E-commerce is now a familiar form of commercial transaction, especially in the transactions between businesses. This online transaction poses a good deal of problems to the traditional tax system and administration. Realignment of tax system and tax administration in the e-commerce is one of the major topics on the International problem. In the area of consumption tax, they reaffirmed the destination principle. Currently, the Korean VAT law does not have a basis for taxation on international transactions that are considered to be services. Considering the tax revenue loss and the inequality between domestic suppliers and foreign suppliers when international transactions are not taxed, the Korean Tax Authority needs to amend the current law.

IPTV 서비스는 인터넷 기반의 TV서비스를 말하는 것으로, 부가서비스로서 온라인게임, 전자상거래, 인터넷 전화를 제공하는 융복합형 신규 서비스이다. 인터넷 환경에서 TV를 서비스를 제공하기 위한 관련 표준화가 ITU-T IPTV-GSI에서 활발히 이루어지고 있으며, 보안 분야에서는 IPTV 보안 요구사항, 안전한 트랜스코더블 기법, IPTV에서의 키관리 기법 등의 표준화가 진행 중에 있다. 또한 IPTV 서비스에서의 실시간 방송을 위한 주요 핵심 통신기술인 멀티캐스트에 대한 보안 기술 표준화 또한 진행중에 있다. 중계 기반 멀티캐스트 전송 규격인 X.603.1이 2007년 2월에 표준으로 제정되었고, 이에 대한 보안 규격으로서 현재 ‘중계기반 멀티캐스트 보안 규격’이 ISO/IEC와 공동으로 표준화가 진행 중이며, ‘멀티캐스트 보안 요구사항 및 프레임워크’가 ITU-T SG17/Q9 응용서비스 보안분과에서 진행 중에 있다. 멀티캐스트 보안 관련 기술 표준화는 2010년 경에 완료될 것으로 보이며, 표준제정시 IPTV에서 전송기술로 X.603.1을 사용시 보안규격으로서 적용될 것으로 전망된다.

"Trust" becomes a focal issue in e-business. Unlike traditional business environment, virtual situation requires new trust-ensuring mechanism other than face-to-face meetings and other related means of confirmation. Many countries are trying to foster trust services industry in order to increase e-business transactions and activities. This paper compares and contrasts these countries' policies on trust services. Conclusions of this comparative research includes: (1) trust services industry will be tightly integrated horizontally and increase their scope vertically towards trust in business sense over and beyond the mere technical level trust, (2) necessity of reciprocal trust authentication exchange is calling for an international standard in a near future, and (3) two different types of policies are under development: government-led and industry-led. Advantages and disadvantages of different approaches are presented with details of legal implications and structures of operations.

This paper releases strategies for firms that wish to enter into online circulation business in China. SWOT based on a Korean manufacturing company teaches us better way to approach Chinese online market. Chinese online market is under oligopoly, where Alibaba and Jingdong account for about 80% of the total market. Game theory is used as a measure of threat and opportunity between Korean manufacturer and Chinese online market retailer. Game shows that they are easy to accept opportunity and sales uplift rather than low risk. Analysis shows that Korean companies should improve its products and brand competitiveness in the offline market before entering into the Chinese online retail market. They need to prepare a localization model.

This study was done to analyze the effect of logistics services, corporate image, product reliability and customer service on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention that e-commerce users perceive. The survey was divided into "logistics services, corporate image, product reliability, customer services, customer satisfaction, repurchase intention". As a study result, independent variables such as corporate image, product reliability and customer services were found to affect customer satisfaction. Consumer Satisfaction had an effect on repurchase intention in mediated and dependent variable. In conclusion, in order to increase the repurchase intention in companies that introduced SCM, it was necessary to improve the corporate image, product reliability and customer service to satisfy consumers. Logistics services had not been adopted as an impact on customer satisfaction. We should strive to improve customer satisfaction and repurchase intention by creating a higher level logistics services.

Despite agile methods and software reuse being distinct approaches, there has been a growing amount of research on combining these approaches. Although Scrum is one of the most popular agile methods, reuse has not been actively supported. In this paper, we identify a new type of reusable Scrum assets, simplify the backlog process and propose a backlog factoring technique by extending task factoring to support reuse in the Scrum method. In addition, we can apply the proposed technique and show prototyping of backlog reuse in e-business applications.
