The Internet presents a unique platform for disseminating digital content such as music, video, games, software, text, business and proprietary corporate information. It promises ubiquitous access, while at the same time fundamentally challenging the traditional rules of ownership and distribution of content. In such environment, safe protection and proper delivery of digital content would be a crucial requirement toward a new e-business model. Research on the Digital Rights Management (DRM) focuses on filling this functional vacancy of the market transition by providing a more viable business model based. XrML(eXtensible Rights Markup Language) provides a universal tool for specification of rights, fees, and issuing conditions(licenses) associated with the use and protection of digital content. ContentGuard has developed XrML to unify the Digital Rights Management(DRM) specifications and encourage interoperability. It seems that all working groups of DRM agree to use XrMl for their right description language.

Distributed applications based on standards such as CORBA, DCOM, and EJB have been widely used in distributed environments. Recently, another XML-based standard, SOAP, has been recommended for web applications. However, these standards have a shortcoming in inter-operation because they can be run on their own environments. In this paper, we design and implement a SOAP bridge for inter-operation of SOAP with other distributed object standards. Its function is to map formats between SOAP and CORBA/DCOM at run time. Through performance experiments, we show that the computing overhead is small compared to the whole transaction execution time. Therefore, distributed objects of other platforms can be reused instead of developing new objects based on SOAP. Also, using the SOAP bridge, we design and implement an XML-based bidding system on the web. Because it is based on the web standards, it has advantages such as extendibility and interoperability compared to previous proprietary electronic commerce systems.

인터넷 이용이 세계적으로 확산되면서 인터넷의 기반이라 할 수 있는 프로그래밍 언어도 날로 발전하고 있다. 그 중 기존 인터넷 표준 언어인 HTML이 XML이라는 차세대 언어로 대체되고 있다. 현재 XML은 전자상거래를 비롯해 DBMS, ERP, 전자도서관, 지식관리시스템, 정보검색시스템 등 거의 모든 분야에 걸쳐 활용되는 등 비즈니스 가치가 높아지고 있다. XML과 관련한 정보 기술업계의 대응에 대해 살펴봤다.

정보통신 기술 및 전자상거래의 발전으로 지급결제 서비스는 성장을 거듭하고 있으나, 그 중심에 있는 전자지급결제의 위험 역시 계속해서 발견되고 있다. 지급결제카드산업의 정보보호를 위해 설립된 PCI SSC 에서는 지급결제 어플리케이션 개발에 대한 보안 표준인 PCI PA-DSS를 통해서 소프트웨어 벤더가 안전한 개발을 수행하도록 요구하고 있으나, 준수 대상인 기업 관점에서 참조 가능한 정보가 절대적으로 부족한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 관련 보안 표준과의 연계 및 소프트웨어 개발 생명 주기를 통한 개발 절차 관리 방안을 통해, 소프트웨어 벤더가 PCI PA-DSS를 효과적으로 준수할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다.

정보 및 네트워크 기술의 발전과 시장의 세계화는, 기업들로 하여금 e-business 환경에서 전자적으로 협업을 수행하고 보다 원활하게 정보를 교환할 수 있는 시스템을 필요하도록 만들고 있다. 본 논문은 국제 전자상거래 표준으로 권고되고 있는 ebXML e-business framework에 기반한 업무 프로세스 자동화 시스템을 제시함으로써, 여러 기업이 인터넷을 통해 업무 프로세스를 통합하는 것을 효율적으로 지원하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

Web records is valuable information to preserve, because it can be used as a legal evidence about business or e-commerce of a public institution, but it is easily disappeared because of its volatile characteristic. Therefore, archival information package should be defined for long-term preservation. Web records can be stored in the archival information package for electronic records, because web records is a kind of electronic records. However, the NEO(NARS Encapsulation Object), the archival information package for electronic records in Korea, can't able to store web records, because it was developed without consideration of the characteristic of web records. In this paper, we define extended NEO based on the analysis of KoSurWeb and KoDeWeb, that archival information package for document of surface and deep web as well as the NEO. Web records can be preserved and utilized along with electronic records by using the extended NEO. Also it can be used for record and legal evudence by archiving web records of public institution about e-commerce.

최근 정보통신 기술의 발전과 인터넷의 활용은 기존의 화폐제도의 개념을 근본적으로 바꿔 놓고 있다. 이른바 전자지갑, 전자화폐 등 다양한 이름으로 불리는 전자지불 수단의 등장이 바로 그 형태이다. 전자화폐는 정보보안, 전자인증, 암호화 등과 함께 전자상거래의 성공적인 확산에 있어서 가장 핵심적인 하부 구조 중의 하나이다. 현재 전자화폐시장은 기술표준, 카드 단말기 호환, 위·변조에 대한 안정성 확보, 법·제도적 장치 등 해결해야 할 문제가 산적해 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자화폐의 기술적 요구사항과 표준화 동향에 대하여 분석한 후 상용화된 전자화폐 기술이 가진 기술상 문제점 및 해결방안을 제시한다.

But, several problems that creation of Electronic Catalog and standard absence about application that can say as importance technology base in electronic commerce and market newcomers who is constructing each other dissimilar system and take part in electronic commercial transaction can not use Electronic Catalog information exchange and transaction are happening. So that this treatise can use Electronic Catalog document that user who define Electronic Catalog document structure that can process information of goods configurationally and takes part in transaction is defined in electronic commerce hereupon, integration style Electronic Catalog system design and embody. This system did useful information that can not get from various advantage and catalog document such as business all-in-one and interoperability in different environment that Web Services through interlock with Web Services has so that can get Web Services.

전자 상거래에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 전자 상거래에서 제품과 서비스에 대한 구매를 결정하는데 중요한 역할을 하는 전자 카탈로그가 주목을 받고 있다. 원격 교육 분야의 SCORM은 좋은 품질의 학습용 콘텐츠를 적은 비용으로 재사용할 수 있는 장점을 지닌다. SCORM을 전자 카탈로그에 적용시킴으로써 제품 공급 업체가 제공하는 제품 정보와 제품과 관련된 여러 가지 정보를 쉽게 공유할 수 있고 재사용할 수 있다. 전자 카탈로그에 원격 교육 분야의 표준안인 SCORM을 적용시켜 새로운 콘텐츠 모델을 제안한다.

최근 무선 인터넷 기술 발전과 모바일 장비 보급 증가에 힘입어 무선 전자상거래의 비중이 증가하고 있고, 이에 따라 여러 가지 무선전자지불 수단이 등장하고 있다. 본 고에서는 무선전자지불 시스템의 표준화를 국가적 차원에서 효율적으로 추진할 수 있는 방안으로서 무선전자지불 표준화 로드맵을 개발하여 제시하였다. 먼저 유선 환경에서의 지불수단과 무선 환경에서의 전자지불 기술, 무선 인터넷 표준 및 보안 인증 기술 동향을 분석하였다. 고리고, 무선전자지불 시스템과 관련하여 국가적 차원에서 표준화를 고려해야 하는 이유를 설명하고, 무선 단말기 기능 표준화, 무선전자지불 프로토콜 표준화, 무선전자지불 통합 관리 기술 표준화 세 가지로 분류하여 표준화 대상 및 세부 추진계획을 제시하였다.
