This paper deals with the viewer's recognition of diversity on digital media services. For this reason, the researcher focused on the IPTV user, how the perception of the diversity of the digital media service affected the user's satisfaction. The results are as follows. First, digital media service user recognized that supply side diversity of media channel and VOD affect recognition of accessibility (easy of use) and perceived playfulness. Second user recognized that variety of performers and actors affect recognition of accessibility and perceived playfulness. Moreover, it was found that recognition of accessibility, actor's diversity, perceived playfulness affect use's recognition for media player's contribution of diversity, and media satisfaction. As in this paper, the researcher expects that this kind of methodology for confirming of user's recognition of diversity will contribute to preparing a future media policy.

This study mostly concentrates on the ease of access to the hospital for the physically handicapped and investigated the condition of facilities for disabled of 59 hospitals in Seoul. For investigation, this research developed tool based on Korean disability law. An improvement plan which will deal with the safety and accessibility for the physically handicapped and for patients are as follows. 1) Safe passage should be designed continuously from entrance to the parking lot. 2) Obstacles on the safe passage should be removed and widen the pathways.

As the fintech industry is growing at an incredible rate, mobile phones are positioned as the most important tool for financial transaction. However, with a rising number of malware applications, the types of attack and illegal access to mobile device are becoming more diverse and sophisticated. This paper studies the potential keylogger attack by exploiting the Accessibility Service in Android framework. This type of attack allows the malicious individual to use keylogger on the victim's Android mobile phone to steal passwords during mobile financial transaction regardless of security keypad setting. Lastly the paper proposes solutions to counter these types of attack by verifying the accessibility usage and amending the application guideline for accessibility.

The assistive devices for disabled people are being highlighted even in industrial aspects through the policy and support for disabled people, enactment of regulation for the improvement of accessibility of disabled, technological innovation and product development. Recently, internet access with the sense of touch and hearing and utilizing electronic publishing contents and e-mailing are being convenient through the product of ICT development such as screen reader for visually impaired people, braille display, screen enlarger, text converter and others. Even so, in rapidly changing digital media smart era, the accessibility of visually impaired people is still poor and assistive devices and alternative formats are in need of improvement. Therefore, in aspect of the research and development innovation, this study proposes the implementation directions for improvement of accessibility by analyzing the current situation and structure of alternative formats and assistive devices for visually impaired people. As a result, in the future, various types of digital information are expected to be converted into a customized and realistic forms and distributed through a dedicated disability products or smart devices.

One of the fundamental roles of libraries is to provide users with efficient and easy retrieval of materials. Various discussions have been made at domestic and abroad to improve the accessibility of materials by category, user, and collection, and at the center of this is the issue of improving classification and cataloging systems. However, there are few studies in this area dealing with the data accessibility of the DLS catalog, which is a central tool for accessing domestic school library materials. This study started from the appeal of school library users to the difficulty of searching and accessing books, especially literature. This study is an exploratory study that attempts to derive problems by finding the causes of there difficulties from various aspects. To this study, we surveyed and analyzed the current status of school library collections, the data registration of the school library support system DLS, the subject accessibility of catalog records produced through this, and the recognition and opinions of school library professionals. As a result, school library collections were highly concentrated in the literature field, and it was found that there was not enough catalog bibliographic records to provide efficient access to these collections. In addition, it was found to be somewhat lacking through the DLS search function to compensate for this. Surveys of school librarians and librarians have also identified this problem, and a rich topic index and search keyword assignments have been drawn to the majority of opinions as a way to improve access to materials in school library catalogs. As a continuous discussion on this subject, the plan for improving access to school library materials will be more concrete through future user studies and new challenges for bookshelf classification.

산업의 각 분야에서 사용자에 대한 감성적 접근이 중요시되어 가는 추세 속에서 본 연구는 인터페이스 디자인에 스토리텔링을 적용시킴으로써 사용자들의 감성적 경험에 대한 새로운 개선 방안을 제시하고 검증 하고자 하였다. 80명의 사용자들을 대상으로 연구한 결과 사용자들은 스토리텔링을 적용한 인터페이스에서 더 많은 감성적 경험을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 스토리텔링을 적용한 인터페이스에 대해 더 높은 만족도와 사용 편리성을 표시하였다. 그리고 이러한 결과는 사용자의 감성 강도에 따라 다르게 표현되었는데, 감성 강도가 높은 사용자들은 스토리텔링을 적용한 인터페이스에서 감성 강도가 낮은 사용자들에 비해 더 강한 감성적 경험을 하고 더 높은 수준의 만족도를 표시하는 것으로 나타났다.

최근의 TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access) 알고리즘에 대한 발전 방향을 살펴보면 크게 두 가지로 요약할 수 있다. 먼저, 대용량의 데이터 - 멀티미디어 데이터 등 - 에 대한 활용이 많아짐에 따라 전송할 데이터를 적절하게 Scheduling하여 전송 효율을 증대시키는 접근 방향이 있으며, 또 다른 접근으로는 Time Slot에 대한 재사용성이나 Slot 할당 기법의 개선을 통하여 성능을 향상시키는 방법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 후자에 거론된 Time Slot에 대한 재사용성이나 Slot 할당 기법의 개선 방법 중의 하나인 STDMA(Self-organized TDMA)알고리즘에서, Slot 할당 시의 충돌 회피 방법을 고려하여 기존의 STDMA 알고리즘의 효율을 향상시키고자 한다. 현재 STDMA 알고리즘에서는 가용한 통신 범위 내에서의 Slot에 대한 할당 여부가 알고리즘 내에서 정의되고 있다. 따라서 부가적인 알고리즘의 추가가 없이 Slot할당 상황을 알 수 있으며, 이를 통하여 Slot 할당 단계에서 충돌 회피 방법을 추가하여 Conflict를 회피하도록 할 수 있다.

국내외 해사당국이 추진해온 해양사고 재발방지대책은 선박의 복원성 강화, 선원의 교육 훈련, 해상교통환경 개선 등이 주를 이루었다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 해양사고 통계분석을 바탕으로 선박 선원 교통환경에 대한 기존 정책의 정합성(整合性)을 종합적으로 검토하고 향후 운항자와 항행여건의 관계에 관한 인간공학적 접근이 필요함을 도출하였다. 이를 위해 교통이 밀집한 연안해역에서 인간이 느끼는 주관적 위험도를 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 수치모델의 개발 또는 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

디지털화와 기술의 급격한 발전으로 방송 서비스도 고품질 서비스를 보다 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 진화하고 있다. 이러한 변화하는 방송 환경에서 비장애인 대비 소외계층의 정보 접근성을 높이기 위한 연구에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 연구의 일환으로 UHD 자막 방송 서비스를 개선하기 위한 연구인 '감성표현 자막 서비스 기술' 연구를 진행하였다. 감성표현 자막 서비스 기술은 단순한 텍스트의 전달이 아닌 이미지와 폰트 스타일을 포함한 다양한 시각적 표현을 통해 청각장애인의 방송 내용에 대한 이해도를 향상시키기 위한 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 감성표현 자막 서비스를 소개하고 해당 서비스를 가능하게 하는 관련 기술과 시스템 구현 결과에 대하여 다룬다. 지상파 UHD 방송을 대상으로 개선된 형태의 자막 서비스를 제공하기 위한 핵심 시스템인 감성자막 편집기를 개발하였다. 감성자막 편집기는 화자의 감정 정보 등을 입력, 편집하고 편집된 감성자막을 영상과 싱크를 맞추어 재생하는 기술과 감성자막을 UHD 송출시스템으로 전송하는 시스템이다.

본 논문은 진접선 개통 이후 급증하는 서울 지하철 4호선의 혼잡 문제와 현재 진행 중인 장애인 차별 반대 시위를 다룬다. 네이버의 지도 API를 활용해 위도와 경도 데이터를 추출하고 지하철 노선별 장애인 승객 수와 최대 지연시간을 시각화한다. 2호선과 4호선의 혼잡도가 표시되어 문제의 심각성을 알 수 있다. 평균 출퇴근 시간 탑승 및 하차 수치를 분석하여 4호선 편의시설 개선, 2·4호선 열차 운행 횟수 늘리기, 환승역 운영 최적화 등 전략적 권장 사항을 제시한다. 제안된 대책은 서울시 지하철 시스템의 접근성 향상, 혼잡완화, 전반적인 효율성 제고를 통해 보다 폭넓은 교통시설 개선과 승객 편의 증진에 기여하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.
