  • 본 논문에서는 유방암 초음파 이미지를 학습한 multi-modal 구조를 이용하여 유방암을 판별하는 인공지능을 제안한다. 학습된 인공지능은 유방암을 판별과 동시에, 설명 가능한 인공지능 기법과 ROI를 함께 사용하여 종양의 위치를 나타내준다. 시각적으로 판단 근거를 제시하기 때문에 인공지능의 판단 신뢰도는 더 높아진다.

  • In recent years, the outstanding performance of large language models (LLMs) trained on extensive datasets has become a hot topic. Since studies on LLMs are available on open-source approaches, the ecosystem is expanding rapidly. Models that are task-specific, lightweight, and high-performing are being actively disseminated using additional training techniques using pre-trained LLMs as foundation models. On the other hand, the performance of LLMs for Korean is subpar because English comprises a significant proportion of the training dataset of existing LLMs. Therefore, research is being carried out on Korean-specific LLMs that allow for further learning with Korean language data. This paper identifies trends of open source based LLMs and introduces research on Korean specific large language models; moreover, the applications and limitations of large language models are described.

  • Electric commerce of surpassing the traditional one appeared before the public and has currently led the change in the management of enterprises. To establish and maintain good relations with customers, electric commerce has various channels for customers that understand what they want to and suggest it to them. The bulletin board and e-mail among em are inbound information that enterprises can directly listen to customers' opinions and are different from other channels in characters. Enterprises can effectively manage the bulletin board and e-mail by understanding customers' ideas as many as possible and provide them with optimum answers. It is one of the important factors to improve the reliability of the notice board and e-mail as well as the whole electric commerce. Therefore this thesis researches into methods to classify various kinds of documents automatically in electric commerce; they are possible to solve existing problems of the bulletin board and e-mail, to operate effectively and to manage systematically.   • In recent years, with the rapid development of machine learning technology, research utilizing machine learning has been actively conducted in fields such as cognition, reasoning and judgment, and action among various technologies constituting intelligent systems. In order to utilize this machine learning, it is indispensable to collect data for learning. However, the types of data generated vary according to the environment in which the data is generated, and the types and forms of data required are different depending on the learning model to be used for machine learning. Due to this, there is a problem that the existing data collection method cannot be reused in a new environment, and a specialized data collection module must be developed each time. In this paper, we propose a specification-based methology for data collection in artificial intelligence system to solve the above problems, ensure the reusability of the data collection method according to the data collection environment, and automate the implementation of the data collection function.

A Study on Cooperative Traffic Signal Control at multi-intersection (다중 교차로에서 협력적 교통신호제어에 대한 연구)

  • As traffic congestion in cities becomes more serious, intelligent traffic control is actively being researched. Reinforcement learning is the most actively used algorithm for traffic signal control, and recently Deep reinforcement learning has attracted attention of researchers. Extended versions of deep reinforcement learning have been emerged as deep reinforcement learning algorithm showed high performance in various fields. However, most of the existing traffic signal control were studied in a single intersection environment, and there is a limitation that the method at a single intersection does not consider the traffic conditions of the entire city. In this paper, we propose a cooperative traffic control at multi-intersection environment. The traffic signal control algorithm is based on a combination of extended versions of deep reinforcement learning and we considers traffic conditions of adjacent intersections. In the experiment, we compare the proposed algorithm with the existing deep reinforcement learning algorithm, and further demonstrate the high performance of our model with and without cooperative method.

A Bi-directional Information Learning Method Using Reverse Playback Video for Fully Supervised Temporal Action Localization (완전지도 시간적 행동 검출에서 역재생 비디오를 이용한 양방향 정보 학습 방법)

  • Recently, research on temporal action localization has been actively conducted. In this paper, unlike existing methods, we propose two approaches for learning bidirectional information by creating reverse playback videos for fully supervised temporal action localization. One approach involves creating training data by combining reverse playback videos and forward playback videos, while the other approach involves training separate models on videos with different playback directions. Experiments were conducted on the THUMOS-14 dataset using TALLFormer. When using both reverse and forward playback videos as training data, the performance was 5.1% lower than that of the existing method. On the other hand, using a model ensemble shows a 1.9% improvement in performance.

Motion Adaptive Temporal Noise Reduction Filtering Based on Iterative Least-Square Training (반복적 최적 자승 학습에 기반을 둔 움직임 적응적 시간영역 잡음 제거 필터링)

  • In motion adaptive temporal noise reduction filtering used for reducing video noises, the strength of motion adaptive temporal filtering should be carefully controlled according to temporal movement. This paper presents a motion adaptive temporal filtering scheme based on least-square training. Each pixel is classified to a specific class code according to temporal movement, and then, an iterative least-square training method is applied for each class code to find optimal filtering coefficients. The iterative least-square training is an off-line procedure, and the trained filter coefficients are stored in a lookup table (LUT). In actual noise reduction filtering operation, after each pixel is classified by temporal movement, simple filtering operation is applied with the filter coefficients stored in the LUT according to the class code. Experiment results show that the proposed method efficiently reduces video noises without introducing blurring.

  • 전 반도체 제조 및 검사 공정 과정을 자동화하는 스마트 팩토리의 실현에 있어 제품 검수를 위한 검사 장비는 필수적이다. 하지만 딥 러닝 모델 학습을 위한 데이터 처리 과정에서 엔지니어가 전체 웨이퍼 영상에 대하여 결함 항목 라벨을 매칭하는 것은 현실적으로 불가능하기 때문에 소량의 라벨 (labeled) 데이터와 나머지 라벨이 없는 (unlabeled) 데이터를 적절히 활용해야 한다. 또한, 웨이퍼 영상에서 결함이 발생하는 빈도가 결함 종류별로 크게 차이가 나기 때문에 빈도가 적은 (minor) 결함은 잡음처럼 취급되어 올바른 분류가 되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 소량의 라벨 데이터와 대량의 라벨이 없는 데이터를 동시에 활용하면서 결함 사이의 발생 빈도 불균등 문제를 해결하는 점진적 데이터 평준화 (progressive pseudo-labeling balancer)를 제안한다. 점진적 데이터 평준화를 이용해 분류 네트워크를 학습시키는 경우, 기존의 테스트 정확도인 71.19%에서 6.07%-p 상승한 77.26%로 약 40%의 라벨 데이터가 추가된 것과 같은 성능을 보였다.

  • Recently, not only congenital hearing impairment, but also the number of people with hearing impairment due to acquired factors is increasing. The environment in which sign language can be learned is poor. Therefore, this study intends to present a sign language (sign language number/sign language text) evaluation system as a sign language learning assistance tool for sign language learners. Therefore, in this paper, sign language is captured as an image using OpenCV and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). In addition, we study a system that recognizes sign language behavior using MediaPipe, converts the meaning of sign language into text-type data, and provides it to users. Through this, self-directed learning is possible so that learners who learn sign language can judge whether they are correct dez. Therefore, we develop a sign language learning assistance system that helps us learn sign language. The purpose is to propose a sign language learning assistance system as a way to support sign language learning, the main language of communication for the hearing impaired.

Design of Flipped Learning using Blog (블로그를 사용한 플립러닝 설계)

  • A variety of experiments are being conducted with the advent of Learning Model for flipped-learning. In order to apply flipped-learning as a method of teaching, most of them require a pre-prepared learning video. In this case, there is the burden to create the samples of a 13 weeks, except for the mid term and the final exam in college. These systems also make it difficult to change learning content. In this paper, we suggest using blogs to improve the characteristics that existing flippling systems are less adaptable to environmental changes. A blog can be a good thing for learners who are comfortable with the Internet, In this study, we experiment with flipped-learning, which applies blog to one subject. As a result, we would like to evaluate the meaningful learning effects of this study.
