for visitor's satisfaction by priority of agent service> accessibility> facility> cost. Second, the agent service quality, facility, accessibility are all influenced positively on visitor's demand on revisit by priority of agent service> accessibility> facility. But the cost doesn't make an influence on revisiting. Third, the visitor's satisfaction made it as an influence on revisiting demand positively. These are the results for the research m service quality, user's satisfaction, facility, accessibility, and cost of the 5 Natural Forest over the Kyung-buk Province. We finally figured out the agent service quality is the most important factor to improve the quality of Natural Forest facility. We are sure about the improvement of the agent service quality which will make it successful.

This article analyzes the obtained data on consciousness survey of disabled and non-disabled pedestrians, and proposes fundamental data for public strategy in order to enhance facilities in subway stations in advance. This paper conduct literature review, new listing survey related to 'The Code for Improvement of Convenience for Moving Vulnerable Pedestrians', and Modified-Importance-Performance Analysis (M-IPA). The results show that disabled pedestrians want enhancement in information facilities as a whole. In addition, the results show that several improvements needs to be applied to accessible sidewalk, to informative notification, to alarm and evacuation system and to toilet for disabled pedestrians. This indicates that disabled pedestrians heavily concentrate on accessibility to subway station and provided information compared with disabled pedestrians.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of forest road network on accessibility and cost reduction for forest operations before and after forest road construction by investigating harvesting operations in 5 regional Forest Services (8 management planning districts). The results showed that the accessible operation area within 500 m from forest roads or public roads increased about 3.5 times after the forest road construction. The average cost reduction was 308,000 won/km/year. According to the results, forest road had a great effect on improvement of accessibility and reduction effect of forest operation cost. Therefore, the policy for expansion of forest road should be continued for preparing of effective harvesting system.

일리노이 공대의 Gaia 프로젝트는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 컨텍스트 정보를 기반으로 사용자를 인증하고 어플리케이션에 대한 사용자의 접근 제어를 하는 Cerberus라는 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 그러나 Cerberus는 사용자의 식별 정보를 통해 접근 제어를 함으로써 생기는 문제점과 어플리케이션이 사용자의 접근 제어에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 Cerberus의 문제점을 개선한 새로운 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이 프레임워크는RBAC(Role Based Access Control) 기반의 접근 제어 정책을 통한 안전성 항상 뿐만 아니라 어플리케이션에 대한 직접적인 접근 제어 봉쇄를 통해 정책 관리에 대한 일관성을 제공한다.
