The purpose of this research is to practically figure out the relationship between Natural Forest service quality on user's satisfaction and demand to revisit. The results are as follows: First, the agent service quality, facility, accessibility, and cost as factors of the Natural Forest service quality. These are all influenced positively for visitor's satisfaction by priority of agent service> accessibility> facility> cost. Second, the agent service quality, facility, accessibility are all influenced positively on visitor's demand on revisit by priority of agent service> accessibility> facility. But the cost doesn't make an influence on revisiting. Third, the visitor's satisfaction made it as an influence on revisiting demand positively. These are the results for the research m service quality, user's satisfaction, facility, accessibility, and cost of the 5 Natural Forest over the Kyung-buk Province. We finally figured out the agent service quality is the most important factor to improve the quality of Natural Forest facility. We are sure about the improvement of the agent service quality which will make it successful.

A new scheme needed to improve digital information accessibility with overall environment for handicapped persons is introduced in this paper. The improvement effects of digital information accessibility for handicapped persons are expected only when all the necessary hardwares and softwares need to input, process, output of information with social elements are provided all together. There are many previous papers regarded on web accessibility or IT technologies for handicapped persons separately. However, these subjects and computer accessibility are described here as a combined subject, and a new integrated improvement scheme including social factors and technical factors is suggested in this paper.

Walking behaviors are one of the most basic transport modes in daily life. As a result, the efforts and concerns on pedestrians are consistently increased. This study tried to reveal significant factors for pedestrian volumes through structural equation models and compare the impacts of the whole time of day, off-peak time, peak time on the pedestrian volumes. The results of the analysis show that commercial business factors, accessibility factors, walking environment factors are the most significant factors that increase pedestrian volumes. Whereas, housing factors do not contribute to increase the pedestrian volumes. In the non-peak time, the weight of commercial business factors is higher than the whole time of day, while the weight housing factors, accessibility factors, walking environment factors are lower. In the peak time, however, the weight of commercial business factors decreases rather than the whole time of day, while the weight of the other factors increase.

This study using a transaction cost approach perspective, this paper presents a model for understanding shopper's buying behavior. Finally, based on the results of these studies, this paper suggests practical implications to companies establishing their management strategy of the channels. In order to achieve the research purpose, it derived hypotheses from the literature studies and conducted questionnaire survey for the buyer who actually purchased by distribution channels. In this paper, 876 of the samples has been used in practice and with those samples it analyzes its empirical testing through reliability verification, validation, factor analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure analysis.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the determinants of employees' knowledge contribution to 'Easysam', the Defense Knowledge Sharing System(DKSS), and provide managers and system designers with implications for enhancing the usage of the DKSS. Although the system seems to be helpful for employees to conduct their tasks by sharing and applying knowledge from the system, use of the system is confined to restricted employees and little empirical, systematic research has been done for this area. Therefore, using the motivation opportunity ability theory of behavior, this study hypothesizes that motivation factors(enjoy helping, reward confirmation), opportunity factor(system accessibility), and ability factor(self-rated expertise, tenure in the field) increase the level of employees' knowledge contribution to the DKSS. This research also includes hypotheses which address the effect of system use voluntariness, a moderator, on the relationship between predictors described above and knowledge provision. Survey results show that the effect of enjoy helping, reward confirmation, self-rated expertise and system accessibility is significant on employees knowledge provision. However, tenure in the field has no influence on its contribution of knowledge to the system. Theoretical and practical implications are provided.

This paper starts from one question: what are the key factors of the web accessibility policy, which is significant for realizing equity in the web and enhancing human dignity in the information society. To find significant factors for complying with web accessibility, this paper analyzes panel data of 16 Korean local governments (for five years: 2004-2009) according to the research design which is based on the demand and supply balance model and consists of four variables : 'legal and institutional environment (including legal infrastructure)', 'financial foundation (fiscal self-reliance ratio)', 'policy inputs (amount of imformatization budget, employee of information experts)'and 'policy demand (internet usage rate, the number of disabled people and elderly people)'. From the results of this study, this paper can explain the mechanism and impact factors on the web accessibility policy of Korean local governments. Some factors are critical to improve web accessibility: (1) the importance of policy demand, (2) the importance of policy inputs, (3) the importance of legal and institutional environment. Finally, this paper concludes with some suggestions to enhance the web accessibility capacity for Korean local governments: (1) improve awareness on web accessibility, (2) develop a standard and invest R&D on web accessibility, (3) foster experts in web accessibility.

본 연구의 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 암묵적 방법에 의해 도출된 영재성과 명시적 이론간에 차이가 있는가\ulcorner 둘째, 과학 분야와 인문 분야에는 어떤 영재성 요인들이 있는가\ulcorner 셋째, 분야별로 영재성의 요인구조 어떤 차이가 있는가\ulcorner 연구의 방법은 세 단계로 이루어졌다. 연구의 첫 단계는 과학자, 학부모, 교사, 대학생을 대상으로 암묵적 이론 접근으로 영재 의미를 구명하였다. 연구의 두 번째 단계는 자연계 영재 집단 469명, 인문계 영재집단 285명에 대하여, 암묵적 이론 접근에 의해 밝혀진 영재의 특징들은 과학영재와 인문영재를 구분하는 준거가 되는지의 여부를 요인분석(factor analysis)을 통하여 검증하였다. 연구의 세 번째 단계는 검증된 자료를 가지고 인문계 영재 집단과 자연계 영재 집단 간의 영재성 요인 구조상의 차이를 검토하였다.

최근 정보시스템의 개방성과 접근성의 확대는 조직 내 외부로부터 보안위협을 증가시키고 있다. 일반적으로 정보시스템은 패스워드를 이용하여 사용자 인증과 자료의 접근을 제한하고 있으므로 패스워드의 선택은 정보보안에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 적절한 패스워드의 선택은 정보시스템의 오 남용 방지 및 불법적인 사용자의 제한 등의 보안효과를 가져올 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 정보를 보호하기 위한 적절한 패스워드선택을 위한 사용자의 보안행위의도에 미치는 요인을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 정보시스템 사용자의 적절한 패스워드의 선택에 영향을 미치는 핵심적인 요인으로 위험분석 방법론을 토대로 한 위험을 활용한다. 또한 위험을 사용자의 보안의식과 패스워드 관리지침을 패스워드 선택의 태도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 보고, 사용자의 적절한 패스워드의 보안행위의도를 TRA (Theory of Reasoned Action)를 기반으로 모형을 설계하였다. 본 연구를 분석한 결과 정보자산이 위험에 관련성이 없는 반면, 정보자산을 제외한 위협, 취약성, 위험, 사용자의 보안의식, 패스워드 보안상태, 보안행위의도는 요인간에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors Influencing profitability of pension business. for this purpose, the research method include questionnaire survey and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows (1) the factors influencing profitability includes location, operation method, building type, distance, environment, theme in descending order (2) a regression equation to predict profitability is suggested.

This research was intended to investigate the influence of relationship quality by servicescape of Korean restaurants on loyalty targeting Busan city area. For this, a research model was designed and hypotheses were drawn through literature investigation. 300 copies of the questionnaire for a survey were distributed from 6th to 24th of May, 2013, and then 288 copies were adopted for the empirical analysis. As for data processing, the data were analyzed by using SPSS win version 18.0 statistics package program and were verified through frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The result of this empirical study was summarized as follows. First, as a result of verifying the influence of servicescape factors on relationship quality, cleanliness, comfortableness, and accessibility among the servicescape factors had significant effects on commitment among the quality factors. Second, the result from verifying how the servicescape factors affected trust showed that attractiveness, comfortableness, and accessibility had significant effects on trust. Third, commitment and trust among the relationship quality factors were found to have significant effects on loyalty.
