  • 본 고에서는 전화망에서 발생되는 여러 전송 장애 요인들이 팩시밀리 통신에서 화상에 어떤 영향을 주는지 각 파라미터에 대하여 측정하였다. 이 연구에서 선정된 주요 파라미터는 최근의 측정 결과를 바탕으로 하였다. 이러한 파라미터들은 전송 선로의 특성에 따른 감쇠 왜곡, 군지연 왜곡 등과 그 외에 임펄스성 잡음, 위상지연, 위상 히트 등이다. 이 파라미터들은 모두 팩시밀리 화상 품질에 영향을 주고 있으므로 일정 수준의 팩시밀리 품질을 유지하기 위해서는 영향을 주는 파라미터를 관리하여야 한다.

  • The electron energy distributions function were analysed in sulIitur hexaflowide at E/N : 500~800(Td) for a case of non-equilibrium region in the nran electron energy. This papa- describes the electron transport characteristics in $ SF_6$ gas calculated for range of E/N values from 150~800(Td) by the Monte Carlo simulation and Boltzmann equation Irethod using a set of electron collision cross sectioos determined by the authors and the values of electron swarm parameters. The results gained that the value of an electron swarm parameter such as the electron drift velocity, the electron ionization or attachment coefficients, longitudinal and transverse diffusion coefficients agree with the experimental and theoretical for a range of E/N. The properties of electron avalanches in an electron energy non-equilibrium region.region.

  • This paper describes the electron transport characteristics in SF6 gas calculated for range of E/N values from 150~ 800[Td) by the Monte Carlo simulation and Boltzmann equation method using a set of electron collision cross sections detennined by the authors and the values of electron swarm parameters are obtained by TOF method. The results gRined that the values of the electron swarm parameters such as the electron drift velocity, the electron ionization or Rttachment coefficients, longitudinal and transverse diffusion coefficients agree with the experimental and theoretical for a range of E/N. The properties of electron avalanches is concerned electron energy non--equilibrium region.   • This paper is calculated at electron swarm simulation by Back Prolongation of Boltzmann equation for range of E/N values from 0.1~200[Td], pressure P= 1.0[Torr], temperature T=300[ 。K], the electron swarm parameter(drift velocity, longitudinal . transverse diffusion coefficients, characteristic energy, etc) in He gas is used by electron collision cross section, particularly explicate the simulation technique, and consider electrical conduction characteristic of He gas.

  • Multivariate Quadratic (MQ)-based digital signature schemes have advantages such as ease of implementation and small signature sizes, making them promising candidates for post-quantum cryptography. To enhance the efficiency of such MQ-based digital signature schemes, utilizing sparse matrices have been proposed, including HiMQ, which has been standardized by Korean Telecommunications Technology Association standard. However, HiMQ shares a similar key structure with Rainbow, which is a representative MQ-based digital signature scheme and was broken by the MinRank attack proposed in 2022. While HiMQ was standardized by a TTA and recommended parameters were provided, these parameters were based on cryptanalysis as of 2020, without considering recent attacks. In this paper, we examine attacks applicable to MQ-based digital signatures, specifically targeting HiMQ, and perform a security analysis. The most effective attack against HiMQ is the combined attack, an improved version of the MinRank attack proposed in 2022, and none of the three recommended parameters satisfy the desired security strength. Furthermore, HiMQ-128 and HiMQ-160 do not meet the minimum security strength requirement of 128-bit security level.

  • In this paper, we propose a classification method for radar signals depending on the type of threat by applying machine learning to parameter data of radar signals. Currently, the army uses a library of mapping relations between the parameters and the types of threat to recognize threat signals. This approach has certain limitations when classifying signals and recognizing new types of threat or types of threat that do not exist in the current libraries. In this paper, we propose an automatic radar signal classification method depending on the type of threat that uses only parameter data without a library. A convolutional neural network is used as the classifier and machine learning is applied to train the classifier. The proposed method does not use a library, and hence, can classify threat signals that are new or do not exist in the current library.

The electron energy distributions function were analysed in sulphur hexaflouride at E/N:500 and 800(Td) for a case of the equilibrium region in the mean electron energy. The validity of the results obtained has been confirmed by a Time of Flight method also investigated as a set of electron collision cross section for sulphur Hexaflouride.

  • Electron swarm parameterdthe drift velocity and longitudinal diffusion coefficienthn $SiH_4-Ar$ mixtures containing 0.5% and 5% monosilane were measured using over the range of E/N from 0.01 to 300 Td at room temperature. Electron swarm parameters in argon were drastically changed by adding a small amount of monosilane. The electron drift velocity in both mixtures showed unusual behaviour against E/N. It had negative slope in the medium range of E/N, yet the slope was not smooth but contained a small hump. The longitudinal diffusion coefficient also showed a corresponding feature in its dependence on E/N. A two-tern approximation of the Boltzmann equation analysis and Monte Carlo simulation have been used to study electron transport coefficients.

  • Using quantitative simulations of weakly ionized plasma, we can analyze gas characteristic. In this paper, the electron transport characteristic in $CH_4$ has been analysed over the E/N range 0.1${\sim}$ 300(Td), at the 300($_{\circ}$ K) by the two term approximation Boltzmann equation method and Monte Carlo Simulation. The electron energy distribution function has been analysed in $CH_4$ at E/N=10, 100 for a case of the equilibrium region in the mean energy. The result of Boltzmann equation and Monte Carlo Simulation has been compared with experimental data by Ohmori, $Lucas^{[18]}$ and Carter. The swarm parameter from the swarm study are expected to sever as a critical test of current theories of low energy scattering by atoms and molecules.

  • This paper calculates and gives the analysis of electron swarm transport coefficients as described electric conductive characteristics of pure Ar, pure $SiH_4$, Ar + $SiH_4$ mixture gases ($SiH_4$--0.5%, 2.5%, 5%) over the range of E/N =0.01${\sim}$300[Td]. P=0.1, 1, 5.0[Torr] by Monte Carlo the Backward prolongation method of the Boltzmann equation using computer simulation without using expensive equipment. The results have been obtained by using the electron collision cross sections by TOF. PT.SST sampling, compared with the experimental data determined by the other author. It also proved the reliability of the electron collision cross sections and shows the practical values of computer simulation.
