Bipolar disorder is a psychopathy characterized by manic and major depressive episodes. It is important to determine the degree of depression when treating patients with bipolar disorder because 810% of bipolar patients commit suicide during the periods in which they experience major depressive episodes. The Hamilton depression rating scale is most commonly used to estimate the degree of depression in a patient. This paper proposes using the Hamilton depression rating scale to estimate the effectiveness of patient treatment based on the linear mixed effects model and the transition model. Study subjects were recruited from the Seoul National University Bundang Hospital who scored 8 points or above in the Hamilton depression rating scale on their first medical examination. The linear mixed effects model and the transition model were fitted using the Hamilton depression rating scales measured at the baseline, six month, and twelve month follow-ups. Then, Hamilton depression rating scale at the twenty-four month follow-up was predicted using these models. The prediction models were then evaluated by comparing the observed and predicted Hamilton depression rating scales on the twenty-four month follow-up.
The purpose of our study was to retrospectively evaluate the cause of a decreased calcium score of follow-up studies on coronary artery calcium scores (CACs) computed tomography (CT). The subjects were healthy 100 people(85 males $60.6{\pm}6.9$ years, 15 females $67.2{\pm}7.3$ years). The subjects decreased CACs were divided into 4 subgroups depending on Agatston classification, minimal (1-10), mild (11-100), moderate (101-400), severe (400<). As a result of decreased CACs were scan location disagreement 51%, motion artifact 26%, equipment changes 14%, operator mistakes 5%, input miss 2%, image loss 1%, arrhythmia 1%. In the mild group, the most common decreased CACs were 49 people. In the minimal group, the most significant variation reduction has occurred to 6 people. Scan location disagreement was considered a partial volume effects due to the scan starting position. It showed less than 100 CACs a high variation (19.7%) in more than 100 CACs, a lower variation (2.2%), these could be seen that the variation range is different that can be tolerated according to the calcification score. Motion artifact factor was found in 26%, which is so closely related to the preceding tests that affect the higher heart rate like this pulmonary function test, exercise stress test.

The new town was assumed that there is a difference between the country's elementary school environment. First, given the important elements of the school safety plan in order to verify this, and we plan to set up each of these elements by safety criteria. In the second chapter in order to achieve the objective of this study was to develop indicators to evaluate the safety of the school environment influences the safety of the school environment through the theoretical consideration. In Chapter 3, the difference in safety through the new elementary school survey of metropolitan areas was given a score per item per item depending on the evaluation criteria. The fourth section is the difference between safety school environment can be summarized as the following analytical results that the difference between the new city. The results of this study as follows: First, the characteristics of the elementary school environment showed a significant difference between the new town. Second, school location, terrain characteristics, bike paths and pedestrian to the installation, the safety of landscape installations, installing median barriers, traffic safety facilities, speed bumps, separation of pedestrian and vehicle circulation in the front door, scores of elements of the plan such as parking scheme there is a difference between the new town. Third, the introduction of elements of the plan such as Traffic calming or Traffic Island installation techniques was found lacking.
Purpose: This study was done to provide basic data for developing nursing interventions to enhance quality of life of pediatric patients with cancer (children and adolescents) by examining the quality of life and related factors. Data were taken from the dairy herd improve- ment program from the year 2000, composed of 10,929 first lactation cows consisting of 290,144 test-day records and 37,723 udder type records. The objective of the study was to estimate genetic and phenotypic correlation between fore udder attachment, rear udder height, rear udder width, udder cleft, udder depth, and somatic cell score (SCS) and to calculate heritability of udder depth, front teat length and SCS in Holstein cattle in Korea. The variance component estima- tion using test day model was determined by a derivative-free algorithm-restricted maximum likeli- hood(DF-REML) analysis method. Generally phenotypic correlations were very low between udder traits and lactation SCS which varied from -0.03 to -0.06. Heritability of all type traits and SCS was smaller than 0.12. The results of this study would be applicable to SCS using linear genetic evaluation for future studies.
Although various models have been developed to establish the enterprise credit scoring, no model has utilized the enterprise human resource so far. The purpose of this study was to build an enterprise credit scoring model using enterprise human resource factors. The data to measure the enterprise credit score were made by the first-year research material of HCCP was used to investigate the enterprise human resource and 2004 Credit Rating Score generated from KIS-Credit Scoring Model. The independent variables were chosen among questionnaires of HCCP based on Mclagan(1989)'s HR wheel model, and the credit score of Korean Information Service was used for the dependent variables. The statistical method used for data analysis was logistic regression. As a result of constructing a model, 22 variables were selected. To see these specifically by each large area, 6 variables in human resource development(HRD) area, 15 in human resource management(HRM) area, and 1 in the other area were chosen. As a consequence of 10 fold cross validation, misclassification rate and G-mean were 30.81 and 68.27 respectively. Decile having the highest response rate was bigger than the one having the lowest response rate by 6.08 times, and had a tendency to decrease. Therefore, the result of study showed that the proposed model was appropriate to measure enterprise credit score using enterprise human resource variables.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the differences of the mathematics anxiety and mathematical achievement of high school students according to math socialization, and to find out which mathematics anxiety causes have more influence on mathematical achievement and how much it is. For this purposes, the problem of this study as follows: firstly, are there any relationship among mathematical grades, mathematics anxiety, interest and math socialization? secondly, are there any math socialization mathematics predict to mathematical grades, mathematics anxiety, interest? lastly, are there any differences in the mathematical grades, mathematics anxiety, interest according to math socialization level? The subjects of this study consist of 479 students selected for a class of unit, in high schools located in Seoul and metropolitan area, Korea. In this study, for students math socialization, Jung(2002)'s scale was used. Mathematical anxiety & interest, Huh(1996)'s Mathematics Anxiety Scale was used. The collected data were analyzed by using the 24.0 SPSS program. The data were also tested by using the t-test, pearson correlation and multiple regression. The major results of this study were as follows: firstly, math socialization, mathematics anxiety, interest and mathematical grades have significantly related each other, secondly, the multiple regression analyses demonstrated that sub factors of math socialization were the significant predictors of mathematical grades, mathematics anxiety and interest, lastly, mathematics grades, and mathematical anxiety and interest have significant differences depending on math socialization.

Objectives: This research aimed to identify the level of perception, knowledge, preventive behavior, and factors affecting preventive behavior of patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease against particulate matter. Methods: This research was a descriptive survey research, and the subjects were chronic pulmonary disease patients over the age of 19 and under 80 who visited a university hospital in Daegu City. Data was collected by convenience sampling through structured self-administered questionnaire survey from December 2019 to January 2020, and a total of 212 copies were used for analysis. Results: Out of 212 total subjects, 112 were asthma patients (52.8%) and 100 were chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients (47.2%). The average score (out of 10) of perception, knowledge and preventive behavior of patients with asthma for particulate matter was 7.92, 6.99, and 7.10, respectively, while those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease scored 7.72, 6.24, and 6.80, respectively. The knowledge score was significantly higher in patients with asthma than those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (p=0.007). Factors affecting particulate matter preventive behavior were perception score, knowledge score, and age for asthma patients, and perception score for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients. Conclusions: As a result of the above, the factors relate to the preventive behavior of patients with asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were perception score, knowledge score, and age for asthma, and perception score for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Raising the level of particulate matter preventive behavior can prevent the deterioration of chronic pulmonary diseases caused by particulate matter, so the development of arbitration programs considering the characteristics of the patients according to the disease and continuous and repetitive education are required.

This study was attempted to identify the analysis of educational needs and correlation between knowledge and attitude of radiation protection among emergency medical services students for life care to recognize the importance of radiation protection and provide the basic data for developing personalized educational programs for safety management in radiation protection for emergency medical services students. The result showed that the correlation between knowledge about radiation protection and attitude toward it, there was a positive correlation between attitude score and knowledge score regarding the radiation protection (r=.472, p<.000). In participation intention into the education about the radiation protection, 82% of the responders said that they had participation intention. In time when they are to be educated, 2nd graders was the highest at 54.9%, in instructional method, lecture with audiovisual materials was the highest at 59.04%, and in lecturer, radiological technologist was the highest at 77.45%. It could be found from such findings that emergency medical services students' life care of education needs for radiation protection and participation intention were high and concluded that safety management educational program development for radiation protection is required with accurate knowledge about radiation protection and positive attitude and to increase the educational effects, radiological technologist's utilizing the audiovisual materials for instruction is the most effective.
This study investigates the recommendation for tax accounting services used in many companies. In particular, it aims to create guidelines for small businesses with fewer than 100 employees, which are relatively difficult to manage in terms of cost or time. We surveyed 100 corporate officials on basic business information, such as the number of employees, job titles, and business type, as well as the type of tax accounting service, the recommended score for the service, the reason for the score, and other opinions related to tax accounting services. In particular, the recommendation score seeks to obtain more effective results by using the Net Promoter Score method, which is known to be more effective in understanding customer opinions than general customer satisfaction surveys. The survey revealed a Net Promoter Score for a recommendation of -33 points, lower than the general Net Promoter Score. It also indicated that tax accounting services need improvement. Specifically, the opinions of the respondents who gave a non-recommendation score were as follows: "Not inconvenient or comfortable," "It was just okay," "I don't know if it would be helpful," and "There is no differentiation and there are no special alternatives." We concluded that an improved service for raising recommendation scores was necessary. This survey focused on recommendations for companies with fewer than 100 employees; future studies should incorporate larger companies and more variables.
