Data communication has historically evolved from leased lines, to use of the public telephone network, and eventually to dedicated(exclusive) data networks. It requires an enormous amount of money for establishing a separate and independent data network at the beginning stage. No country has ever adopted this method In the Republic of Korea too the age of leased circuits is passing and it is scheduled to open the public telephone network to the data transmission and to install packet mode processor in the last half of 1983. This paper presents a survey on characteristics of the public telephone network in Seoul and a future development of the data communication of Korea.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 건설된 노인전용 조합주택으로 입주한 노인가구를 대상으로 거주자 측면에서의 주거환경 평가이며, 아울러 미국 조합주택에 대한 이해를 도모하고자 한다. 설문지를 통해 수집한 자료는 빈도와 백분율 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였으며, 총 171가구가 본 조사에 참여하였다. 조사대상 가구주의 평균 연령은 76세였으며 교육 수준은 높았고, 가족형태는 부부나 독남가구가 대다수였다. 조사에 참여한 가구들은 저렴한 주택비용, 안전성, 주택유지 및 관리의 용이성, 주거 내의 접근용이성을 현 주거환경의 선택 동기로 손꼽았다. 현 주거환경의 평가를 물리적 환경, 사회적 환경, 그리고 거주자 참여방식의 관리에 대한 만족도로 크게 3가지로 나뒀으며, 물리적 환경 관련 요소가 주거환경 평가와 관련한 만족도에 가장 중요하게 작용하였다. 본 연구결과는 장기적인 주택관련 비용의 저렴화와 노인의 독립성을 위한 지원성이 강화된 물리적인 환경의 구축이 무엇보다 주거환경 평가시 중요하므로, 향후 노인전용 대안주택 계획시 이점에 대해 고려되어야 할 것이다.

This research is an analysis of the working plan, to build a pedestrian bridge for Eunpa amusement park in Kunsan, South Korea. This research takes into consideration the need of harmony with the surrounding area as well as the assessment of the activity of people on the pedestrian bridge. This research finds that it is possible for an efficient method to understand the interaction between humans and movement in this space. Another research objective is to understand human interaction and the relationship with the local scenery through a study of the scale and form of the bridge, the form of the main tower, and various subsidiary facilities in the space studied too. This research is to be an attempt to access a new way to approach bridge design and with the hope for the revitalization of the site.

국방과학연구소는 전략, 기술, 비익무기 및 군전용기술개발에 전념하는 한편 무기체계 개념형성, 연구개발 계획수립 등 국내 연구개발 능력을 결집시킬 수 있는 사전계획을 철저히 수립하여 산.학.연 참여를 확대하고 개발활동관리와 국내기술 축적의 중심체 역할을 수행할 예정이다. 항공우주.생명공학.환경.에너지 및 정보소프트웨어 등은 국가과학기술 발전계획과 연계 추진함으로써 국방 연구개발비 압박을 해소할 수 있으므로, 경쟁력 제고를 위해 산.학.연이 적극 참여하는 범정부 차원의 국방과학기술 확보 추진이 요구된다.

This study focuses the architectural planning solution and guiding principle for English only classroom spatial layout and operation program to establish English educational environment proper to English curriculum contents and methodology by the grade level of elementary school. To accomplish this purpose of the study, this study proceeds as follows. First, the English facility condition such as type of classroom, retainment and floor space were researched and analyzed through the nationwide survey for elementary schools to understand English educational environment. Second, the study analyzes English educational procedures, contents and methodology and most typical educational scenes, facilities and equipments are extracted through the analysis. Finally, the study pursues the spatial layout factors and proposes the architectural planning principle for English only classroom to provide English educational environment per its size and type.

Pedestrian environment not only affects the quantitative degree in pedestrian movement, but also an impact on the local economics and environment that speaks within the greater dialogue of the qualitative life in an urban context. Recent urban planning issues have matured from a linear street development to a conversion of pedestrian friendly streets that synchronizes the entire pedestrian movement structures as a whole. Subject cases, Myung-Dong and Kwanchul-Dong, were selected from time regulated pedestrian streets in Seoul. Analysis of these streets was done through field studies and interviews. From the research, the outcome was helpful in providing the developers a greater perspective with the pedestrian movement structure that is not confined to a certain parameter, but in a larger scale within the urban environment. It was also useful in justifying ambiguous locations of pedestrian-only streets and crosswalks. Also, It aided in planning optimal scheme that concurs with the predictable pedestrian movement.

본 연구는 P사의 사례를 바탕으로 사용중인 중역정보시스템(EIS : Excutive Informaiton System. 이하 "EIS"라함)에서 차별화된 회장전용 시스템의 개선에 대한 연구방법을 소개한다. EIS는 80년대 후반에서 90년도 초반에 이르기까지 급격한 성장을 이룩한 정보시스템이다. 그동안의 EIS가 도입과 보급 단계에서 양적인 성장을 이루었다면, 이제부터는 개선과 발전의 질적인 성장을 이룩하여야 할 필요성들이 점차 커지고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 P사의 EIS가 보다 더 나은 시스템으로 발전하기 위한 토대로, 본 연구는 회장전용의 차별화 된 시스템의 프로토타입을 구성하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 멀티미디어 기술, 하이퍼미디어 및 슬라이드쇼를 이용하여 차별화된 EIS를 구축하였다. 시스템 구축을 위하여 다양한 아이디어의 도입을 통한 아이디어 기반의 시스템 개발과, 기존 EIS의 정보 전달 형태의 입체화 방안, 갱신 주기별 정보제공 및 전략차별 방안과 정보의 체계적 제공 방안을 근본 연구 추진 방향으로 하여 시스템을 개발하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 개발계획중이거나, 개발중인 EIS에 새로운 접근 방법으로 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 수 있을 것이다.

차량화물은 국내 품목별 수출물량의 2위를 차지하는 수출화물로(현재 2007년 상반기), 한미 FTA 이후 수출물량이 점차 더 증가할 것으로 예상되어 그 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 수출 차량화물을 해상운송하는 Car Carrier업체(차량화물 운송전문 업체)의 효율적인 수출업무 처리를 위해, 실시간으로 변하는 정보를 효과적으로 표현 및 변경이 가능하고, 운송계획에 필요한 관련 정보를 제공받을 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 그러나 현재 대부분의 Car Carrier업체는 작업자의 경험에 의존한 수작업으로 운송계획을 수립하는 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 Car Carrier업체의 해상운송계획 수립 시 의사결정을 효율적으로 지원할 수 있도록 사용자 인터페이스를 강화한 RIA(Rich Internet Application)기반의 자동차 해상운송계획시스템을 설계 및 개발하고자 한다.

물류망의 운영을 계획하는 일은 기업의 물류망 전반을 함께 다루어야 하기 때문에 매우 복잡하고 어렵다. 물류망은 그 특성상 네트워크로써 표현되고, 많은 확률적 성질을 가지는 활동들이 존재하고, 동적 환경에서 진행되고, 또 활동들이 상호 의존적 관계를 유지하고 있다는 사실에 비추어, 물류망의 운영계획을 위해 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 기법의 적용이 매우 효과적이다. 본 논문에서는 AweSim 시뮬레이션 전용언어와 Visual Basic 윈도우용 범용 프로그래밍 언어를 가지고 물류망 운영계획을 위해 사용할 수 있는 시뮬레이터 프로토타입(prototype)의 개발을 간단한 실행 예와 함께 소개한다. 시뮬레이터와 사용자와의 모든 인터페이스는 Visual Basic 윈도우 환경에서 진행되며, AweSim 시뮬레이션은 Visual Basic 화면의 background에서 이루어진다. 개발된 물류망 시뮬레이터는 기업에서 통합 물류관리를 위해 필수적인 물류망 운영계획의 의사결정지원 도구로서 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것이며, 이에 따라 기업에서는 설정된 고객서비스 수준을 최소의 물류비로서 만족시킬 수 있는 최적의 물류망 운영계획을 수립할 수 있을 것이다.
