Loss Properties of Nano-crystalline Alloy coated as a Resistive Layer (표면 저항층 형성에 의한 나노결정 합금재료의 손실 특성)

  • 나노결정 합금재료를 전력선 통신 커플러용 자심재료로 응용하기 위해서는 고주파 대역에서의 손실 특성이 제어되어야 한다. 즉 고속 전력선 통신을 위한 자심재료의 투자율 및 완화 주파수 등의 전자기적 특성은 30MHz까지 우수하고 안정적으로 유지되어야 하며, 높은 투자율 및 자속밀도, 공진주파수뿐만 아니라 낮은 전력손실 값을 가져야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 나노결점 합금 리본 표면에 딥 코팅, 졸-겔법, 진공함침 등의 방법을 이용하여 PZT, $TiO_2$$SiO_2$ 등의 산화물 고저항층을 형성시켜 자기적 성질을 유지하면서 고주파 대역의 와전류 손실을 감소시켜 통신용 자심재료로의 응용성을 향상시키고자 하였다. PZT 슬러리의 제타전위 조절을 통해 최적의 분산조건을 얻을 수 있었고, 평균 150nm인 PZT 입자의 초미립자와 가소제, 분산제, 결합제의 첨가조건을 확립할 수 있었다. 딥-코팅은 슬러리 내 유지시간 10초, 인상속도 5mm/min로 30회 반복되었을 때 가정 우수한 특성을 나타내었으며, 고주파 대역에서의 손실 감소효과를 나타내었다. 그리고 졸-겔법에 의해 제조된 슬러리를 이용한 $TiO_2$$SiO_2$ 산화물 저항층 코팅을 통해 금속 알콕사이드의 혼합조건 및 저항층 형성용 슬러리의 제조조건을 확립하였고, 합금 리본표면에 균일하고 우수한 점착력을 가지는 저항층을 형성시킬 수 있었으며, 이에 따른 코어손실의 감소효과를 나타낼 수 있었다. 또한 진공 함침법을 통한 저항층 형성에서, $TiO_2$ 나노분말을 표면 저항층으로 코팅했을 때, 가장 높은 코어손실 감소효과를 나타내었다. 한편, 표면 저항층이 형성된 나노결정 합금으로 제조한 자심재료를 이용하여 전력선 통신용 비접촉식 커플러에의 적용과 시험을 통해 고주파 손실 감소효과에 의한 신호전송 특성과 전류특성을 향상시킬 수 있었다.

A Personalized Product Recommendation Agent on Mobile Internet (무선인터넷 환경에서의 개인화상품추천에이전트)

  • 본 논문에서는 무선인터넷 환경에 적합한 개인화된 상품추천에이전트를 제안한다. 기존에 유선인터넷상의 많은 개인화 추천시스템에서는 초기 사용자 모델링을 위해 사용자에게 수많은 질의를 하고 응답을 요구하였다. 그러나 이러한 방식은 무선인터넷 환경에서 정보 전송량에 따른 높은 사용요금을 고려할 때 적용하기 힘든 방식이다. 본 제안 시스템은 사용자의 Social data률 이용하여 사용자를 비슷한 연령과 성별 그룹으로 나누고, 해당 그룹에서 구매율이 높은 상품을 우선 제시한 후, 사용자 행동을 모니터링 하여 암시적(Implicit)피드백을 통해 프로파일을 생성함으로써, 번거로운 질의-응답 과정 없이도 초기 사용자 모델링을 수행할 수 있다. 프로파일 생성 이후에는 이를 기반으로 하여 사용자몰 유사한 취향을 가진 그룹으로 다시 군집화한 후 협력적 추천을 하게 되며, 프로파일에는 해당 상품의 최종 카테고리명과 키워드를 수집함으로써, 상품의 브랜드와 규격정보를 반영한 추천이 가능하다. 또한 추천 상품과 사용자의 구매데이터와의 비교를 수행하여 사용자가 해당상품을 구매하였을 경우, 상품에 대한 취향정보는 그대로 유지하고 관련 상품을 추천하되, 구매한 상품이 중복 추천되지 않도록 하였다. 시스템 평가를 위해 프로토타입을 구현하여, 다수의 사용자에게 시스템을 이용하며 관심품목을 체크하도록 하였고. 추천횟수가 반복되며 히트율이 증가하는 결과를 통해 시스템의 학습속도와 성능을 평가하였다. 그리고 쇼핌몰에서 구매경험이 있는 사용자의 기존 구매데이터와 Social data를 이용한 초기 제시상품을 역으로 비교하여 오랜 시간과 비용 발생 없이도 초기 프로파일 생성의 유효성을 증명하였다. 포함하는 XML 질의에 대해서도 웹에서 캐쉬를 이용한 처리가 효율적임을 확인하였다.키는데 목적이 있다.RED에 비해 향상된 성능을 보여주었다.웍스 네트워크상의 다양한 디바이스들간의 네트워크 다양화와 분산화 기능을 얻을 수 있었고, 기존의 고가의 해외 솔루션인 Echelon사의 LonMaker 소프트웨어를 사용하지 않고도 국내의 순수 솔루션인 리눅스 기반의 LonWare 3.0 다중 바인딩 기능을 통해 저 비용으로 홈 네트워크 구성 관리 서버 시스템 개발에 대한 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 기대된다.e 함량이 대체로 높게 나타났다. 점미가 수가용성분에서 goucose대비 용출함량이 고르게 나타나는 경향을 보였고 흑미는 알칼리가용분에서 glucose가 상당량(0.68%) 포함되고 있음을 보여주었고 arabinose(0.68%), xylose(0.05%)도 다른 종류에 비해서 다량 함유한 것으로 나타났다. 흑미는 총식이섬유 함량이 높고 pectic substances, hemicellulose, uronic acid 함량이 높아서 콜레스테롤 저하 등의 효과가 기대되며 고섬유식품으로서 조리 특성 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료된다.리하였다. 얻어진 소견(所見)은 다음과 같았다. 1. 모년령(母年齡), 임신회수(姙娠回數), 임신기간(姙娠其間), 출산시체중등(出産時體重等)의 제요인(諸要因)은 주산기사망(周産基死亡)에 대(對)하여 통계적(統計的)으로 유의(有意)한 영향을 미치고 있어 $25{\sim}29$세(歲)의 연령군에서, 2번째 임신과 2번째의 출산에서 그리고 만삭의 임신 기간에, 출산시체중(出産時體重) $3.50{\sim}3.99kg$사이의 아

  • Recently, there are many attempts to reproduce real world fine art pieces in digital forms. The digital representations are convenient to store and/or transmit. In contrast, mobiles, or moving sculptures, such as those designed by Alexander Calder cannot to reproduced realistically by usual reproduction techniques. Since mobiles are originally designed to generate motions in response to external forces applied to it, people could not fully enjoy them through photographs or static images. We present a virtual mobile system where use can easily control the mobile and can feel the impressions that the artist originally intended to provide. A real-world mobile is reconstructed in a three-dimensional physically-based model. and then virtual wind is generated to give motions to it. The motions of the mobile are generated by constraint dynamics and impulse dynamics techniques, which are modified to fully utilize the characteristics of the mobile, and finally give interactive displays on the PC platforms. The techniques presented can easily be extended to simulate other interactive dynamics systems.

  • In this paper, the development of unmanned vehicle systems to analysis applicable communications and alternative IEEE 802.11a. IEEE 802.11b/g uses the 2.4GHz. So, using the 5GHz OFDM in IEEE 802.11a interference phenomenon better. IEEE 802.11a has a maximum speed of 54Mbps. Indoors and apartment parking on experiment to soft roaming, hard roaming. Test equipments are AP four units(RSU), reliable results for the AP one unit Bridge, Switch one unit, one server notebook, one notebook(OBU), one car. Use Softwares are Wireshark, Jperf, Ping and million second transfer was used to develop the program. So the actual car was similar to the environment. With the results of the experiment for the unmanned vehicle systems will provide the best method.

  • Vehicular cloud computing is a new emerging technology that can provide drivers with cloud services to enable various vehicular applications. A vehicular cloud is defined as a set of vehicles that share their own resources. Vehicles should collaborate with each other to construct vehicular clouds through vehicle-to-vehicle communications. Since collaborating vehicles to construct the vehicular cloud have different speeds, directions and locations respectively, the vehicular cloud is constructed in multi-hop communication range. Due to intermittent wireless connectivity and low density of vehicles with the limited resources, the construction of vehicular cloud with multi-hop communications has become challenging in vehicular environments in terms of the service success ratio, the service delay, and the transmitted packet number. Thus, we propose a multi-hop vehicular cloud construction protocol that increases the service success ratio and decreases the service delay and the transmitted packet number. The proposed protocol uses a connection time-based intermediate vehicle selection scheme to reduce the cloud failure probability of multi-hop vehicular cloud. Simulation results conducted in various environments verify that the proposed protocol achieves better performance than the existing protocol.

  • As a next-generation communication technology, 5G networks are capable of handling large amounts of traffic based on higher speeds, shorter communication delays, and higher connectivity compared to 4G networks. In this 5G network environment, base stations are installed all over the city at high density due to their characteristics, and are connected to user terminals to provide services. Therefore, if the base station is damaged by a malicious attacker, it is expected to cause great damage to users and society as a whole. So the need for secure communication equipment such as 5G base stations has emerged. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the security functional requirements derived using threat modeling, a systematic methodology for 5G base stations, and the security assurance requirements at the level that can cope with the backdoor issues. The security requirements proposed in this paper can be used for base station design and development to construct a secure network environment as a security evaluation standard for 5G base stations.

A Study on Stabilization of Underwater TAS Winch System Deploy/Recover Operation Performance (수중용 TAS윈치 전개/회수 성능 안정화 방안에 관한 연구)

  • This paper describes the stabilization of underwater TAS winch system Deploy/Recover operation performance. TAS winch installed on the stern of submarine performs to deploy/recover sensor, towing cable and rope tail which is deployed from the stern and separated from submarine itself. Also TAS winch provides transmission path of power to the sensor and data transmitting/receiving path which data are acquired from underwater environment like sound, depth and temperature. At the step of TAS winch evaluation test, sporadic standstill and rotating speed oscillation phenomenon were occurred. Winch motor provides the available torque to deploy/recover TAS and root cause analysis to the winch motor was done to find exact reason to sporadic malfunction. When winch motor was disassembled, eccentricity of rotor, slip-ring and the other composition part for winch motor were found. These might cause magnetic field distortion. To make TAS winch system more stable and block magnetic field distortion, this paper suggests methods to enhance fixing status installed in winch motor. For reliable data acquisition for TAS winch operation, the deploy/recover function of the improved type of TAS winch was verified in LBTS making similar condition with sea status. At the end of stage, improved type of TAS winch was tested on some functions not only deploy/recover function, but sustainability of TAS operation on specific velocity, steering angle of submarine in the sea trial. Improved type of TAS winch was verified in accordance with design requirement. Also, validity of suggested methods were verified by the sea trial.

Development of New Ocean Radiation Automatic Monitoring System (새로운 해양 방사선 자동 감시 시스템의 개발)

  • In this paper we proposed a new ocean radiation automatic monitoring system. The proposed system has the following characteristics: First, using NaI + PVT mixed detectors, the response speed is fast and precision analysis is possible. Second, the application of temperature compensation algorithm to scintillator-type sensors does not require additional cooling devices and enables stable operation in the changing ocean environment. Third, since cooling system is not needed, electricity consumption is low, and electricity can be supplied reliably by utilizing solar energy, which can be installed at the observation deck of ocean environment. Fourth, using GPS and wireless communications, accurate location information and real-time data transmission function for measurement areas enables immediate warning response in the event of nuclear accidents such as those involving neighboring countries. The results tested by the authorized testing agency to assess the performance of the proposed system were measured in the range of $5{\mu}Sv/h$ to 15mSv/h, which is the highest level in the world, and the accuracy was determined to be ${\pm}8.1%$, making normal operation below the international standard ${\pm}15%$. The internal environmental grade (waterproof) was achieved, and the rate of variation was measured within 5% at operating temperature of $-20^{\circ}C$ to $50^{\circ}C$ and stability was verified. Since the measured value change rate was measured within 10% after the vibration test, it was confirmed that there will be no change in the measured value due to vibration in the ocean environment caused by waves.

So in the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, the number of frequency of use is low, communication performance is seeking to refrain from Kure each local organizations and companies the use of low TRS protocol. his paper is intended to conduct research on the basis of the actual data to analyze whether the method is how economical to store a single DB by analyzing other types of protocols. This reduces the shortage of marine IT industry, even a little, shall helps reduce administrative costs.

Mobile Robot for Indoor Air Quality Monitoring (이동형 실내 공기질 측정 로봇)

  • There is a limit to the current indoor air quality (IAQ) monitoring method using fixed sensors and devices. A mobile robot for IAQ monitoring was developed by mounting IAQ monitoring sensors on a small multi-legged robot to minimize vibration and protect the sensors from vibration while robot moves. The developed mobile robot used a simple gait mechanism to enable the robot to move forward, backward, and turns only with the combination of forward and reverse rotation of the two DC motors. Due to the simple gait mechanism, not only IAQ data measurements but also gait motion control were processed using a single Arduino board. Because the mobile robot has small number of electronic components and low power consumption, a relatively low-capacity battery was mounted on the robot to reduce the weight of the battery. The weight of mobile robot is 1.4kg including links, various IAQ sensors, motors, and battery. The gait and turning speed of the mobile robot was measured at 3.75 cm/sec and 14.13 rad/sec. The maximum height where the robot leg could reach was 33 mm, but the mobile robot was able to overcome the bumps up to 24 mm.
