This study analyzed the lesson analysis reports and survey of pre-service teachers who have practiced the microteaching in order to identify the reflection of mathematics pre-service teachers. The professors who are teaching pre-service teachers need to propose the examples of an instructional model that can induce the opened reaction and the effective usage of time through interesting topics. In addition, pre-service teachers who have practiced the first microteaching have shown a lot of reflection more than expected. Therefore, to improve the quality of lectures, it is important for pre-service teachers to have experiences of microteaching and reflection.

The purpose of this study was to examine the perception of the childcare teachers regarding accreditation procedures and feasibility of the second accreditation index according their past participation in the accreditation process. The objects were 193 childcare teachers working at child care centers that were accredited using the initial accreditation index. The collected data was analyzed using frequency, percentile, $X^2$, and t-test. The major findings are as follows: First, childcare teachers without accreditation experience perceived 'continuing education of child care center directors and teachers' to be the most important for quality maintenance after successful accreditation. In contrast, childcare teachers with accreditation experience placed the most importance on 'childcare teachers' motivation and continuing enrollment'. Second, childcare teachers with accreditation experience perceived higher feasibility in the subcategories of 'art activity materials' in the category of child care environment, 'providing operation policies and information of child care teachers', 'care for children', and 'employment contract' in the operation & management category, 'sanitary management of food, cooking and feeding', 'care of sick or injured child', 'health management of children and childcare teachers', 'snacks for children' in the category of health and nutrition and 'safe procedures for handing over children' in the category of safety. In general, childcare teachers with accreditation experience perceived higher feasibility of the second accreditation index in all categories.

The realistic problem about the dental hygiene education in our country is what the correlation between theoretical education and clinical education is short, and what the systematically clinical-practice education is failing to be realized. In order to solve this problem, the aim is to introduce preceptor and to present necessity in order to apply preceptor to the practice education for dental hygiene department. 1. What is the largest in the difference between the observation experience and the performance experience by element in clinical-performance activity is the patience-care service sphere(P < .001). 2. A hospital with the highest observation-practice experience level in children with the observation experience by hospital was in order of K hospital, Y hospital, H hospital, B hospital, and A hospital(P < .001, P < .01). 3. A hospital was the highest in the difference of the performance-practice experience level by hospital. And, the next was in order of H hospital, Y hospital, K hospital, and B hospital(P < .001, P < .01). 4. As for recognition on importance of clinical-practice activity in dental hygienists, the dental hygienists with more than the third year were indicated to be the highest than the dental hygienists with less than the 3rd year among 58 dental hygienists. Given seeing the results of this study, the more systematic and educational clinical-practice environment will need to be improved by suggesting a role of preceptor and to seek for a plan for application in the clinical-practice education.

The purpose of this study is to identify the formation and evolution patterns of a trading zone and to explore the difficulties teachers experience in the trading zone and their perceptions of the experience. Seven teachers involved in the 'STEAM Teacher Community' in a middle school located in the southern part of South Korea participated in this study. Participant observation and in-depth interviews were carried out, and reflective essays were collected for analysis. The results show that teachers successfully formed a trading zone to share their expertise when they developed teaching materials for the convergence of different subject matters. Moreover, such a trading zone evolved in the order of pre-trading zone, trading zone under elite control, trading zone with boundary object, and trading zone of shared mental model. The difficulties teachers experienced in the trading zone were categorized under the difference of culture and opinion across subject matters, the lack of motivation for convergence, the hegemony of convergence and far-fetched factors for convergence, and difficulty of communication due to jargons. Also teachers in this study experienced perceptual changes in the trading zone. The trading zone model drawn from the results of this study bring forth implications for voluntary teachers' learning community activity for the convergence of different subject matters.

This study explores how to implement a learning experience-based professionalism program for a medical students and evaluates its program through effectiveness and usability test. This study aims to provide practical implications for experience-based learning in an undergraduate level. Seventy four first-year medical students enrolled in PDS1(Patient-Doctor-Society 1): professionalism, one-week block (30 hours), one-credit program based on a experience-based learning model. All of the students were given six learning themes and learning resources and supporting tools, and conducted stepwise learning activities; preparation, organization, sharing, reflection and evaluation of experiences. The effectiveness of learning was evaluated by comparing the pre and post results of student's self-assessment on 24 questionnaire items about professionalism. After the course, the students and instructors conducted a usability evaluation of the program through questionnaires or group interviews. Learners' self-assessment results of professionalism such as leadership, self-directed learning, professional attitude, and social accountability all showed significant differences between the pre- and post-test. Satisfaction of the program was distributed to 3.58~3.78 according to items. Instructors and learner interviews confirmed practical usability throughout the course design, implementation and students evaluation. The results of the study showed the feasibility of implementing learning experience-based professionalism program in medical school. This study provides practical implications to develope and evaluate the learning experience-based professionalism program in medical education.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how educational experience (teaching experience, experience participating in the Teacher Learning Community, curriculum training experience, and innovative experience working in school) of elementary school teachers affects the recognition and execution of curriculum and textbooks. For this purpose, the results of a questionnaire survey for elementary school teachers were analyzed by performing T-tests, One-Way ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, according to the teacher's educational experience, there were statistically significant differences in the recognition and execution of curriculum reorganization, and the recognition and dependence on textbooks. Second, there were statistically significant correlations among such variables as recognition and implementation of curriculum reorganization, and the recognition and dependence on textbooks. Third, the teacher's educational experience had a significant impact on curriculum reorganization and the dependence on textbooks. Curriculum restructuring in elementary schools is not an end in itself. What is also needed is to find and implement the best class plans for promoting the .meaningful growth and development of elementary school students. This study suggests that the dependence on textbooks should be lowered and the curriculum should be actively reorganized, and teachers should develop their expertise based on extensive educational experience.

전사적 데이터 모델을 개발하기 위해서는, 먼저, 기업에 있어서 중요하게 관리되어져야 할 주요 entity들을 파악하는 것이 선행되어야 한다. entity의 결정은 시스템 개발 전 단계에 걸쳐 지대한 영향을 끼치는 중요한 의사결정이나, 아직까지 이는 매우 주관적일 뿐 아니라 의사결정자의 경험 및 전문성에 매우 의존적이다. 또한 때로는 entity의 결정에 필요 이상의 많은 시간이 소요되기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 entity결정에 직면한 의사결정자를 지원하기 위하여, 사례기반 추론 기술을 채택한 의사결정지원시스템을 설계 개발하였다. 본 시스템에서는 과거에 성공적으로 entity를 결정했었다고 평가되는 사례로부터, 해당 기업의 상황에 적합한 새로운 결론을 도출해서 의사결정자를 효과적으로 지원한다.

정보통신기술(ICT : Information and Communication Technology)은 멀티미디어 정보를 교실에 실시간으로 제공함으로써 교실 수업에 매우 다양한 방식으로 응용이 가능하게 되었다. 특히, 국가 주도하고 있는 ICT활용 교육은 교사 중심의 전통적 수업보다 학습자 중심의 수업을 가능하게 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이에 따라 교사들은 ICT활용 능력을 갖추고 이를 수업에 적용할 수 있는 지적, 경험적 노력을 필요로 한다. 본 연구는 현장에서 연수를 통하여 이루어지고 있는 ICT활용 교수-학습 과정안 개발을 예비 교원까지 확대하여 이들의 능력을 계발하고 전문성을 제고하고자 하였다. 이를 통하여 교원양성기판의 교육과정에 ICT 활용교육방법의 도입 및 활용을 촉진하고, 교수-학습 방법의 개선 및 교육의 질을 제고하는데 목적이 있다.

본 연구에서는 골프 클럽피팅이 골프스윙에 크게 영향을 미치는 정확도, 탄도, 백스핀, 거리, 감 등 5가지 중에서 실질적인 분석이 가능한 정확도와 거리 2가지 요소에 대해서만 클럽피팅 경험이 있는 골퍼 30명을 대상으로 설문 자료를 수집하여 실증적인 분석과 검증을 통해 상호 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 검증결과 골프 클럽피팅을 했을 경우에 골프 스윙에 있어서 정확도와 거리는 대부분 유의한 것으로 분석되어지고 또한 신뢰도가 높다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 클럽피터들의 전문성 향상을 위한 교육과 더불어 클럽피팅과 관련된 과학적이고 체계적인 학문적인 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

이 논문에서는 기존의 지식관리시스템과 P2P방식을 접목한 P2P 지식관리시스템을 제안하고 제안된 시스템의 구조와 효율적으로 지식을 검색하기 위한 지능형 에이전트 대하여 기술하였다. 에이전트의 종류는 지식추출과 추천 에이전트가 있으며, 지식추출 에이전트는 대량의 데이터에서 지식을 추출하고, 개인 맞춤형 지식 추천 에이전트는 추출된 지식에서 사용자가 관심 있는 분야의 지식을 추천해 주는 것이다. 제안된 시스템의 구조와 에이전트 기법은 회사나 단체에 속한 사용자들이 방대한 데이터, 정보 또는 사용자들의 전문성과 경험으로 축적된 지식을 빠르고 쉽게 검색하게 해주어 양질의 지식을 사용자들이 추천 받아 사용하도록 함으로써 전체 구성원의 지식도를 높이며, 이러한 지식들을 재활용하여 더욱 많은 지식과 부가 가치를 창출하도록 지원하여 준다.
