본 연구는 일반학부모의 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 목적을 갖고, 2012년 3월 2일부터 10일까지 J지역 소재 통합보육시설에 다니고 있는 일반 자녀를 둔 학부모 150명을 대상으로 설문조사하였는데 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육 일반 태도에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 인지적, 감정적 요소가 일반 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육 유아활동 및 교사관심에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 인지적, 행동적 요소가 유아활동 및 교사관심에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 장애아에 대한 태도가 통합보육 행동문제에 미치는 영향을 검증한 결과 인지적, 감정적, 행동적 요소가 행동문제에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합해 보면 일반학부모의 장애아에 대한 태도에 따라 통합보육 태도에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있다. 이는 일반학부모의 장애아에 대한 인지적, 감정적 요소에서 차이를 보여 이들 요인의 인식 개선시 통합보육태도를 높이는 긍정적인 요소로 작용할 수 있음을 시사한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이 같은 결과는 통합보육이 장애유아와 일반유아 모두가 서로의 다양성을 인정하며, 이질적인 상대의 존재를 받아들이고, 존중하며 함께 배우려는 학부모의 인식전환이 선행되어져야 할 것을 시사한 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

The significant role of joint attention in the development of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) has highlighted the importance of early intervention. With the emphasis on the effective cueing and reinforcer for orienting to social stimuli in improving responding to joint attention (RJA) of children with ASD, the use of musical cue was hypothesized. This study aimed to examine the occurrence of RJA behaviors depending on the attentional cue, which differed in the level of information and type of auditory modality. Nine children with ASD participated in this study. The use of eight different joint attention cues were analyzed in terms of the frequency and accuracy of RJA behaviors elicited. The results of the study showed that RJA behaviors occurred more frequently with musical cues than with verbal cues and the mean accuracy rate of RJA was higher with musical cues (p = .047). Musically delivered eliciting and directing cues accompanied with pointing elicited the highest attentional shift and RJA accuracy. The significant increases in RJA with the use of musical cues indicated that incorporating musical elements into an attentional cue may provide more accurate cue information, enough to improve RJA behaviors of children with autism.

Objectives : This case report presents a 7-year-old female patient diagnosed with conversion disorder improved by application of oriental medical psychotherapy, the Giungoroen. Her chief complaint was dysesthesia of anal. Methods : Through interview and several psychological testing such as HTP test, DAF test, JTCI 7-11, we assessed her psychological state and seek for the psychological reason induced her physical symptom, dysesthesia of anal. After assessment we concluded her main psychological problem was loss of love relationship with her parents. So we decided to use supportive psychological therapy and behavioral therapy-like changing upbringing attitudes of her parents, for example- with Herbal medicine treatment. Results : After 2-month of therapeutic period, chief physical symptom of patient-dysesthesia of anal-was reduced to 20% compared with first visit day. Conclusions : The Giungoroen corresponds to supportive psychotherapy and behavioral therapy. And this oriental medical psychotherapy is fairly effective on the treatment of conversion disorder in childhood.

The purpose of this study is to find the characteristics of the blindness of Sim Bongsa, Sim Cheong's father, in Sim Cheong Jeon (the story of Sim Cheong). This is one of the representative works about the filial piety in Korea. This article regards the story as the process of restoring the sight of the father and tries to examine the cause and the timing of his blindness to make its diagnosis in the psychoanalytic perspective. The predominant characteristics of Sim Bongsa were very dependent and irresponsible. He was so unqualified to be a head of a family. He sought to close his eyes toward reality in his unconsciousness. His blindness can be diagnosed as a case of psychogenic hysteria, conversion disorder. The fact that he suddenly could see when the empress turned out to be his own daughter, Cheong, can be a meaningful proof for this diagnosis. It means that his symptom of blindness disappeared when he realized a new reality which ensures a comfortable and easy-going life for himself.

1990년대를 지나면서 컴퓨팅 환경은 급속히 변화하였다. 과거 메인 프레임 중심의 환경에서 네트워크를 기반으로 클라이언트/서버 모델 중심의 분산 컴퓨팅 환경으로 전환되었다. 이러한 환경에서 복잡하고 유지하기 힘든 데이터 네트워크를 관리를 수행하고, 또한 유용한 정보를 줄 수 있는, 효과적인 네트워크 관리의 필요성이 대두되었다. 이러한 필요에 의해서 네트워크 관리의 개념이 등장하였다. 네트워크 관리에는, 기능적 관점에서, 장애 관리, 구성 관리, 계정관리, 성능 관리, 그리고 보안 관리로 나누어진다[1]. 그런데 네트워크가 발전함에 따라, 네트워크에서 발생할 수 있는 각종 장애를 신속히 발견하여 관리자에게 통보하고 적절한 처리를 할 수 있는 기능이 특히 요구되고 있다. 하지만 기존의 SNMP 트랩 기반의 장애 관리는 기능 면에서 부족한 점이 많다[2]. 예를 들어, 불규칙적인 트랩 메시지, 또는 SNMP 패킷의 소실 때문에 정확한 장애 발견에 문제가 생기게 된다. 본 논문에서는 SNMP 장애 관리 기능을 보완하기 위해 ICMP Echo/Reply 메시지를 이용한 장애 처리 시스템의 구조와 알고리즘에 대해 설명하고, 기존의 SNMP 기반의 NMS와 어떻게 연동될 수 있는 방안에 대해서 기술하도록 하겠다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest how to improve the public library service for the disabled, by analyzing stakeholders' needs for it. To this end, it analyzed stakeholders' needs, by conducting an analysis on the current condition of the public library service for the disabled, and IPA on and FGI with the disabled, beneficiaries of the service and service provides, employees in charge of it. The findings show that the current condition of the public library service for the disabled is very poor in terms of disabled users, budget for the service for the disabled and special data for the disabled. For the analysis on the needs for the service for the disabled, the results of IPA suggest that it is necessary to improve relevant policies and manage integrated programs reflecting users' needs, and those of FGI indicate that perceptions on disability need to be improved among the disabled, the non-disabled and employees, and that the usage guidance and publicity are required for disabled users to generally use the public library service.

본 논문에서는 지역균형발전의 중요성과 지역균형발전의 목표 및 정책방안을 알아보고 지역균형 발전정책 추진에 따른 갈등해소의 장애요인과 갈등 해소방안에서 장애요인을 분석하면 지역균형발전 및 지역경제 활성화를 위한 새로운 전략방향을 모색하고, 지역경제 활성화를 위해서는 지역중심으로의 관점의 전환과 새로운 발전전략 설계와 실행의 지속적 추진이 필요하다 갈등해소의 장애요인으로 권위주의 문화의 전통, 당위론적 사고방식, 교육방식에 있어 우열의식이나 흑백논리 사고와 민주적 훈련 및 자율의식의 결어 되어 있다. 이러한 장애 요인을 해소하기위해 지방경영의 효율화를 위하여 지방 재정확충을 위한 적극적인 정책 제안이 필요하고 지자체간의 협의회 및 중앙정부의 분쟁조정위원회의 법적 구속력과 권한을 강화할 필요가 있으며, 규제완화와 함께 지자체간 경쟁을 유발하고 합리적인 수익자 부담원칙을 적용하는 것이 바람직한 방안임을 알 수 있다.

IT 관련 산업의 발전에 의한 저변의 확대로 장애우들의 IT 사용 수요가 늘고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT분야에서 가장 기초적으로 활용되는 E-Mail을 시각 장애우가 활용 하는 데에 불편함이 없도록 하는 이메일 매니저 개발에 관련된 기법에 대해 논하고자 한다. TTS(Text-To Speech : 문자 텍스트를 음성으로 전환하여 들려줌)와 음성키보드(키보드 입력 시 입력한 문자를 음성으로 알려줌) 기능으로 시각 장애우가 이메일을 사용함에 있어 불편함을 느끼지 않도록 하였으며 본 시스템의 TTS 알고리즘은 국어 표준발음법을 참고로 하여 자바로 구현 하였다.

The 'Grand Challenge' in the global level raises fundamental questions on the role of private firm as a profit maximizer. From the new perspective, firms are recognized as a social entity with social and environmental responsibility. Particularly, the importance of transition-orineted firms, which pursue an objective of socio-technological system transition, have increased. These environmental changes request a new understanding on the identification of firms and the evolution of sustainable business model from the technological innovation perspectives. This paper aims on the new understanding on the motivation of firms who participated on the sustainable system transition and the proposal of 'transition-oriented firms' concept. Based on literature survey, this paper reviews the role of firms in the process of socio-technological system transition, the cases of transition-oriented firm, the types of sustainable business models and their strategies.

Conversion disorder and factitious disorder should be ruled out before making diagnosis of malingering. For this work, inspection of patient's behavior along with complete neurological examinations, psychological tests, and meticulous psychiatric interview are necessary. Facial expression test, thermography, dynamometry were failed differentiating conversion disorders to the malingered pain and motor symptoms, however, controlled diagnostic block showed positive result partly in patients with regional or cervical pain syndrome. Chronic pain patients who are related to the process of litigation encounter stressful life situations which lead them into various neurobehavioral and psychosocial complications. Most of suspected malingered patients would not revealed pure form rather mixed with factitious and/or conversion features. At the time of increasing number of chronic patients associated with traffic accidents or industrial injuries who are involved in litigation, psychiatrist are needed sharp eyes and tenacity for evaluating malingering or medically unexplained symptoms.
