국제물류 인력의 수요가 증가함에 따라 정부는 국제물류 분야 전문인력 양성사업을 시행하고 있다. 해양수산부의 해운항만물류 전문인력 양성사업은 일자리 창출효과 제고, 교육수행 주체와 교육 대상자 확대, 기업체의 참여 확대, 교육 프로그램 표준화, 사업 관리체계 및 사후 관리체계 개선이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다.

His study was started in the sense of examining the direction of nurturing calligraphy education professionals as the Act on Promotion of Calligraphy was enforced. The purpose of this study is to derive the direction of nurturing manpower in the calligraphy field, and to suggest a direction for nurturing professional manpower different from the existing Seodang-style and apprenticeship methods. To this end, we first looked at the current status of manpower in the calligraphy field through a fact-finding survey and prior research. As of March 2022, the overall status of the curriculum of the Department of Calligraphy at Korean universities was analyzed and its characteristics were examined. In this study, the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training and the direction of nurturing professional manpower through designated institutions were presented. For the direction of nurturing professional manpower using teacher job training, we selected an autonomous training method that enables training members to collaborate together to enhance the competency of participants. presented as Training and training for professional manpower through designated institutions Major . operation . A total of 26 programs were presented for communication competency.

스마트 항만 전문인력 육성을 위한 교육훈련(프로그램, 컨텐츠, 교육장비)에 관한 내용을 토대로 스마트 항만 분야별 교육장비시스템 개발 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 특히, 스마트 항만 각 분야별 교육시스템과 교육/훈련/실습을 위한 모델링 및 시뮬레이터, 원격제어 장비 등을 개발하기 위한 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

This paper is about a study on human resource management for information security in the age of information warfare. this study reviewed the current status of human security resource forces for information warfare and derived problems of current practices of various organizations. Based on the analysis of the current practices the author suggested several ideas for solving the problems various. The suggestions include 1) establishment of security manpower concept, 2) set-up of manpower requirement, ideas, 3) establishment of systematic educational system, 4) standardization, etc.

Recently, with the arrival of the 4th industrial revolution, the security risks are converging and complexly changing, and the demand of cybersecurity experts is increasing. Therefore, in this paper, it is the largest of the domestic educational institutions, it has the largest number of emissions talent, and selects the representative major field of humanities and society. Then, after analyzing the common curriculum in each major field, compare it with the training course of cybersecurity experts derived through existing previous research. Through analysis results, we try to design a retraining course for cybersecurity professional human resources. Utilizing the results of this research, it is expected that it will be used as the basic material necessary for the subjects of the re-curriculum education. It is also expected to contribute to resolving the supply-demand gap of cybersecurity professionals.

As the importance of information security becomes a major concern, there has been growing effort to educate information security professionals. This study aims to analyze the level of required knowledge and skills for four information security skills groups: strategy and planning; research and development; system management and operation; and accident control. For this study, we selected 55 critical knowledge and skills for information security professionals by literature review and Delphi method, and we conducted a survey of information security knowledge and skills requirements for information security professionals to perform their jobs. As a result, we analyzed the current status of the information security professionals' knowledge and skills level and suggested some guidelines for establishing the demand-based curriculum for training information security professionals.

공간정보체계 관련 구축 사업들이 시작되면서 전문분야별 소요인력에 대한 문제가 제기되었고, 다양한 방법에 의하여 전문 인력양성을 추진하여 왔다. 초장기 인력 규모의 예측은 사업 규모에 기반하여 예측되어졌고 인력 수요기관의 요구와 특징이 반영되지 못한게 사실이다. 이제는 공간정보체계가 광범위하게 확산되어 산업 현장을 통하여 소요 인력의 예측이 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 인력 소요처들로부터 필요한 인력 규모를 조사하여 소요인력을 예측하고, 인력의 변화 특성들을 파악함으로서 기술수요에 따른 인력 육성분야와 수요량을 기반으로 하는 인력양성에 활용하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 인력 소요예측은 소요 인력이 활용되는 기업 등을 중심으로 산업적 성장성과 개별 기업의 인력 요구 등을 고려한 공간정보체계의 각 분야별 인력 소요 예측을 수행하도록 한다. 이를 토대로 산업적 특성, 기술적 특성, 소요 인력의 수요 증가 형태 및 특징을 분석하여 종합적인 소요 인력 규모를 산정하고 있다.

21세기 경제주역인 정보통신산업이 계속 성장하기 위해서는 원활한 전문인력 수급이 전제조건이 되어야하고, 2005년까지 정부가 추진하는 초고속 정보통신망 구축사업이 성과를 이루기 위해서도 정보통신전문인력의 확보가 우선시 되어야 할 것이다. 현재 인력수요가 공급보다 급속히 늘어나는 실정으로 인력부족은 갈수록 심화될 전망이며, 특히, 통신공사업은 현장, 노동집약적 산업특성으로 인하여 3D 업종으로 인식되고 있어 기술인력들의 현장 기피현상의 심화, 통신공사업 관련 기술분야에 대한 전문인력 양성기관의 부족 등으로 안정된 기술인력 확보에 더욱 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 그에 따른 공사품질저하의 악순환을 초래할 우려가 있다. 통신공사 관련 기술환경을 보면 기술의 고도화와 신기술의 도입이 빈번하고 그 적용기술이 다양할 뿐 아니라, 기술의 적용주기가 짧아 시장환경에 맞는 인력의 안정적 육성과 공급 및 기존인력들에 대한 신기술 재교육이 그 어느 산업보다도 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보통신산업의 발전에 따른 정보통신공사업의 현황과 전망을 분석하고 정보통신설비 시공전문인력의 수요현황을 토대로 정보통신설비 시공인력의 앙성방향 및 과정에 대해서 제시한다. 초고속 정보통신망의 조기구축과 시공품질향상을 위하여 기간통신망 구축에 소요되는 중급 이상의 다기능기술인력은 기능대학을 통하여 우수한 시공전문인력을 안정적으로 양성하고, 초고속인터넷 개통인력과 구내통신설비 설치인력은 단기적인 기능인력의 재교육을 통한 양성 방안을 강구할 필요가 있다.

종물업법이 최근 통과하고 곧 시행령과 시행규칙이 공표될 예정으로 물류관련 업체들은 비상이 걸렸다. 글로벌 감각을 가진 물류전문인력이 부족하여 국제적 종합물류업으로 도약하는데 걸림돌이 되고 있기 때문이다. 이러한 글로벌 인재육성에 대한 기업들의 고민을 명지대학교 유통경영대학원이 해결하고자 제2의 도약과 함께 발벗고 나섰다. 10년전인 1996년 명지대학교는 물류에 대한 중요성을 남보다 먼저 알고 유통경영대학원을 설립하여 200여명의 유통분야와 물류분야에 대한 우수한 인재를 많이 배출하여 왔다. 이제는 물류분야에서 한 단계 업그레이드 된 국제적 감각과 물류전문 컨설턴트를 육성하기 위해 ''글로벌 물류인재육성''을 표방하면서 국제적인 종합물류기업에 걸맞는 인재를 배출하기로 한 것이다. 과연 명지대학교 유통경영대학원이 표방하는 물류전문인력의 양성은 무엇인지 알아보자.
