실어증은 뇌손상으로 인해 발생하는 후천적 언어장애로서, 언어를 이해하고 표현하는 능력이 손상된 것이다. 이는 환자 개인의 어려움은 물론이고, 가족과 사회에도 문제를 초래할 수 있으므로 실어증 환자의 진단 및 치료는 중요하다. 그 중에서도 빠른 언어 치료는 발병 후 조기에 시작할수록 회복이 빠르다는 점에서 연구 결과들이 일치하고 있기 때문에 더욱 중요하다. 하지만 환자 대비 언어치료전문가의 수가 적어 치료시기를 놓칠 수 있기 때문에 가장 중요한 것은 빠른 실어증 진단과 전문가와의 접근성이다. 우리나라는 인터넷 보급률과 컴퓨터 보급률이 높기 때문에, 웹기반으로 시스템을 개발 한다면 우수한 접근성을 보장받을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 '온라인 언어 재활 훈련 및 진단 시스템'을 제안하고 본 시스템을 통해 얻을 수 있는 데이터와, 이 데이터를 어떻게 가공하여 의미 있는 결과를 도출해 낼 수 있는지 소개한다. 본 시스템은 짧은 시간 안에 실어증 여부 확인과 언어 재활 훈련을 수행할 수 있고, 웹기반으로 개발되어 누구나 쉽게 치료와 관련된 콘텐츠, 정보, 그리고 재활 방법을 공유할 수 있다.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the degree of perceptional change of career education through overseas training of specialized high school teachers who take the leading role in applying Korean vocational education to reality. To accomplish this purpose, the following method were employed: 25 specialized department teachers of Keyngido educational institute who visited career education institute in USA and Canada were selected, and pretest and posttest were taken. Collected data were analyzed by Windows Korean version SPSS 14.0. M, SD, t-test and significant level p<.05 were employed for statistical analysis. The result of this research was as follows: There was significant difference in the degree of perceptional change of vocational education by overseas training of specialized high school teachers. But There was no significant differences in the management of vocational education curriculum(${\alpha}=.327$), reinforcement of preparatory training for technique contest(${\alpha}=.327$) in the statistical significant level(p<.05). The perception level of the trainees varied respectively in these domains. And means of posttest were relatively low in the comparison with those of pretest in the domains of visit of educational institute, educational facilities, scholarship and financial support, and reinforcement of preparatory training for technique contest. It is attributed to the Korea's uniqueness of culture, emotion, school system, educational facilities and financial support different from U.S.A. and Canada. The vocational education program of vocational education training institute in U.S.A. and Canada is mainly composed of industrial department, so there was no statistical significant difference(p<.05) in some questions taken by subjects of agricultural and commercial department. In conclusion, The overseas training program is very helpful for the perceptional change of vocational education and it is desirable to be expanded continuously.

The importance regarding the notion of immediate medical treatment and nursing for the victims of sexual crimes is not widely recognized yet in Korea. Throughout this research is focused on the nursing systems and the system of foreign countries in reference to sexual crime victims, and the conclusion is as follows. In Korea, there are currently no educational or medical institutes for the medical handling for the victims of sexual crimes, and the role of nurses in the medical institutes is insufficient. In addition, the basis for the standard of operation regarding the initial response, evidence collection, pursuit of systematical evidence and data is not established even in the sexual assault counseling/advocacy center. Therefore, it is necessary to foster the sexual assault nurse examiner for the sexual crime victims, and to develop adequate training programs based on the present situation in Korea. Though the cooperation among government, medical institutes, and social movement groups, it is essential to initiate effective and publicly-trusted specialized training programs for forensic nurses who will be fully charged with the treatment of sexual crime victims. By introducing the sexual assault nurse examiner system, it can be possible to develop advanced treatment for the child or adolescent victims of sex crimes.

오늘날 기술집약적인 벤처기업들에 대한 관심이 집중되고 있다. 소수의 진취적인 벤처기업들이 기술개발 및 신상품 개발 등 두드러진 활약을 보이고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 실제 이 벤처기업의 성공 가능성은 그렇게 높지 않다. 특히 벤처기업 환경이 아직 미약한 국내의 경우 위험부담이 훨씬 더 크다. 이러한 벤처기업 환경에서 투자대상 벤처기업을 선정하는 것은 매우 전략적인 의사결정이다. 일반적으로 일반 벤처투자가들은 관심이 있는 산업에 해당하는 기업의 사업계획서와 기초적인 관련 정보를 토대로 투자여부를 결정한다. 그렇지만 실제로는 이와 같은 분석에 필수적으로 요구되는 정보가 불확실할 뿐만 아니라 기술분야에 대한 전문적 지식도 부족하기 때문에 투자 여부를 결정하는 것은 매우 복잡하고 어려운 문제이다. 그러므로 투자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 효과적으로 지원해주는 체계적인 접근이 필요하다. 특히 벤처 사업과 관련된 기술 동향 및 수준 등에 관련된 전문 지식과 경험이 체계적으로 제공되어야 하고 또한 벤처 투자가의 개인적 경험과 판단이 평가 프로세스에 직접적으로 반영될 수 있어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 전문가의 지식과 경험을 체계화하고 투자가의 개인적 판단을 효과적으로 수용할 수 있는 전문가시스템의 접근방법을 제시하고자 한다. 투자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 위한 전문가시스템을 구축하기 위해 본 연구에서는 다양한 정보수집 과정을 거쳤다. 우선 벤처 투자와 관련된 기존 문헌을 심층 분석하였으며 아울러 벤처 투자 업계에서 활약중인 전문 벤처캐피탈리스트들과의 수차례 인터뷰를 통해 벤처기업 평가의 주요 요인과 의사결정 과정을 파악할 수 있었다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 본 연구에서는 벤처 투자의 90%를 차지하는 정보통신분야에 속한 기법 중에서 투자대상 벤처기업의 선정을 위한 전문가시스템을 구축중이다.의 밀도를 비재무적 지표변수로 산정하여 로지스틱회귀 분석과 인공신경망 기법으로 검증하였다. 로지스틱회귀분석 결과에서는 재무적 지표변수 모형의 전체적 예측적중률이 87.50%인 반면에 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 90.18%로서 비재무적 지표변수 사용에 대한 개선의 효과가 나타났다. 표본기업들을 훈련과 시험용으로 구분하여 분석한 결과는 전체적으로 재무/비재무적 지표를 고려한 인공신경망기법의 예측적중률이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 로지스틱회귀 분석의 재무적 지표모형은 훈련, 시험용이 84.45%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형은 84.45%, 85.08%로서 거의 동일한 예측적중률을 가졌으나 인공신경망기법 분석에서는 재무적 지표모형이 92.23%, 85.10%인 반면, 재무/비재무적 지표모형에서는 91.12%, 88.06%로서 향상된 예측적중률을 나타내었다.ting LMS according to increasing the step-size parameter $\mu$ in the experimentally computed. learning curve. 정보사회에서 경영문제는 경영계획과 의사결정이 큰 비중을 갖는다. 이것은 경영조직과 관리체제와 관련해서 경영자의 전문적 지식과 능력이 크게 작용한다. 경영자가 갖추어야 할 지식의 범위는 넓다. 우선 경영 전반은 물론 경제학수학 통계학 및 컴퓨터학에 대해서 상당한 조예를 요한다. 우리는 경영활동분석에서 오류(error)가 존재할 가능성은 항상 있다. 오류에는 인위적인 오류와 기계적인 오류로 나누어지고 이중에는 불가피한 오류도 있다. 오류의 범위를 가능한 한 줄이는 문제와 분석결과에 대한 해석과 평가가 문제이다. 평가기준은 언제나 상대적인 것이므로 경영자의 주관에 의하여 좌우될 가능성이 있다. 이러한 것은 조직과 관리의 양측면에서 체크해야 한다. 앞으로 전개될 정보사회에 대비해서 다음과 같은 제점에 유의해야 한다. 첫째, 경영조직과 관리체제의 재편성. 둘째, 경영자와 실무자들의 자질향상. 세째, 경영자료의 독자적인 정비. 네째, 컴퓨터 시스팀의 도입. 다섯째, MIS의 도입. 여섯째, 분야별 전문가의 확보와 교육훈련. 일곱째, 정보검색 시스팀에 관한 연구개발. 여섯째, 프로그래밍 개발 등을 조속한 시일내에 착수해야 한다.

인터넷과 개인용 컴퓨터의 도입으로 인해 매일 작업에 컴퓨터를 사용해야하는 비전문적 사용자들이 최근에 양적으로 급격히 증가하고 있다 ［Shackel. 1997], 따라서 비전문적 사용자들도 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 소프트웨어의 개발이 매우 중요한 이슈로 떠오르게 되었다. 특히 웹 사용자들은, 조직 내에서 업무 수행을 위해서 소프트웨어를 사용하는 사용자와는 달리, 사용을 위해 훈련을 하는 것이 일반적으로 불가능하다. 따라서 웹사이트들은 사용성(usability)을 높이는 것이 특히 중요하다 ［Nielson, 19991］. 본 논문은 인터넷 웹사이트의 사용성 평가 작업을 수행하기 위한 연구로, 특정 목적을 지닌 정보 시스템으로서 웹사이트의 사용성에 대해 정의하고, 사용자들이 웹사이트의 구조와 정보량, 과업 복잡도에 따라 얼마나 사용하기 편리하다고 인식하고 있으며, 실제 과업을 효과적이고 효율적으로 수행하는 지에 대하여 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 웹사이트의 사용성은 웹사이트의 구조, 정보량, 과업 복잡도에 의해 영향을 받으며, 구조와 정보량의 교호작용에 의해 영향을 받는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 논문의 결과는 이제까지 연구자들의 연구를 실증적으로 확인하여 선행연구를 뒷받침하는데 기여하였다. 또한 본 논문의 연구 결과는 웹사이트 설계의 맥락에서, 구체적인 설계의 지침으로 활용될 수 있다.

스마트폰 애플리케이션 시장은 단기간 비약적인 성장을 거듭했다. 여러 각종 분야에서 애플리케이션 개발을 원하는 곳이 많아졌고 그만큼 앱 개발자들을 원하는 시장이 늘어나고 있다. 본 연구는 앱 개발을 도전하려는 1인 혹은 소규모 아마추어 개발자 입장에서 관련 실력을 효과적으로 늘릴 수 있는 방법을 제공하고 전반적인 애플리케이션 개발과 환경에 관한 유익한 정보들을 쉽게 접근함으로써 조금 더 애플리케이션 개발에 관심을 갖게 되는 계기가 될 것이다. 또한 본 연구의 게임 애플리케이션은 사용자들의 명시적 기억과 암묵적 기억 훈련에 도움을 줄 수 있도록 개발하였다.

본 연구는 한국어 음성-텍스트 데이터에서 보편적으로 나타난 휴지의 실현 양상을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 데이터셋을 선별해 보편적이고 규격화된 한국어 휴지 예측을 위한 모델을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 전문적인 발성 훈련을 받은 성우 등의 발화가 녹음된 음성-텍스트 데이터셋을 수집하고 MFA와 같은 음소 정렬기를 사용해 휴지를 라벨링하는 등의 전처리를 하고, 다양한 화자의 발화에서 공통적으로 나타난 휴지를 선별해 학습데이터셋을 구축하였다. 구축된 데이터셋을 바탕으로 LLM 중 하나인 KULLM 모델을 미세 조정하고 제안한 모델의 휴지 예측 성능을 평가하였다.

The study is about the national defense 2020 plan. According to the reduction of military bases, It should be needed to be integrated as a high-tech camp. So we researched and did a fact-finding survey mainly in Gyeonggi Province. After the research, first, It should be reset the regional development planning and the retention criteria of harmonized camp. Second, the neglected and scrapped camps should be put into order to activate the local economy by handling procedure. Third, it should have dedicated consultative bodies, exclusive departments and professional staff to communicate with the military authorities and the citizens. Fourth, if there are any causes of civil appeals such as shooting ranges should be in the underground. Lastly, To get support smoothly, it should be reflected by enacted special laws and ordinance regulations. This material could be used when the Ministry of National Defense has a discussion with Gyeonggi Province.

As investigations dealing with digital evidence increase, so to does the need for skilled first responders and improved investigation process models. Recently the concept of digital forensic triage and preliminary analysis has been gaining popularity in investigation laboratories. At the same time, however, there has been little focus on specific training needs of first response and preliminary analysts. Instead, many organizations consider these responders to need the same skills as full digital forensic analysts. In this work we describe the 'ideal' digital investigation first responder and preliminary analyst, hardware and software requirements and most importantly, required training.
