The effect of satisfaction through job performance competency on management performance is enormous, for private security industry depends upon human resources generally till quite recently and often makes contact with clients. Although high-quality personnel who were taught professional education are held in high repute in private security industry, the studies of job satisfaction and recruit education for private security guards are insufficient. Consequently, this investigation analyzes the effect of recruit education program on job satisfaction searchingly for incumbent facility guards. The effect of recruit education program for facility personnel on job satisfaction is as follows. First of all, the differences of personal characteristics, training characteristics, work environment, job satisfaction are inspected in accordance with sociodemographic characteristics. After then, there is a remarkable contrast. Secondly, the former from among of learning expectation and self efficacy as personal characteristics has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Thirdly, educational facility and contents as training characteristics have a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically. Finally, work environment including supervisor's support and maintenance has a positive effect on job satisfaction statistically.

As the importance of information security becomes a major concern, there has been growing effort to educate information security professionals. This study aims to analyze the level of required knowledge and skills for four information security skills groups: strategy and planning; research and development; system management and operation; and accident control. For this study, we selected 55 critical knowledge and skills for information security professionals by literature review and Delphi method, and we conducted a survey of information security knowledge and skills requirements for information security professionals to perform their jobs. As a result, we analyzed the current status of the information security professionals' knowledge and skills level and suggested some guidelines for establishing the demand-based curriculum for training information security professionals.

The objective of this paper is to develop the motion recognition method for the rehabilitation program of the people with physical disabilities. Using the infrared ray LED, this method gets the information of the user's motion and tells the difference between the information we get and the pre-defined information. In order to get the fast recognition and comparison, this method positions the specific coordinates of infrared ray LED in the pre-classified sector which keeps certain distance and angle from the point of origin. The result in our experiment shows the speed over 20 frames per second in every motion, and we are satisfied the rate for the recognition of the motions which is near 98%.

This study sought for an improvement plan of the overall preventive activity of Korean Citizen-Corps-Active-In-Disaster(CAIND) by utilizing the fact that The fire-fighters, who are focusing on social disaster response works, are surveyed for their awareness of the vivid expertise to Korean CAIND. This group is defined as the assistant organization in law about disaster prevention which, the local residents willingly made to handle the situation of disaster occurrence. Since the characteristics of volunteer activities are also inherent, related issues are also reviewed at the same time to resolve any unclear arguments by disaster prevention activity characteristics of Korean Citizen Corps Active in Disaster. Through the results, the study provided three major suggestions for an improvement plan. The results of the study are as follows: First, the quota management system of Korean CAIND that considers the characteristics of rural areas should be actively supplemented. Second, the current reward system for Korean CAIND activities at large disaster sites should be surely improved. Third, the current education and training system of Korean CAIND to satisfy regional conditions should be newly established. The results of this study are largely expected to be utilized as a basic data to develop Korean CAIND in the future.

This study aimed to identify the factors influencing the clinical competence of nurses, using a descriptive correlational study design. Data were collected through questionnaires administered to 170 nurses working in a general hospital in Gwangju city and Jeollanam-do province from March 24 to May 27, 2021. There were significant differences in clinical competence according to age, marital status, and educational level. Clinical competence was significantly correlated with nursing professionalism (r=.600, p<.001), critical-thinking disposition (r=.568, p<.001), communication skills (r=.658, p<.001), and nursing practice environment (r=.353, p<.001). Factors influencing clinical competence were communication skills, nursing professionalism, critical-thinking disposition, and age, which explained 54.0% of the total variance. It is necessary to develop educational programs to improve the communication skills, nursing professionalism, and critical-thinking disposition of nurses. Additionally, Institutional and national measures are needed so that nurses can continue to work in hospitals.

As for the anti-terrorism bills, which were submitted to the National Assembly, the mobilization of anti-terrorism commando, which was designated or established by the National Defense Minister, is mobilized the military troops without being based on marital law in light of the constitutional law, thereby possibly violating the constitution, first of all, with regards to mobilization of anti-terrorism commando, which was formed with military troops. The anti-terrorism commando is the military force, which was trained professionally for the anti-terrorism activity. Thus, the violation of human rights may be greatly reduced rather than what general soldiers are putted in the public-order activity such as anti-terrorism. However, it is thought to be desirable to make it possible for the input of special forces, which were trained professionally in relation to anti-terrorism activity, through constitutionally revising the constitutional law. As for the provision of 'support for military troops' in the anti-terrorism bill, what is a case that the nation's important facilities and multi-use facilities are difficult to be protected from terror with the anti-terrorism commando and police force needs to be constitutionally regarded as resulting in reaching the level enough to correspond to 'a state of national emergency equivalent to wartime incident.' Thus, enacting the future anti-terrorism law, it is thought to be unnecessary for having the provision of 'support for military troops' with receiving criticism obstinately for possibly violating the constitution.

The purpose of this study is to discover the occupational identity by examining the narrative of the life of a TVET teacher using the project method in programming fields. Teacher S, a participant in the study, started as a part-time lecturer at university and has been teaching programs for the past 20 years. As a result, six kinds of occupational identities of a programming teacher who teach by project method were found. S experienced pride and pride as a teacher through the project method. The project method served as a motive for continuous self-development to lead S to an expert. His experience as a positive teacher made him wish to maintain this life and live as a teacher as long as his health permits, even after retirement. This study has significance in exploring the structure of the occupational identity of a TVET teacher using the project method in programming fields, which have not been studied yet.

After getting through the financial crisis, Korean government has promoted Local Industry Promotion Project across the country by realizing the needs to overcome structural recession and promote self-growth. Therefore researching current manpower status and manpower demand in shipbuilding industry, which is the strategic industry of Jeonnam province, is very critical to enhance the competitiveness and efficiently manage training professional manpower. In this respect, this study mentioned some issues and provided the improvements for the research on demand for Professional manpower training project in Shipbuilding industry of Jeonnam province. It was shown that the aging trend of professional workforce, short in skilled/professional manpower and lack of education & training institutions are critical problems of shipbuilding industry in Jeonnam province. To improve these problems, various support policies such as strengthening networks among related agencies and companies or universities are strongly recommended.

Firstly, our Technical and Vocational Education and Training(TVET) ODA currently uses 70% of its budget on short-term assistance project works without much consideration for continuity from one project to another. Secondly, TVET ODA budget is much too concentrated on hardware support, lowering impact compared to the amount invested. Lastly, there is a lack of research on the needs of recipient nation which leads to lowering effectiveness of TVET ODA. This Study analyzed the characteristics of Korea's TVET ODA through the statistical data analysis of ODA. This study's main focus is to recommend methods for Korean colleges to overcome tendencies and limitations of TVET within Korea's ODA. Colleges have advantages in training students to fit needs of the market and companies based on decades of experience colleges have on academic-industrial collaboration. Colleges can also transfer qualification verification systems to fit the recipient country and dispatch TVET related personnel to strengthen software support. Additionally, the post project evaluation and post job placement management capabilities of colleges can be actively used for post management of TVET projects. I hope that through this study, ways to increase participation of colleges in TVET ODA can be discussed in more variety.

연구목적 이 연구의 목적은 피로유발수축후 장딴지근과 가자미근의 근전도 power spectrum 중앙경항치를 비교 검사하는 것이다. 실험대상 열 여섯명의 자원자(남자 10, 여자 6)를 대상으로 하였다. 남자 대상자의 연령범위는 25세에서 33세(평균 $28.6{\pm}2.5$)였고 여자 대상자의 연령범위는 26세에서 31세($27.8{\pm}1.9$)였다. 실험방법 실험대상자는 피로유발수축전후 50% 최대등척성근수축을 수행하였다. 자료수집과 분석을 위해 LabVIEW 소프트웨어를 사용하였다. 결과 t-검정결과 내측 장딴지근에서는 피로유발수축후 주파수의 중위값과 평균이 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였으나 가자미근에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다. t-검정결과 두 근육간 주파수 감소의 차이는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 토의 및 결론 이 결과들은 피로유발수축후 근전도 power spectrum 중앙경향치가 저주파대역으로 감소함을 나타내었다. 이 연구는 중앙주파수와 평균주파수가 피로지수로서의 신뢰도와 타당도가 뛰어나며 객관적 측정과 훈련효과 평가로 사용할수 있음을 보였다.
