접든성통제는 고속도로에 있어서 교통사고 감소의 가장 효과적인 수단들 중의 하나로 인식되어져왔다. 이러한 접근통제의 새로운 적용으로서 접근성관리는 과도한 투자 없이 일반도로상에서 교통사고를 감소시키는데 활용되고 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 도시간선도로상에 있어서 접근성관리와 교통사고와의 관계를 교통사고비용의 측면에서 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 이 연구는 미국 텍사스주 대도시 지역내 중앙분리간선도로의 교통사고자료를 다중회귀모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 이 연구는 자료분석의 결과 다음과 같은 사실을 발견할 수 있었다. 첫째, 접근성관리는 도시간선도로의 교통사고비용과 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있었다. 둘째, 이러한 접근성관리와 교통사고비용과의 관계는 도로의 교통상황과 도로변 토지이용상태에 따라 다양하게 나타났다. 셋째, 대체로 접근성관리와 관련된 요인이 교통상황 및 토지이용상태에 관련된 요인보다 더 교통사고비용과 밀접한 관계를 보였다. 마지막으로, 교통사고비용을 설명하는데 있어 가장 중용한 접근성 관리 요인은 외부접근로의 간격으로 나타났다.

The purposes of this study is to analysis the differences of the hospital choice factors between first-visit and revisit patients in general hospitals. The samples used for data analysis are 499 outpatients of G, H, S, U hospitals using a standardized questionnaires in 4 provinces. In case of first-visit patients, human, effectiveness and accessibility factors were found to have a significant positive(+) effect on hospital choice factors. In case of revisit patients, human, physical, accessibility, image of hospital and salary factors were found to have a significant positive(+) effect on hospital choice factors. Based on these results, this study suggests implications to improve customer satisfaction, profitability and provide a high-quality medical service by making effectively use of planning strategies of hospital management with a variety of factors.

Public library accessibility directly affects library usage, and the disproportionate distribution of accessibility is a decisive factor limiting the equitable provision of library services. In this regard, this study analyzed the spatial accessibility of public libraries in Busan and identified the factors affecting accessibility of public libraries using spatial regression analysis. As a results of the analysis, the accessibility of public libraries in the Busan showed large deviations by region. Also, spatial distribution of public libraries had no correlation with the settled population and use of public transportation, and location of public libraries was inefficient, in terms of social equity. The results of this study will assist to understand the spatial accessibility of public libraries in Busan, to identify factors that affect the accessibility. Moreover, this study is expected to be utilized as fundamental data for releasing disparities of the spatial accessibility and selecting new location of public library in Busan.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the residential location preference factors by households' characteristics in the case of Daegu Gyeongbuk households. Under this research purpose, firstly, questionnaire survey of Daegu Gyeongbuk was done, and nextly, AHP(Analytic Hierachy Process) with questionnaire survey results was analyzed. The main results of this study are as follows. Firstly, residential location factors most preferred by Daegu Gyeongbuk households is capital gain, followed by living environment, accessibility of public transportation, accessibility of private car traffic and security. Therefore, we can see Daegu Gyeongbuk households prefer investment value and living amenity together as residential location factors. Secondly, according to the results of AHP by age, below 30th prefer accessibility factors, 40th prefer capital gain and school district factors, and above 50th prefer living environment, natural environment and security factors, relatively. Thirdly, according to the results of AHP by household income, low income households prefer living environment and accessibility factors, middle income households prefer capital gain and accessibility factors, and high income households prefer security, accessibility of private car traffic and view/sunlight factors, relatively.

This study analyzes the effects of accessibility, support system, economical efficiency, surrounding environment, business potential, and facility characteristics on customer satisfaction with Knowledge Industrial Center, in line with customer patterns based on the owner-occupied facility/rental facility, and occupancy period. We find that, in the group of customers as a whole, the factors except surrounding environment have statistically significant influences, with accessibility and economical efficiency showing relatively big influences. Across owner-occupied facility group/rental facility group and 3 occupancy period groups, the statistically significant factors differ. Among all groups, including customers as a whole, accessibility has a statistically significant high influence in five groups, but the others factors differs depending on customer characteristic group, showing the different constant between 0.2 0~0.27 of regression coefficient. According to the results of this paper, for more successful operation, Knowledge Industrial Center may focus first on the accessibility, and may focus on the other factors depending upon the various customer characteristic group.

공간서비스 그룹을 구성하는 업체들이 공간이라는 서비스를 제공하면서 사용자의 이용목적과 생애주기에 맞춘 용도로 그 사업모델을 구축하고 있다. 이와 같이 공간대여 서비스는 효율적이고 생산적인 학습효과를 제공하며, 스터디 센터와 스마트 워크에 초점을 많은 업체들이 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 공간대여 서비스와 소비자의 일치성에 관한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 공간대여 서비스에 대한 개념을 분석하여 공간에 대한 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스 내의 시설이 시설 만족도에 미치는 영향과 소비자의 자아이미지 일치성, 기능적 일치성, 가치 일치성이 고객만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하였으며, 마지막으로 시설만족도와 고객만족이 이용공간에 대한 애호도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 공간대여 서비스의 구성요소인 접근성, 내부환경요인, 서비스내의 시설과 시설 만족도와의 인과관계에 대한 실증 연구결과를 요약하면 접근성과 서비스내의 시설은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 내부환경요인은 시설만족도에 유의적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

이 연구는 농협 하나로마트를 표본점포로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 기존의 유통관련 선행연구가 소비자조사를 통한 점포선택이론 중심으로 접근하였다면, 본 연구는 소매공급 측면에서 접근했다는 점과 소매입지모델 뿐만 아니라 소매경영이론 측면에서 내적요인까지 아울러 접근함으로써 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 대한 영향관계를 종합적으로 접근하여 규명하고자 시도하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 갖는다. 본 연구의 접근은 슈퍼마켓 경영에서 환경요인인 외적요인과 역량요인인 내적요인에서 점포성과에 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대되는 다양한 변수들을 선정하고, 이 변수들에 대한 검증을 통해 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 분석의 신뢰도와 설명력을 높이기 위하여 변수별, 요인별 접근을 시도하였으며, 대상점포의 설명력을 높이기 위하여 동업계 편균대비 비교분석과 도시와 농촌간의 입지유형별 특성과 차이점을 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 현실적 측면에서 채용가능한 결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 본 연구가 대형 슈퍼마켓이 향후 유망업태로 주목받고 있는 상황에서 농협 하나로마트를 표본으로 하여 슈퍼마켓의 점포성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 하였으나, 향후 슈퍼마켓의 점포출점, 전략수립, 점포운영 등에서 실질적인 방향성을 제시할 수 있도록 연구가 보강되어야 할 것이며, 나아가 타 업태 및 업종에 일반화될 수 있도록 기대한다.

The aim of this study is to analyse housing satisfaction among residents of different types of public rental housing-permanent, national, and happy housing-following the integration of housing types upon the full-scale supply of integrated public rental housing. By identifying key factors that influence residential satisfaction, our goal is to inform the planning of public rental housing complexes and derive policy implications. The study focuses on analysing discrepancies in residential satisfaction among residents of different types of public rental housing and comparing the factors influencing this satisfaction. Microdata from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport's 'Housing Situation Survey' in 2021 is utilized for analysis, employing one-way ANOVA and binomial logistic regression methods. Empirical analysis reveals variations in residential satisfaction levels between residents of permanent and national rental housing, with national rental housing residents exhibiting higher satisfaction. The influencing factors of overall condition satisfaction are consistent for permanent and national rental residents but differ for happy housing residents. Additionally, the influencing factors of overall residential environmental satisfaction vary across all three housing types. Nonetheless, common factors across all types include housing noise and facility accessibility, highlighting their significance in complex planning. Subsequent studies may involve time series analysis to assess changes in influencing factors over time.

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact on the tourism satisfaction of development approach factors in cultural tourism destination. Based upon the results of empirical analysis, the development approach factors in cultural tourism destination such as tourism convenience, tourism activity, tourism potentiality, tourism resources value have high significant correlation with tourism satisfaction. The priority order sets of the impact on the tourism satisfaction of development approach factors in cultural tourism destination should be related to the tourism benefit, the tourism activity, and the tourism resources value. And they can be used to promote the efficiency of cultural tourism development.
