Several reversion colonies were obtained after induced transfer of the isolated nuclei from P. sapidus into protoplast of P. ostreatus$({Arg}^-)$. These colonies showed three distinct cultural characteristics, type 1 produced spontaneous segregants of both parental types, type 2 showed segregants of non parental types, and type 3 gave rise to homogeneous colonies. Isozyme patterns of esterase, malate dehydrogenase and superoxide dismutase showed substantial differences between parents and nuclei transferred strains. This observation supported that the isolated nuclei of P. sapidus were transferred into protoplast of P. ostreatus and expressed in recipient cell.

This study investigated the patterns of transition of consumption patterns in Korean households in 2010 and 2017, and the impact of the life cycle on the transition of consumption patterns between the two time points. Using information on 4,717 households from the 2010 and 2017 data of the Korean Labor Panel Survey, we examined the effect of the family life cycle on changes in consumption patterns. The results of the latent transition analysis on the change in consumption type showed that the change in consumption type between the two points of time at the household level was relatively active. The logistic regression models reported that the transition of consumption type varies depending on the life cycle, such as changes in marital status, birth and independence of children. These results provide the implication that it is necessary to consider from the perspective of the family life course how the transition between their consumption types occurs when the government establishes consumption policies and companies set marketing target groups.

Transition-metal-oxide-incorporated hydrotalcites were prepared by hydrothermal reaction of their synthetic mixtures containing precursors of transition metal oxides and their properties of nitrogen dioxide adsorption was investigated. The dispersion of transition metal oxides on the hydrotalcites and the amount and the state of nitrogen dioxide adsorbed on them were examined by using XRD, SEM, XPS, nitrogen adsorption, a gravimetric adsorption system, FT-IR spectroscopy and temperature programmed desorption techniques. Transition metal oxides were mainly incorporated on their surface and the incorporation of iron and nickel oxides to the hydrotalcites increased their adsorption amounts of nitrogen dioxide. The dispersion of iron oxide on the hydrotalcites was effective in increasing the amount of nitrogen dioxide adsorption, while too much amount of iron oxide incorporation reduced the amount of nitrogen dioxide adsorption due to masking of surface basic sites by agglomerated iron oxide. Although the incorporation of iron oxide to the hydrotalcites lowered the adsorption strength of nitrogen dioxide, the incorporation of it with a proper amount enhanced the amount of nitrogen dioxide adsorption and the stability against the hydrothermal treatment.

In prostate cancer, the bone is the most common site of metastasis, and it is essential to evaluate metastatic bone lesions to assess the tumor burden and treatment response. Castration-resistant prostate cancer refers to the state wherein the cancer continues to progress despite a significant reduction of the sex hormone level and is associated with frequent distant metastasis. The Prostate Cancer Working Group 3 (PCWG3) released guidelines that aimed to standardize the assessment of treatment effects in castration-resistant prostate cancer using bone scintigraphy. However, these guidelines can be challenging to comprehend and implement in practical settings. The purpose of this review was to provide an overview of a specific image acquisition method and treatment response assessment for bone scintigraphy-based evaluation of bone lesions in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, in accordance with the PCWG3 guidelines.

This study aims to examine the effects of customer experience on the relationship between brand trust and customer experience. The survey was conducted on consumers who experienced chatbot service through internet shopping mall, and the research hypothesis was verified by analyzing the final 299 questionnaires. The results of the study showed that the customer experience using chatbot service had a positive effect on chatbot trust, had a positive effect on shopping mall trust, seller trust and brand trust through the mediating role of chatbot trust, and the social presence of chatbot had a moderating effect in the trust transfer. This study provides a theoretical basis that customer experience of chatbot service has positive effect on brand trust through chatbot trust, and suggests implications in that chatbot service can be an important means of marketing. In future studies, various studies related to chatbot trust are needed.

A Compensation-type fire detector (CFD) is operated with two functions of a differential-temperature detector and as a fixed-temperature detector. The differential-temperature detector observes a rate of temperature increase, and the fixed-temperature detector measures a given fixed temperature. The differential-temperature detector does not observe the outbreak of fire in slowly increasing temperature conditions, whereas the fixed-temperature detector is not able to observe the outbreak of fire in conditions under predetermined temperature level. We developed a CFD to compensate for weaknesses of both detectors. To compensate for the disadvantages, a sensor of the sensor metal-insulator-transition critical-temperature sensor was used. Temperature coefficient of resistance is the sensitivity for sensor. At $55^{\circ}C$, temperature coefficient of resistance of metal-insulator-transition critical-temperature sensor was 14.15%. Temperature coefficient of resistance of thermistor was about 0.5%. This CFD was operated as two ways that fixed-temperature detector and differential-temperature detector in one sensor.

It was investigated that the effect of zonal harmonics to transfer orbit. Since parking orbit is located at low altitude, the zonal harmonics affects transfer orbit relatively high sense. So under the zonal harmonics, eccentricity and semi-major-axis which were related orbit altitude at the first hand, were investigated. As a result the zonal harmonics increases the altitude of apogee of transfer orbit. So if the zonal harmonics is considered in orbit transfer the fuel can be saved a little.

본 논문에서는 이미지 데이터와 각종 텍스트 기반의 데이터를 적절히 결합하여 유용한 데이터를 만들어 내는 방법을 제안한다. 그 사례로 편의점 상품 이미지와 편의점 프로모션 데이터, 사용자 위치정보 데이터를 적절히 결합하여 사용자가 편의점 상품 전면 이미지를 제공했을 때, 해당 상품이 어떤 편의점 브랜드에서 어떤 프로모션을 진행하고 있는지, 그리고 현재 위치에서 가까운 점포가 어디인지를 사용자에게 제공하는 시스템을 구현한다. 이미지를 어떤 데이터와 결합하는지에 따라 다양한 요구사항에 대응할 수 있다.

Multiscale Simulation은 sub-nano scale의 전자 구조에서부터 macro scale의 multibody system에 이르기까지 다양한 시간/공간 스케일을 관통하는 시뮬레이션 기법이다. 즉, 전자수준에서의 변화로 인한 분자 전체의 구조 변화와 그에 따른 기능의 변화를 알 수 있는 simulation 방법으로 다양한 스케일에서 분자의 정보를 얻을 수 있다는 점에서 최근 중요하게 여겨지는 시뮬레이션 방법 중 하나이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 몇 가지의 EDISON_CHEM 솔버들을 조합하여 Multiscale Simulation의 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 또한, 세부적으로 양자계산 시에 어떤 이론을 선택하여 계산하면 더 정확한지, basis set 선택 시 발생하는 basis set superposition error(BSSE)로 인한 분자 수준의 물성의 오차는 어느정도 인지 알아보고자 했다. 본 연구에서는 비교적 간단하지만 온실 가스이자 에너지원으로 각광받고 있는 메탄을 대상으로 하였다. 다양한 시공간 스케일을 다루는 에디슨 솔버들 중에 양자 수준의 계산을 할 수 있는 솔버로는 "GAMESS"를 이용했고, 이 결과를 통해 분자 수준의 물성을 알아보기 위한 솔버로는 "사용자 지정 역장을 사용한 일반 분자동력학(general_MD)"과 "두가지 서로 다른 종류의 LJ입자에 대한 분자동력 시뮬레이션 프로그램(sejong_lj))"을 이용했다. 메탄의 상 전이 과정에 대한 연구 결과 Hartree fock (HF) self-consistent theory를 통해 얻은 force field 보다는 Second-order Møller-Plesset (MP2) perturbation theory로 얻은 force field가 더 정확한 상 전이 온도를 예측한다는 것을 메탄의 coarse-grained simulation을 통해 알 수 있었다. 또한, MP2 이론으로 구한 force field에서 BSSE를 보정해주면 실험적으로 구한 메탄의 상 전이 온도와 더 근사한 값의 시뮬레이션 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 이를 통해 전자 간의 상호작용을 더 정교하게 계산하는 MP2 이론으로 force field를 구해서 BSSE를 보정해주면 계산의 결과가 정확해진다는 것을 알 수 있었으며 이것이 EDISON_CHEM의 솔버들로 가능하다는 것을 제시하였다.
