The purpose of this paper was to investigate the relationship between cybersickness symptoms and visual function and to determine whether visual perception training is effective in reducing symptoms of cybersickness. The study subjects were healthy adult males who experienced the same virtual reality program for 15 minutes. Afterwards, the VR satisfaction score and cybersickness level were measured and classified into a comfortable virtual reality program viewer group (CVR group, 20 people) and an uncomfortable virtual reality program viewer group (UVR group, 20 people). Visual function test was performed on all subjects, and the vision therapy training program was applied to the UVR group once a week for 40 minutes 12 times, and then the visual function and SSQ questionnaire were re-evaluated. Subjects with diplopia were 55% in the UVR group and 5% in the CVR group, which was significantly higher in the UVR group, there were differences in stereopsis, exophoria, near point convergence(p<.01) and vergence function(p<.001) between the two groups. After vision therapy, changes in SSQ, stereopsis, near point convergence, and vergence function of UVR user group were positively changed(p<.01). Therefore, cybersickness symptoms are related to visual function, it seems that the vision therapy can be used as a way to alleviate the symptoms of cybersickness.

According to the government's smart factory promotion project for small and medium-sized enterprises, more than 10,000 intelligent factories are scheduled or already built in the country and the government-led goal is to nurture 100,000 skilled workers by 2022. Smart Factory introduces numerous types of education and training courses from the supplier's point of view, such as training institutions belonging to local governments, some universities, and public organizations, in the form of an efficient resource management system and ICT technology convergence in the automated manufacturing equipment. The lack of linkage with the NCS, the standard for training, seems to have room for rethinking and direction. Results of survey is provided for the family companies of K-University in the metropolitan area and Chungnam area, and analyzes job demands by identifying whether or not they want to introduce smart factories. Defining the practitioners who will serve as a window for the introduction of smart factory technology within the company, setting up a training goal in consideration of the career path, and including the level of training required competency units, optional competency units, and training time suitable for introducing and operating smart factories. Author would like to present an NCS-based qualification design plan.

Considering the recent increase in the number of sexual violence survivors, there is an urgent need to develop content for the training of professional workers to support victims. The purposes of this research are: (1) to investigate the status of existing training programs designed to produce workers to support sexual violence victims; (2) to conduct focus group interviews with 19 workers regarding their training needs; (3) to conduct a national-wide survey with 800 workers; and (4) to carry out a delphi study with 20 sexual violence professionals in regard to the topics and methods of training. According to the survey of practice workers, the areas of greatest need include the understanding of client characteristics, multidisciplinary approaches in training, and strengthening of basic training. The delphi study of professionals revealed the need for counseling skills, understanding the psychology of sexual violence victims, and skills to provide emotional support for victims. Based on these findings, this research suggests training content designed to provide support services customized to the types and characteristics of individual survivors.

There are always possibilities for conflicts among individuals, between individuals and groups, and among groups because of the complex and diverse nature of contemporary society. Some form of bodyguard is required to protect oneself from this constant possibility of conflicts and thus the concept of security was developed to meet the needs of one's safety. Furthermore, the increase in the number of crime and intellectual crimes now threatens not only the people with power, fortune, reputation but also all citizens. Meeting the need for safety became a challenging task for the world and a security-related industry as well as security-related careers were born. Therefore, schools and security institutions must provide education and training to nurture morality and stable psychological condition for their students/trainees. In order to offer them such working and educational environments, utilizing the sixth-sense the five senses is recommended and it is called security psychology training. This study identifies the psychology, the five senses, and the sixth sense of bodyguards while on duty and explores the training and education contents to utilize the sixth sense.

인력은 한 사회에 있어서 자본을 축적하며 자연자원을 개발하고 사회 경제 정치적 조직을 성장시키는 변화요인으로, 인간을 중심으로 하는 사회경제적 자원을 종합적으로 지칭하는 말이다. 이렇게 국가 사회가 필요로 하는 인력을 정부가 적절히 계획하여, 형성시키며, 배분 및 활용하는 문제를 논리적이고 일관성 있게 다루는 것을 인력정책이라 한다. 이러한 거시적이고 대 사회적인 정부의 인력정책은 국민의 건강과 생명을 보호하기 위한 보건의료 서비스를 제공해야 하는 의료인력을 대상으로 하는 경우 그 중요성이 더욱 특별하다 할 것이다. 국민에 대한 보건의료 서비스는 훈련된 보건 인력에 의해서 제공되며, 국가의 인력정책의 결과로 나타나는 보건의료인력 공급의 적합성은 인력의 불균형이라는 개념들을 통해서 검토될 수 있다. 의료인력의 불균형이라 함은 의료인력의 수, 종류, 기능, 분포, 질 등과 의료서비스에 대한 국민의 전체적 요구에 대응하여 정부가 생산하여 채용, 지원, 유시할 수 있는 정부 능력의 한계를 의미한다. 다시 말해서 국민에 대한 의료서비스의 적정화는 잘 훈련된(well qualified) 의료인력이 충분히 공급되어야(adequately supplied) 하고, 또한 적절히 분포되어야(well distributed) 한다는 양적, 질적, 그리고 분포의 세 가지 측면에서 살펴볼 수 있다. 질적, 양적, 그리고 분포의 불균형이라는 범주를 통하여 살펴본 치과기공사 분야의 인력정책에 대한 연구 결과와 개선방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수적 불균형의 면에서 치과기공사의 인력은 1970년대 중반이래 계속 과잉 공급되어 왔으며, 이에 대해 정부는 그동안 소극적으로 대처하므로 과잉공급을 가속시켜왔다. 따라서 이러한 과잉공급을 최소하기 위해서는 치과이용에 대한 수요의 확장, 무면허자의 취업규제단속 및 대학의 치과기공학과 정원 축소 등을 생각해 볼 수 있다. 이러한 외형상의 과잉공급에도 불구하고 현업에 종사하는 실제인력은 수용에 비해 부족한 과소 공급현상을 빚고 있다는 점이 문제이다. 이러한 역설적인 현상을 타파하기 위하여 무면허자의 적발을 위시한 제도적 장치가 마련되어야 한다. 둘째, 질적 불균형은 수적 과잉공급에 의한 취업률 저하로 인한 실력 있는 전문인력 확보의 어려움과 전문 교육인력 및 교육시설의 열악한 조건이 원인으로 지적될 수 있으며, 이에 대한 해결방안으로 적절한 인력수요의 조절과 교육인력 및 시설 여건의 향상이 요망된다. 예컨대 3년제로 되어있는 학제를 4년제로 상향조정하는 방안을 고려할 수 있다. 세째, 치과기공사 분야의 인력분포 불균형은 그다지 심각하지는 않은 것으로 나타난다. 그러나 변화하는 소득수준과 사회환경은 의료인력과 균등한 지역적 분포에 대해 지속적인 관심을 가질것을 요청한다고 할 것이다. 이를 위하여 현재의 공중보건의 제도처럼 치기공 분야의 인력을 무의촌지역에 배치하여 공익요원으로 봉사케 하는 제도를 생각해 볼 수 있다.

Domestic market of mass catering establishments has been increased greatly since early 90's with the emergence of professional mass catering business and the expansion of school food service. Because of the characteristics of mass catering establishment, feeding many people at a time, there is always a high potential of foodborne outbreak which requires special sanitary management to prevent. Large-scale outbreaks occurred last few years in Korea revealed the necessity of establishing strong safety measures for the sanitary management of mass catering establishments. Currently, many catering businesses are interested in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points(HACCP), a new sanitary management system, and are trying to implement HACCP for their food services. Korean government is also undertaking model projects for mass catering establishments. Accordingly, numerous efforts are being given to dove op HACCP plans by the academia and industry, however, there has been no report on generic HACCP model which can be used directly for mass catering establishments dealing with numerous menus. Therefore, this study suggested a methodology to develop HACCP plans for domestic mass catering establishments and a generic HACCP model which can be applied to most Korean mass catering establishments hoping to implement HACCP system.

This purpose of this study is to analyze the causal relation among constituent concepts and verify the relation among internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction in shipping companies. To achieve the goal of this study, the author studied literatures on internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, and carried out a survey targeting people working for shipping companies and international logistics freight forwarders to make an empirical analysis. The results are as follows. It was confirmed that education and training, reward system, empowerment among internal marketing elements of a shipping company have a positive effect on the service quality and customer satisfaction of the shipping company, and the service quality of a shipping company also has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. As it can be known from these results, it would be necessary to concentrate on internal marketing of a shipping company in order to increase service quality and customer satisfaction.

Realistic media, the next-generation media technology in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, is becoming an issue as a technology to experience through an environment that optimizes user experience, especially! It is rapidly developing into the health and healthcare convergence and complex fields. Realistic media technologies and services are being adopted to solve the problems of the increase in chronic diseases due to the increase in the elderly population and the lack of infrastructure and professional manpower in the fields of cognitive training and rehabilitation. Therefore, in this study, a cognitive training system was designed and implemented for the purpose of improving cognitive ability and daily life activity in subjects with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) who require cognitive rehabilitation. In the future, an integrated service platform with interactive communication and immediate feedback as an intelligent cognitive rehabilitation integrated platform based on AI and BigData is left as a research project.

원전계측제어시스템개발사업단(KNICS)에서 개발중인 원자로보호계통 캐비닛의 인간공학적 평가를 수행하였는데, 본 논문에서는 이에 대한 평가계획, 평가절차, 그리고 평가결과를 기술한다. 평가에는 기존의 시스템 경험이 있는 발전소계측제어요원과 인간공학 전문가 그룹이 참여하였는데, 새로 개발하는 시스템에 대한 교육 및 훈련이 평가전에 시행되었다. 평가는 운전성을 평가하기 위한 수행도 평가실험과 참여자의 주관적인 의견을 수집하기 위한 설문지 작성으로 구성하였는데, 평가실험을 위한 7개의 실험시나리오를 작성하여 실험설비에 구현하였다. 설문지는 기존 시스템의 운용중 발생하였던 문제점 및 장단점을 평가하기 위한 설문지, KNICS 보호계통 캐비닛의 활용후 개선점을 도출하기 위한 설문지, 그리고 기능적인 측면에서 운용전문가의 의견을 요구하는 설문지 둥의 3종류의 설문지로 구성하였다. 평가실험은 시나리오 운용순서에 따라 진행되었고, 모든 실험시나리오 실행과정은 비디오를 사용하여 기록하였다. 실험평가 데이터의 분석결과 KNICS 원자로보호계통은 유지보수 측면에서 기존의 시스템보다 우수한 것으로 평가되었으며, 화면설계 및 기기설계시 반영하여야 할 개선사항이 도출되었다.

인류가 살아온 역사는 재난을 극복하기 위한 과정의 연속이였다. 효율적인 재난 대응을 하기 위해서는 중앙정부 뿐만 아니라 지방자치단체도 통합관리체제로 재편되어야 할 것이다. 기초자치단체의 재난관리체계가 상당히 미흡한 상태이기에 광역지방자치단체와 긴밀한 상호공조체제 유지로 역할 분담을 명확히 하여 신속하고 체계적인 대응체계를 구축하고, 재난관리 전문인력을 집중 육성 및 구난장비의 확충과 더불어, 국민들의 안전의식 수준을 향상시키고 위기 상황발생시 극복할 수 있는 가상체험 훈련 등을 통하여 유사시에 대비할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 재난관리 정보시스템을 설계하고, 재난관리 대응매뉴얼을 활용하여 재난시 국민들이 슬기롭게 대처하여 재난피해를 최소화 하는 방안을 강구하여야 한다.
