이 연구는 개념 및 개념학습의 의미와 가치를 평가해 보고, 기존의 지리교육 기본 개념에 대한 논의를 정리하여 현장 교사들의 기본 개념 인식과 비교한 후, 향후의 지리교육 내용 구성의 방향을 모색해 보았다. 지리교육의 개념은 지리적 현상의 작동 과정을 이해하는데 도움을 주는 개괄적인 관념으로서 관련 지식들을 인지구조 속에 붙들어 매어주는 역할을 한다. 현장교사들이 가장 중요하다고 인식하고 있는 기본개념은 인간-자연관계, 입지, 지역, 지도화, 지역적 차이, 문화 등이며, 이는 전통지역지리학에서 강조되어 온 개념들이다. 반면에 지역적 결합, 공간 및 공간관계, 장소, 지구사회, 이동 등의 개념은 교사들이 잘 이해하지 못하고 있는 개념으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 분석과 관련하여 주의를 기울여야 할 점은 지리학과 지리교육의 기본개념을 무차별적으로 혼용해서는 안 된다는 점이다. 학문적 성과와 교육적 성과는 다른 것이며, 이에 맞춰 지리교육의 교육적 효과를 높일 수 있는 구체적인 하위개념들이 개발되어야 할 것이다.

As social work practice for the disabled is still centered in provider's perspective in Korea, this study started with concerns for consumerism that is emerging as an alternative for the social work practice for the disabled. Consumerism is rooted in organization process of the disability rights movement, and considered as an ideology that protects actively the rights and influence of consumers. However, consumerism is not operating as an accomplished ideology yet, but as a type of the practical discourse. Consumerism is interpreted in multiaxial meanings and the conscituents of consumerism is used ambiguously in practice. This is because theoretical reviews on the conceptual thinking of consumerism are scant and empirical inquiries into conceptual cognition of social workers who uses this concept as a professional are scarce. After analyzing the data using Q methodology, the result shows that social workers' major cognitive types on consumerism perspective consists of four types; Empowerment type, Market-mechanism type, Multi-opening type and Traditional-value type. These types are classified by the dimension of 'specific/extended', 'traditional/reformative' and 'instrumental/autotelic'. This result will attribute to develop consumer-intimate policy, practice program and professional training program and to give facilities for lucid communication among policy, practice field, theory and movement in social welfare for disabled as it materializes the explicit conception of consumerism that is understood ambiguously in Korea.

Nowadays, SCM(supply chain management) is recognized as a efficient way to overcome the limits of asset and capability of one fun through the synergy effects comes from strategic alliance. Traditionally material management and logistics are recognized as a simple functional activity. But as the importance and needs of customer service are increased, gradually these activities are given to strategic role of cutting off the cost and increasing the sales. But unlike traditional alliance, for example technology alliance or holding facility in common, SCM has many difficulties in action because of differences in organization structure and management system between two firms. So in this paper, I will review literatures about the concept and constructing factor of SCM, the conditions for effective doing and strategic implications.

기존의 통신사업자는 전통적 음성서비스를 고도화하기 위한 백방의 노력을 기울이고 있다. 여러 가지 부가서비스의 개발 등을 통해 차별화 전략을 구사하고 있는데, 이중에서도 결합서비스의 제공은 가격측면이나 마케팅적 측면에서 가장 손쉬운 서비스 고도화전략이라고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 현재 우리나라의 경우, 시장지배적 기간통신사업자의 결합 서비스 제공은 원천적으로 금지되어 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 결합서비스의 전반적 상황을 총괄해보고, 결합서비스의 제공에 관한 개념적 확립 및 세계 각국의 현황과 국내 제도적 현황을 분석해봄으로써 향후 나아가야 할 올바른 방향에 대해 다각적인 고찰을 해보고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 EDI개념을 간략히 알아보고 인터넷 환경에서의 EDI 기술 동향을 연구하였다. EDIFACT, MIME, XML/EDI, ebXML등의 표준화 작업을 간단히 소개하고 전통적인 VAN EDI, Web EDI, XML/EDI 메시징 시스템 유형 및 특성을 비교 분석하여 EDI 기술 동향을 조망한다.

Even though statistics is considered as one of the areas of mathematical science in the school curriculum, it has been well documented that statistics has distinct features compared to mathematics. However, there is little empirical educational research showing distinct features of statistics, especially research into the understanding of statistical concepts which are different from other areas in school mathematics. In addition, there is little discussion of a relationship between the ability of mathematical thinking and the ability of understanding statistical concepts. This study extracted some important concepts which consist of the fundamental statistical reasoning and investigated how mathematically high achieving students understood these concepts. As a result, there were both kinds of concepts that mathematically high achieving students developed well or not. There is a weak correlation between mathematical ability and the level of understanding statistical concepts.

컴퓨터의 발명은 인간의 사회생활을 혁신적으로 변화시켰다. 이러한 변화의 특징은 한마디로 정보화사회 또는 정보사회란 말로 표현되고 있다. 정보사회가 내포하는 의미는 수 없이 다양하지만 그 중에서 인류 문명의 계속적인 발전을 뒷받침해 온 기록방식 또는 문서화 방식의 혁신을 빠뜨릴 수 없다. 전통적으로 인간의 문서활동은 종이 위에 문자를 사용해서 자신의 의사를 표현하였고, 이러한 기록은 문서로 남아 차후 분쟁이 발생할 경우 증거로서의 기능을 발휘하였다.

네트워크를 기반으로 한 인터넷의 급속한 발전은 개인간의 관계뿐만 아니라, 기업간의 업무 내역에 있어서도 많은 영향을 주었으며, 기존 기업간 문서 교환 시스템의 표준으로 활용되어 오던 독자적인 VAN망을 이용한 전통적 방식의 EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) 역시 많은 변화를 가져 왔다. 전통적 방식의 EDI가 기업 간 거래 수행을 할 수 있도록 '표준 포맷'으로 된 기업 거래 문서를 컴퓨터로 상호 통신한다는 EDI의 기본적인 개념에 충실하며 정확한 데이터 전송 및 보안이 가능한 장점에도 불구하고, 초기 구축비용 과다와 패쇄적인 구조로 인하여 시스템 확장에 어려움이 있으며, 또한 유지 보수 및 운영에도 지속적인 추가 비용이 소요되는 단점을 함께 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 위와 같은 전통적 방식의 EDI 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 컨테이너터미널과 선사간의 EDI를 이용한 메시지 송ㆍ수신 업무를 지난 2001년 8월 정부에서 기업간 전자 거래를 위한 데이터 교환 모델로서 권고한 ebXML 프레임워크를 이용하여 ebXML기반 EDI시스템으로 구현하였다.

인터넷의 발전과 PC의 빠른 보급, 초고속 통신망의 급속한 확산 등에 따라 산업과 마찬가지로 전통적인 교육산업도 큰 변화를 격고 있다. 새로운 개념의 학습 방법인 인터넷이나 매체를 통한 온라인 학습이 오프라인 교육으로 대변되는 기존의 전통적인 교육 매체를 대체할 가능성과 상호보완적인 역할 가능성을 살펴보기 위하여 기존의 전통적인 교육 매체 수용자의 특성과는 다른 양상을 나타낼 온라인 학습 매체 이용자의 만족도와 충족도에 관하여 설문 조사하였다. SPSS 통계 프로그램으로 조사 결과를 분석하였고, 전체적인 신뢰계수는 0.89로 설문 결과의 신뢰성은 높게 나타났다.
