정보화 사회가 성숙되면서 인간의 정보 요구는 계속 다양화, 전문화, 개인화 되어왔으며, 한편 정보의 양과 다양성은 기하급수적으로 증가하여 왔다. 인터넷은 이러한 변화의 중심에서, 여러 가지 새로운 사회 현상을 적나라하게 표현하는 한편, 새로운 현상이 생기는 바탕이 되어왔다. 클리어링 하우스의 개념으로 시작된 인터넷 검색 포탈은, 다각적인 방법으로 실험되어졌고, 검색 효율적 또 상업적인 목적에 의하여 괄목한 성장을 보여 왔다.

In 1995, the department of multimedia-related study was first founded in Technical Institute and has carried out the fundamental education at academic level in trial and error. Following a bubble situation of multimedia-related industries, the education of multimedia-related departments has mass-produced hurriedly prepared multimedia designers and programmers. With the current IMF economic crisis, demand for the multimedia expert manpower has shrunk drastically and competitiveness for getting a job becomes intense. Therefore, it is an urgent problem to specialize the multimedia education of Technical Institute and to differentiate it from the education of Universe. In this paper, I am going to analyze the cause of various practical problems occurring in the multimedia education in Technical Institute and to suggest the solution and education goal for the specialized and differentiated education in multimedia-related department of Technical Institute.

선박의 고속화, 경량화, 전문화 및 대형화의 촉진과 더불어 신형식 선박의 출현으로 기존의 해 석방법과 같은 개념으로는 새로운 문제점에 대한 해결이 불가능하다. 따라서 이와 같은 새로운 외력환경에 대한 신형식 선박에 구애받지 않고 범용으로 이용이 가능할 수 있게 하기 위해서는 하중의 공간적 분포와 시간적 변화에 대한 정보를 정도 높게 추정할 수 있는 방법이 바람직하 다고 본다. 이를 해결할 수 있는 유일한 방법은 우리가 지금까지 소흘하여 왔던 반복적 실험이 뒷받침되어, 수치이론의 모델화 과정에서나 물리현상 설정과정에서 내재하게 되는random한 불확실성을 정량적으로 파악해 두어야 신형식 선박 개발에 신뢰할 수 있는 동적 응답해석이 가 능해질 것이다.

This study focuses on the emergence of "hobby-preneurs" and the ways in which they are transforming the virtuous cycle of arts and cultural ecology. The hobby-preneur pursues and expands his or her favorite hobby into a professional job and/or arts business. Hobby-preneurs are the new driving force in the arts and cultural industry. Their activities enhance the arts as a public good even as they build valuable social capital for arts organizations and have a profound impact on supply and demand in the arts and cultural marketplace. Thus we found that by injecting and potentiating certain values that professional artists cannot directly deliver to arts consumers, hobby-preneurs function as major intermediaries in the virtuous cycle of arts and cultural ecology. To understand more about these emergent actors we examine their personal, social, and economic values and how these values guide their arts-related activities and thereby impact the ecology of the arts and cultural sector. In this study we use a phenomenological approach to investigate five hobby-preneurs and the particular ways their acquisition of professionalism is transforming the arts education node of the virtuous cycle in the creative sector.

The features of modem construction industry can be summarized as specialization, complexity, and large-scale. Therefore, increasing uncertainty of construction project can not be effectively dealt with traditional method used for construction cost management. Cost overrun affects on successful execution of managing construction project in a negative way. Therefore, accurate estimation is a priori for effective cost management. First, this work analyzes the previous cost estimation model for the effective cost management. Then, a standard structure required for developing the cost estimation model for site development was presented. In addition, the cost estimation model which can be used in planning and design phases was introduced by analyzing real site development projects.

이 글은 1959년 도미 이후 현재까지 10여년간 미국에 체재하면서 미국 도서관계에서 많은 활약을 하고 계신 우리나라의 유일한 도서관학 박사이신 김중한 박사께서 지난 5월 국제회의에 참석차 잠시 귀국하여 고국의 관계를 보고 돌아 가신 후 고국의 도서관계가 보다 더 바람직한 내일이 건설되기를 염원하는 뜻으로 집필해 주신 글이다. 다만 현실적으로 아직 실현 시키기에 어려운 것도 없지 않다. 그러나 근대화의 걸음을 재촉하여 총력적인 작업을 추진하고 있는 우리 나라가 급진적으로 사회현상이 발전해 가고 전문화되어 감에 따라 사회가 도서관에 대한 인식이 성열되고 보다 더 적극적인 요구가 부원간 도래할 것이라고 하는 신념을 갖고 있는 우리들에게 새로운 진로가 될 수 있는 좋은 제언이라고 생각한다. 따라서 이 글이 팔자인 김박사께서도 서두에서 밝힌 바와 같이 한국의 도서관 발전 장기계획을 수립하는 데 있어서 대화의 테마와 한 아이디어로 제시하고 있는 만큼 충분하고 객관적인 분석 비판 검토와 연구가 있어야 할 것으로 믿으며, 항상 고국의 관계 발전과 성장을 위해 염려와 격려를 아끼지 않으시는 필자에게 애심으로 감사를 드리는 바이다.

고도의 산업화로 직업의 전문화 세분화 현상이 가속화되면서 개인으로 하여금 자신의 진로를 계획하고 준비하여 진로를 선택하게 하고, 선택한 진로를 계속 발전시켜 나갈 수 있도록 도와주는 과정인 진로교육의 필요성이 날로 증가하고 있다. 특히 진로 인식의 단계에 해당하는 초등학교 시기의 진로교육은 진로교육의 출발점에 해당하며 다음 단계의 진로교육에 영향을 미친다는 점에서 중요성을 가진다. 하지만 그 중요성에도 불구하고 시간과 자료의 부족으로 일선 초등학교에서는 지속적이며 체계적인 지도가 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이러한 문제를 체결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 진로교육에 인터넷을 도입하여 시간과 공간의 제약이 업고, 개별 학습이 가능한 인터넷의 장점을 지니면서 초등학생들의 진로교육 단계와 진로 발달 수준에 적합한 웹 기반 진로교육 시스템을 설계해 보았다.

선박의 진동문제는 고출력 엔진의 채용과 고속화 및 전문화가 되면서 구조의 최적화에 따른 경향화 설계 및 각종 주요 기진원들이 다양화됨에 따라 새로운 진동문제가 많이 발생하게 되었으며 특히 최근 중소형 조선에서 건조중인 특수한 선박들의 경우 비교적 대용량의 출력을 가진 엔진과 긴 추진 축계 시스템 등으로 인하여 과도진동의 발생가능성이 커지고 있다 본 연구에서는 Supply Ship의 시운전 중에 발생한 상부구조물의 과도진동 현상의 원인을 분석하기 위해 다양한 운항 조건에서의 실선 진동 계측 및 분석을 수행하였으며 이를 바탕으로 효과적인 대책방안을 강구하기 위하여 구조의 진동특성 검토 및 진동해석을 수행하였다. 피리고 제시된 진동저감 대책이 적용된 후에 재 시운전시 진동 계측을 수행하여 대책 안의 유용성을 확인하였다.

This paper points out the semantic unclearness of the jargon "cluster" and suggests the substitution of "industrial cluster" for "cluster". Industrial cluster is the intersection of industrial agglomeration and cluster phenomenon while the actual concept of cluster includes not only industry cluster but also political administration cluster, science research cluster, art cluster, religion cluster, education cluster, etc. Partially reconstructing the concept and significance of industry cluster, industrial cluster is a geographic agglomeration of interconnected productional businesses in a particular industry, forming close industrial networks. The advantage of the agglomeration includes reducing the transaction cost between the businesses, promoting technological innovation and dispersion, facilitating the utilization of the professional workforce, sharing and connecting the external customer. Moreover, this paper discusses the range of the industrial cluster and its distinctness from the other similar concepts. There is a need to discriminate it from the other related jargons and to clarify their relationship. In particular, there is a task to eradicate the mixed usage of industrial cluster with the jargons related to space for learning and innovation.
