엄청난 양의 정보와 정보기술들이 만연한 정보환경이 도래함에 따라 사람들은 의식적으로 정보를 탐색하는 과정에서 원래 찾으려 했던 주제는 아니지만 유용하고, 흥미로운 정보를 발견하는 경험을 보다 자주 접할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 우연한 정보의 획득(OAI)에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 그러나 현재 국내의 문헌정보학 분야에 있어 이에 대한 연구는 미비한 상태이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대학생과 대학원생의 과제 수행 시 전자학술정보를 사용하는 데에 있어 발생하는 정보 조우(IE) 경험에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 먼저 선행연구 분석을 통해 과제 수행을 목적으로 가장 비중 있게 활용되고 있는 정보원이 전자학술정보임을 파악하고, 과제 수행 시 전자학술정보를 활용해 본 적이 있는 대학생과 대학원생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 설문에 참여한 응답자들은 Erdelez(2004)가 제시한 정보 조우의 기능적 모형에서 주목(noticing)과 검토(examining), 귀환(returning) 과정에 대한 경험을 비중 있게 인지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 중단(stopping)의 경우, 상대적으로 긍정적인 답변의 비율이 낮았으며, 획득(capturing)에 대한 물음에서는 차이를 보였다.

We studied the perceived creative ability, convergent thinking and creative leadership related to converged capabilities among students who participated in the capstone design and graduation works and those who did not participate. In creative ability, students who participated capstone design and graduation works need more curriculum and non-curriculum activities for the idea generation through the understanding of various majors, but overall, they achieved higher positive results than the nonparticipating students. For creative leadership and convergent thinking, students with capstone design and graduation works showed a more positive capabilities, while students with nonparticipating students showed a slightly lack of creative thinking of higher order thinking, the logical analysis of complex phenomena, and overall understanding.

This study examined the factors influencing participation of online community and intention of joint purchase in Korea and China. The online community member actively participate the social activities that can cause the effective communication characters and the great support of the society. In these two factors, the sense of worth related with compensation, norm, interaction, shared values will be taken as the independent variables. These variables as a parameter are related with the intention of joint purchase. To be aware of their behavior norm, interaction, compensation, shared value, these factors will be taken as predicting their behaviors in the online community and their further participating, commitment and co-shopping intention. As the results, compensation, norms, interaction, shared values had significant effects on the participation of online community, and this affected the intention of joint purchase in online community. Compensation and norm were significant in Korean sample. Implications and further direction are suggested on the base of the results.

인터넷 경로의 활성화에 따라 인터넷 유통기관과 물리적 유통기관 간의 유통갈등이 관 찰되고 새로운 형태의 유통구조에 대한 이해의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 이러한 배경하에서 인터넷 환경변화에 따른 인터넷 중간상과 물리적 유통경로 참가자 간의 관계에 대한 실증적 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 필요성에 따라 인터넷 환경의 대두에 따른 인터넷 경로배제위협이 물리적 유통경로 참가자에 대해 인터넷 중간상의 역 할에 대한 기대를 형성시키는지, 또한 이러한 역할기대가 자신의 유통경로 상의 역할을 재 조정하여 인터넷 중간상에 대한 공급업자로 참여하도록 하는지에 대해 실증적 연구를 진 행하였다. 실증연구는 전자상가의 입점업체를 대상으로 하여 설문조사방식으로 진행되었고, 이론모형에 대한 검증은 신뢰성, 타당성에 대한 검증을 거쳐 공변량 구조분석을 통해 실시하였다. 검증결과 모든 가설적 경로에 대해 유의미한 결과가 나와 기존의 탈중간상화 가설이 부정되었고, 더 나아가 경로구조의 동적 변화과정에서 물리적 유통경로 참가자들이 역할에 대한 재구조화를 통해 재중간상화 과정에 참여하는 것으로 확인되었다.

1999년 이후 농업인 홈페이지 지원사업 실시 이래 2008년까지 농업인이 운영하는 홈페이지는 전국적으로 1만개소에 달하고 있다. 전자상거래를 성공적으로 운영하고 있는 농업인들의 경우 고객관리에 대한 중요성 인식도가 높고, 이를 관리하기 위한 다양한 프로모션을 전개하고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 농촌진흥청에서 진행하고 있는 농업인 전자상거래 사업에 참여하고 있는 농업인을 대상으로 하여 이들의 고객관리에 대한 필요성 인식정도, 고객확보를 위한 활동, 고객관리의 방법, 고객관리의 유형과 기준, 확보된 고객의 관리를 위한 활동 등을 조사하였다. 농업인들은 전자상거래를 수행하면서, 고객과 직접 접하게 되고, 상품의 판매과정에서 고객관리의 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있으며, 블로그 개설 등 온라인 활동으로 폭을 넓혀가고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만, 상당수의 농업인들이 고객관리의 필요성 인식에 비해 이를 실천할 구체적 활동방식과 실행 방법에 대해 구체적이지 못하기 때문에, 정부의 시스템 지원과 교육사업에 있어서 새로운 접근이 필요함을 보여주고 있다.

This study aims to enhance the usability of eBook reader programs on personal computers through heuristic evaluation in order to learn users' perceptions and derive key elements for interface design. For this purpose, the traditional usability evaluation and heuristic evaluation method were studied. A total of 22 evaluators of the heuristic evaluation were taken by purposive sampling to test the interface of eBook reader on PCs. This study suggested ten heuristics that focus on improving and specializing the usability aspects of reading digital materials.

이동 주체의 전자 상거래 참여는 계약 문서나 결제 정보 교환 서비스에 대해 사용자 실체에 대한 증명과 교환 메시지의 사후 검증 수단을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이동 주체의 이동성에 따른 한계적 계산 능력 및 대역폭 사용을 고려하여 부분적으로 제 3의 신뢰 기관(Trusted Third Party, TTP)의 효율적인 참여 구조를 수용한 상호 공정 계약 프로토콜을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 기존 공정 계약 프로토콜에 대한 연구를 상거래 주체에 대한 이동성을 지원하기 위해 상호 공정 계약 프로토콜로 확장하였다. 제안한 프로토콜은 이동성에 대한 한계적 능력에 대해 해당 TTP와 공개키를 기반으로 거래 주체간의 상호 인증을 수행하도록 하였으며, 이러한 초기화를 수행한 이후 상거래 주체는 해당 인증 결과를 기반으로 주체간 상호 메시지 교환을 위한 공정 계약 프로토콜을 수행하도록 하였다. 또한 사전에 동의한 계약 과정 이외의 예외 상황 발생시 부분적 TTP의 참여를 허용하여 시스템의 대단위 계산 능력에 대한 효율성을 보장할 수 있다.

'저가의 고속 무선데이터 서비스'를 지향하는 이동통신 기술진화의 경제성, 최근 모바일 데이터 트래픽의 급증에 따른 3세대 이동통신 망으로의 대응 한계 등에 따라 국내외에서 LTE 및 4세대 이동통신으로 진화가 본격화되고 있다. 차세대 이동통신 망으로의 조기 진화 시 발생하는 참여주체간 효용의 trade-off 문제, 이동통신 사업자의 망 진화 요인분석 등의 차세대 이동통신 망으로의 진화과정에서 발생하는 주요 이슈를 검토하고, 4세대 이동통신용 주파수 조기 확보, 차세대 망 투자에 대한 정책적 인센티브 제공 등 국내 차세대 이동통신 망 투자를 촉진할 수 있는 정책방향을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study was to assess the perception of e-book subscription services among the digitally native generation in their twenties, who have a high e-book usage rate. This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining survey responses and usability testing. It aimed to assess the awareness and usage of e-book subscription services among university students in their twenties, a demographic known for their high utilization of electronic devices and e-books. The survey was conducted among 202 university students, and the responses were categorized and examined based on whether they were users or non-users. As a result of the survey, I found there is different awareness of e-book between users and non-users, on the other hand, convenience and portability are the strong point of e-books for users and non-users commonly also. Usability testing was performed on a group of 10 university students in their twenties who had not previously used the 'Millies Library' application, which is renowned as the most widely-used e-book platform. Following the experiment, participants expressed positive feedback regarding various optional features, convenience, design, and cost-effectiveness. However, they also had negative reactions concerning touch errors, malfunctions, functional practicality, a lack of interest, system issues, and the absence of a library.

한국향토문화전자대전은 각 지방의 역사와 문화 유산을 비롯하여, 정치 경제사회의 변화 발전상에 관한 모든 정보를 집대성한 지역 문화 콘텐츠 디지털 백과사전을 말한다. 본 연구는 국내 각 지방의 지역 문화 콘텐츠를 디지털 정보시스템으로 구축함에 있어 적합한 인터페이스의 개발을 위해 진행된 시범 서비스의 사용성 평가에 관한 연구이다. 2003 년 6 월부터 2004 년 12 월까지 경기도 성남시 지역을 대상으로 개발된 디지털성남문화대전에 대하여 전반적인 서비스 및 시스템, 인터페이스 등에 대하여 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 12 개의 콘텐츠 접근방법에 대하여 5 명의 피실험자를 대상으로 한 자유테스트와 15 개의 태스크로 실험된 수행도 평가를 진행하였다. 4 명의 인터뷰 참여자를 대상으로 FGI 를 실시하고, 테스트의 모든 참여자를 대상으로 한 설문조사를 통해 전반적인 만족도와 선호도를 분석하였다. 평가 대상 서비스에 대한 시스템, 사용자, 인터페이스, 콘텐츠 영역으로 나누어 문제점을 도출하였으며, 이는 시스템 설계와 세부적인 인터페이스 개선에 제안되었다. 특히 평가 결과 도출된 네이밍의 문제와 사용자 가이드, 메뉴 및 네비게이션 체계 등 인터페이스 설계에 대한 개선은 향후 10 년 동안 구축 될 한국향토문화전자대전을 기획하는데 실증적 기초 연구자료가 될 것으로 기대된다. 이는 구체적으로 2005 년 청주지역 및 지속적으로 개발되어가는 사업의 서비스, 인터페이스 기획 및 개발에 기초 가이드라인으로 사용되고 있다.
