An eruption of Taal Volcano in the Philippines began on January 12, 2020. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS) subsequently issued an Alert Level 4, indicating that "a hazardous explosive eruption is possible within hours to days." It was a phreatic eruption and phreatomagmatic eruption from the main crater that spewed ashes to Calabarzon, Metro Manila, some parts of Central Luzon, and Pangasinan in Ilocos Region, resulting in the suspension of classes, work schedules, and flights. By January 26, 2020, PHIVOLCS observed inconsistent, but decreasing volcanic activity in Taal, prompting the agency to downgrade its warning to Alert Level 3. After February 14, Alert status was set to Level 2 because of overall decreasing trend of volcanic activities, but it does not mean that the threat of an eruption has disappeared. In addition, the Alert Level can be raised to Alert Level 3 if there is a symptom of increasing unrest at any time.

The dissemination of smart appliances, along with the development of the latest information and communication technology has an effect on society. Their application can be seen in the smart learning environment, by use of digital textbooks with smart devices in the classroom. Hence in this study, the 4L-ACC activity using digital textbooks was applied in the third grade social studies class to improve critical thinking and problem solving skills of elementary school students. This study compared and analyzed the impact in critical thinking and problem-solving skills using digital textbooks versus standard social studies classes. As a result, in social studies classes that used the 4L-ACC activity compared to common social studies classes, elementary student's problem understanding, critical thinking, problem resolution, reflective thinking, and all lower areas of critical thinking and problem-solving were improved. In conclusion, using digital textbooks enhance student's ability to think critically and problem solve. This should provide learners a more comprehensive learning experience and therefore be integrated into more education environment.

The lowest price guarantee policy or price-matching guarantee is the pricing policy that promises to compensate more than the price difference if a consumer finds a lower price for the identical model he or she purchased and submits a certain proof. Most of Korean large discount stores emphasize their competitive price level by adopting the lowest price guarantee policy so that the entire Korean distribution industry is deeply influenced by the policy. The article is the study regarding the effects of the lowest price guarantee policy in Korean unique industry environments. The study investigated the effects of the policy on consumers' preferences of stores. By using the conjoint measurement model, it identified the main effects and interaction effects between the policy and other independent variables. The results showed the significant effects of the policy on consumers' preference of stores and identified the interaction effects between the distance from the residence and the policy, and between overall store price level and the policy.

In this paper, infrared thermography measurement technique has been used to develop standard measurement technique for nondestructive testing of composite materials which is widely used in aerospace industries. To increase the defect detection rate, the related experiment used the lock-in IR-thermographiy method. Therefore it is of considerable interest in the field of non-destructive testing for fast discontinuity detection by using ultrasonic lock-in infrared thermography. The result also shows that as the investigation period of light source is lengthened according to the thickness of specimen, the possibility of detecting defects gets higher as well. However, the reason why the result values were not favorable when less than 50 mHz of light source was provided is because it was difficult to detect defects as the defect parts became a state of thermal equilibrium in general when thermal diffusivity affects the entire materials.

The main purpose of this paper is to analysis the growth process of new emerging Korean society in Georgia, the USA by investigating changes in the regional distribution of Korean business located in metro Atlanta region. More specifically, it aims to identify the characteristics of spatial distribution of Korean business in metro Atalanta through their locational trends since 1980s. To this end, it has explored the history of Korean migration into Georgia and the locational trends of Korean firms in metro Atlanta by industries. As a result, the main location of Korean firms has expanded into the northeastern regions of Atlanta due to the development of transportation, new regional development, education environment and changes in residential distribution by ethnic. Also, the main Korean business has transformed from retails and restaurant to real estate and finance because of changes in market strategies, institutions and Korean local migration.

Though the regional airlines have grown consistently with world's economic recovery after 2001, now the future of them is uncertain from the current economic depression since 2007. In the regional aircraft industry, there have been two main trends that larger airplanes and regional jets inroad the market. But, the situational change including radical rise of oil price and worldwide recession induces the managerial damage of airlines and it makes them doubt about the regional jet which has been the main stream of regional aircraft after the success of the ERJ-145 in 1990s. Still, most of being developed or planed regional aircrafts choose turbo fan, the future demands of turboprop increase and it becomes a good alternative of future regional aircraft in many market forecasts. Thus in this paper, current situation and tendency of regional aircraft market are investigated with various market forecast reports.

Since the middle of the 1960's, revitalization of the media art has showed a new paradigm shift as a alternative to existing art genre. According to advances in technology the form of art becomes various. Nowdays, art work which is mixed with media and other genre is popular because of hybrid culture. The image medium has flexibilty to incorporate with other genre because of medium character. The media installation that applied the image medium means to mixed work of sculpture and media. The sculpture and media has been broadened the field through the media installation. this study discuss art works projected image on sculpture among various media installation works. The materiality of the sculpture and the vision of the image mix up each other. It is associated with M. Merleau-Ponty's sens theory.

With the advancement which development and information communication of the computer is quick about lower with multimedia technical diffusion of network base the necessity the use of the digital image technique which is various regarding the protection of sharp increasing multimedia contents raised its head in the social whole. the copyright protection against a multimedia data hazard the authentication techniques it will be able to confirm the content authentication, ownership authentication, illegal copy of the image which stands is demanded. confronts to the water marking technique of existing and the researches the fact that against a picture is most. In this paper, It does not damage the video data which is a multimedia contents not to be, it inserts copyright information and it protects the right of ownership. It is with a copyright protection which leads the wavelet transform which is a watermark of frequency base from visual system viewpoint in the human being center with it proposes the watermarking technique against a forgery prevention.

Loran-C of ground transmitting station base that can prevent confusion of country navigation system and give BACK-UP function about electric wave navigation comparing utilization incapability state about GPS(Global Positioning System) infra that user is spreading rapidly over our society whole such as sea/aviation safety, vehicles navigation, minuteness agriculture, minuteness measurement in this treatise practical use of Loran-C navigation propose. Executed ASF(Additional Secondary Phase Factor) production and an application experiment Loran-C by location error improvement way to enhance practical use value. By the result Loran-C in conclusion that can improve location error 100~400m remarkably by 10~65m reach. Also, production extent is latitude when go composition medium and bends cotton at ASF revision table utilization of land area, this smell is judged to be suitable hardness 10 minutes. And notable location error improvement and numeric of GPS BACK-UP function are judged to be possible at a ASF revision table application to Korea Peninsula whole area hereafter.

IT Technology Paradigm Sift from hardware, software, networking to digital contents. In year 2001, IT small and medium size manufacture occupied 3.8% of gross domestic product(GDP). In the mean time, owing to the acceleration of global competition in information and communication technology, life cycle is reduced and global M&A is increased. The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of potential small and medium sized IT enterprise which can be adapt the change of new paradigm. and Also to work out a program of government's supports plan. Finally, It is to study a better plan that promote a new shape enterprise, which aimed to reform the industrial system. Some kinds of investigation, namely, ground investigation as well as questionnaire are performed in order to analyze not only the results of potential small and medium sized IT enterprise but also it's promoting plans.
